This amazing hotel made the long round trip to Sapa from where we live truly worthwhile. From the lobby to every corner of each floor, the hotel is designed like a piece of art, and every angle is photo-worthy. The staff were full of energy, and even though they were busy, their service felt relaxed and composed. The hotel’s seamless connection to various facilities, including the Fansipan Peak cable car and surrounding tourist attractions, made our stay exciting from start to finish (There was never a dull moment). A special mention goes to Chic Restaurant on the 10th floor, where the luxurious breakfast and top-tier Chef cuisines are perfectly matched with stunning night views. We’re truly grateful for the wonderful service and unforgettable experience our family had during this stay.

The design is a luxurious blend of French glamour and local ethnic charm, with every corner thoughtfully styled. Rooms are elegant, comfortable, and offer breathtaking mountain views. The staff are incredibly warm and attentive, and the food is top-notch. The indoor pool and spa are the perfect way to unwind after exploring Sapa. Easily one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. Highly recommended! Duong from the Le Grand Bassin is very helpful and nice.

It's my third visit to sapa, but among the accommodations I stayed in, the room condition and staff service are the best. In particular, I would like to express my great gratitude to KHUONG for guiding me to my room and kindly informing me of both hotel use and service. I was so impressed by the response and kindness of KHUONG staff and TIEN staff at the front desk. If I come to SAPA next time, I will visit again even if I want to meet these two employees. Thank you so much for your kind service. Ah!! The room condition is really good, too.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The check-in was smooth, and the staff kindly helped with my luggage. The room was cozy and spotless, and the bed was so comfortable that I slept really well every night. Breakfast was delicious, with a nice variety that changed a bit each day — even after three nights, I never got tired of it. Everything was well-organized and efficient, and I appreciated how the front desk checked if I left anything behind when checking out. The only small downsides were that the room didn’t have a Smart TV and the in-room coffee was just 3-in-1 instant mix — otherwise, everything was wonderful. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Hotel De La Couple. My fiancé and I did our prenup shoot here yesterday and every corner of this hotel is just gorgeous! Our photos looked amazing and we are very grateful for Hailey or Hong Linh for assisting us all throughout the shoot. She was very pleasant, patient and very helpful. Our shoot went smoothly through her help. Breakfast spread was really good too. We will definitely come back! This place is highly recommended 🥰

Our stay at Hotel de La Couple Sapa was truly memorable, thanks to the warm hospitality and excellent service from Qiynh. She was very attentive, friendly, and went out of her way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Her genuine care and professionalism made us feel so welcome throughout our visit. We’re very thankful for her kindness and outstanding service, she truly represents the heart of Vietnamese hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel, especially because of Quynh!

I stayed here for two nights. It was such a great stay, the staff in all areas of the hotel are so incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable, I slept so well. |It is in a great location, convenient to get to the fanicular for Mount Fansipan, an easy walk to the lake and local restaurants. The hotel bar and restaurant are great! I enjoyed two dinners at Chic, the food and cocktails were delicious, and I had the most lovely waiter Then, who was very kind and attentive. As a solo traveller, I had a great stay here! I highly recommend it and hope to return next time I'm in Vietnam.
