From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel's stunning design — a unique blend of French Indochine charm and mountain chic. The interior is full of character, with thoughtful details at every turn. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered breathtaking views of the Sapa landscape. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the spa and pool areas were a true retreat after a day of exploring. Special thanks to Brian and the lobby team for their warm welcome and helpful assistance throughout our stay. We also appreciated San from the security team, who was always attentive and courteous. Overall, a wonderful experience that we would definitely recommend.

The hotel has a beautiful design and is very clean. I especially loved the colorful room — it was so pretty! I stayed during Christmas and the decorations were amazing, really festive and gorgeous. Breakfast had lots of variety and the view from the hotel is stunning — you can see the whole city from above. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I even left my phone at the lobby when I went out, and when I came back they had kept it safe for me. Overall, such a great stay. Highly recommend!

Stylish hotel with great service We had a lovely stay at Hotel de la Coupole. The design is absolutely stunning, with every detail thoughtfully crafted to reflect both elegance and local culture. Our stay at Hotel de la Coupole - MGallery was absolutely wonderful, and it’s the exceptional service that truly stood out to us. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning interiors and an atmosphere that combines elegance and comfort perfectly. We felt pampered throughout our stay, but what made this hotel truly special was how the staff went above and beyond to care for us during an unexpected situation.||Unfortunately, my wife became ill due to food poisoning from an outside restaurant. We were incredibly impressed by how the hotel staff handled the situation with such genuine care. Not only did they immediately offer to take my wife to the hospital, but they also made sure she was comfortable by bringing us ginger and lemon tea to help soothe her stomach. The staff checked in on us regularly, ensuring my wife was okay, and to our surprise, they even sent a beautiful gift basket filled with chocolates, macarons, and a thoughtful handwritten letter from the hotel manager expressing their concern and well wishes.||This level of attentiveness and kindness is something we will never forget, and it made our stay at Hotel de la Coupole so much more memorable. Despite the hiccup, we truly enjoyed the luxury, the beautiful rooms, and the exceptional service provided by the staff. This is one of the best stays in Vietnam. The hotel is aesthetically designed with a flair of colonial French taste. The location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants and the train station to Fansipan. Most importantly the staff here are top-notch - friendly, professional and always willing to help. Special mention to Anh from the concierge team who helped us liaise with our local travel agents after our Ha Long Bay cruise was cancelled due to adverse weather conditions. He went above and beyond which is something we will never forget. Thanks Anh!

I am delighted to be able to write a glowing review . This is a sublime hotel in all levels and highly recommended . The building is perfect located, renovated to a high standard , complete with thoughtful layout and incredibly eclectic artifacts and decorations . The indoor pool is stunning, adorned with statues and a feeling of opulence- indeed the whole hotel it . ||Of course this would be worth little without the team. From the second we checked in , from the warm greetings to the perfect welcome drinks - hot chocolate - , the smiles , the warmth .. Mr Brian and his team made us feel welcome immediately . The GM , Mr Peter is cool , relaxed and engaging - with a clear passion for his hotel , likewise Mr Oliver, the head chef who produced some perfect dishes along with his team . Service in the restaurant was excellent . The entire team were supporting and kind - superb. - special should out to Mr . It was an absolute dream to stay in this hotel. With the room, you can access to the spa for free as well as to the swimming pool. The personal was impeccable and attentive to all our wishes. In terms of food, the chic restaurant was really professional and delicious. While the breakfast was diverse from Vietnamese dishes to more European ones. We would definitely come back again!!
