I had an unforgettable stay at Hotel de la Coupole. The room was not only spacious and spotlessly clean, but also beautifully designed with a perfect blend of French Indochine elegance and bold, vibrant colors. Every detail—from the vintage furnishings to the luxurious fabrics—reflected a deep sense of style and sophistication. The front desk team was exceptional: warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. They made check-in smooth and offered helpful recommendations throughout our stay. This hotel truly stands out for its stunning interiors and top-notch service. I can’t wait to come back!

It was an absolute dream to stay in this hotel. With the room, you can access to the spa for free as well as to the swimming pool. The personal was impeccable and attentive to all our wishes. In terms of food, the chic restaurant was really professional and delicious. While the breakfast was diverse from Vietnamese dishes to more European ones. We would definitely come back again!!

From Hanoi, our group travelled to Sapa for 3 nights stay and we stayed to this luxury hotel De La Coupole MGallery. We booked four (4) classic rooms and we were impressed on arrival as the staff are very welcoming and they assisted us like VIP guests. Our first impression was WOW ! The feeling was like entering in an old palace with all the high end amenities and facilities. The decor of the hotel was superb, even every corner in the public area has detailed decorative piece. The design concept of the hotel is consistently reflecting to all the details in any part of the hotel. Room was spotless, detailed decor in every wall of the room, the bed was comfy and has enough space to move around plus a balcony. Breakfast on the top floor with intricate design as well and luxury feel. Wide selection of brekky buffet and quality food, combination of Asian and Western cuisines. We used the pool everyday, were also impressed with the indoor pool with chandeliers around the pool area and very spacious. The location of the hotel is int he city centre with connection to the Sapa Station (use the door near the coffee shop on the ground floor, there is a door that connects immediately to the Sapa Station - the first train to take going to Fansipan. Overall, this is best hotel we had in Vietnam and will surely be looking forward to stay again. If you book the room, try to book with breakfast its really worth it.

A peaceful and luxurious escape! The spa, the view, and the overall atmosphere were exactly what I needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and recharge.|One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had—fresh, diverse, and beautifully presented. The restaurant team was attentive and knowledgeable. Dining here was a highlight of my stay.

I came to Absine Bar today, but unfortunately it wasn’t open to outside guests. Luckily, Chi and Hieu from the front desk were so kind and went out of their way to assist me at the cacao counter. They were friendly, thoughtful, and made me feel truly welcomed even though I wasn’t staying at the hotel. Really appreciate their support! I hope to return soon for a proper stay and experience everything the hotel has to offer.

Just not worth the cost or 5 star rating. Sure, the art is nice and some areas are well maintained. But my room, not so much. Floors were filthy, as can be seen in attached pics. The bathroom toilet flush was not working properly and the sink was not draining. They took about 45 mins to repair. Sink worked fine after but toilet was still not flushing properly. The front desk staff was passive, if not downright hostile. Only Anh, who checked me in, was okay. So many better hotel options less than a 5 min walk away from here and less than half the cost. Also, which 5 star hotel doesn’t have a business center?

Hotel De La Coupole truly lives up to its reputation—my trip to Sapa was mainly to stay at this hotel. It is genuinely a work of art. I was not disappointed at all; in fact, it exceeded all expectations. The location is excellent, right in the heart of everything, with many places within walking distance. It’s located right next to the entrance to Fansipan. You can walk to Viettrekking Coffee & Restaurant, Sapa Lake, Sapa Church, and the Sapa Night Market. Only Moana Sapa requires a Grab ride, which is easy to book and inexpensive. The room was extremely comfortable and beautifully designed. The bed and sofa were soft and cozy. The bathtub was large, and the water temperature could be adjusted to a perfect warmth. The view from the room overlooked the mountains and town—expansive and breathtaking. I especially loved the sofa on the balcony where I could sit and enjoy the scenery. The welcome drink at Cacao was delicious. The staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful at every point. The swimming pool was indescribably beautiful. I truly believe this is a hotel everyone should experience at least once in their lifetime.

We arrived into Sapa via the overnight train and headed for the hotel. Amazing place, staff were fantastic and accomodating. We were able to get early check in on both our rooms. Stayed for 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The detail throughout the hotel is incredible, hard to describe but they say it’s 1920s French themes. My daughters thought Harry Potter 😀. Couldn’t fault the stay, everything top notch,..
