A recent visit started well but the first night a loud event on the roof made jet lagging sleep impossible. Management didn’t help. Next AM Tina comped the night and was very apologetic and thoughtful. We checked out of a planned 3 night stay concerned about an encore. Great location in St Tropez but a modern hotel that misses in a traditional city.

This was our fifth year staying at Hotel de Paris in Saint-Tropez, and once again it was absolutely fabulous. Each time we return, it feels like coming home to a place that understands true luxury while still making you feel completely relaxed and welcome.||The hotel itself is stunning — beautifully maintained, with every detail thought of — but what keeps us coming back year after year is the incredible service. The staff goes above and beyond in every way, and at the heart of that is the head concierge, Samuel. He has become so much more than just a concierge to us; over the years, he has truly become a friend. His care, attention, and thoughtfulness are unmatched. Whether it’s helping us plan the perfect day, securing the best tables, or just sharing a warm smile and genuine conversation, Samuel always makes our experience unforgettable.||It’s rare to find a place that consistently delivers such an amazing experience, but Hotel de Paris manages to do it every single year. Saint-Tropez wouldn’t be the same for us without this hotel and without Samuel. We are already looking forward to year six!

Excellent location. Well maintained. Clean. Tremendous service! The service is impeccable and rivals any 5 star hotel. From the concierge (Pierre), the bartender (Noah) and all the front desk staff and pool/restaurant staff (Tristan). Thanks for making our St Tropez trip memorable.

The staff is incredible, kind, professional and simply lovely. The design of the room is a little bit quirky and weird… I had a round bed and a round shower and no desk in the room so if you’re planning on sharing the room with someone the shower is completely open and right at the entrance. I think the design of the room needs a rework but other than that it was a great stay, breakfast is lovely and the location is incredible

Fantastic stay, very comfortable room and we slept so well. Then concierge team is amazing and incredibly well connected, also providing free shuttle service to beach clubs. Perfectly located in town to walk to shopping and restaurants.|We upgraded our room for a bit more space as the normal room is quite small. If you are taller or larger be sure to check on the bed size (they have some circular beds that adorable but not practical if one of you is 6'3").

Hotel de Paris Saint-Tropez, is hands down the best 5 star hotel in all of Saint Tropez! The location is unmatched, literally steps to the best shopping, restaurants and nightlife. It’s the only 5 star hotel in the actual heart of St. Tropez that has a rooftop pool with incredible views and alfresco dining. ||My husband and I have been coming to St. Tropez and staying here for the past 5 years. We have now made it our annual summer destination, it’s the best! If I’m being completely honest, I’m not sure we would feel the same about the hotel if it weren’t for the Head Concierge, Samuel, and the impeccable staff. Samuel is a part of the magic of Hotel de Paris. We’ve traveled all over the world, stayed at many five star hotels, and I have never found a concierge as capable and well connected as Samuel. Let’s just say, some people can make the seemingly impossible, possible! Every summer, when we arrive in St Tropez, we are just as excited to see our friend, Samuel & the friendly staff, as we are the hotel and the beautiful rooftop view of the Côte d’Azur!

Staff was somewhat rude, not attending or servicing their guests. Not willing to accommodate requests. The manager at the concierge/ check in was not accommodating to a few issues we had. I would not stay here again at all. Rooms are gross to be honest. Like a motel 6. Great location.

This is my secret haven and I hesitate to share... for it's perfectly located, perfectly serviced, and everyone treats you with kindness and grace, even if you are a rude American who sometimes forgets to say, "Bonjour, Monsieur!" or "Bonjour, Mademoiselle," as you enter the lobby. Walk to all, shuttle to Pampelonne, and definitely dine at La Ponche. Hotel de Paris is perfection.

The hotel is in a great location but the rooms are small and the don't upgrade you even when the hotel is empty. We will definitely come back to St Tropez but not to this hotel. 2 star because the concierge team is very nice.

Beautiful hotel at the entrance of Saint Tropez, across from the Chanel House with beautiful roof top lounge and swimming pool. They speak fluently French and English. Everyone was polite, friendly, and accommodating, and gave us free champagnes on the rooftop lounge while waiting for our room, and when we got to our rooms, it was fresh and clean. Room service was so fast, readied in 20 minutes, where we ordered truffle cod, risotto, pizza and fries. They also gave us a large basket of bread, as it is a must in France, and every condiment possible. I could have been full with just the bread basket and all the butter. Everything was fresh and delicious. Reception was fast to check us in and out, the concierge was helpful in recommending and booking a lunch at the Tahiti, after learning that we like somewhere calm and good for swimming. The hotel shuttle took us to the beach, free of charge, and on return, we didn't have our phone, so the Tahiti restaurant happily called the hotel shuttle for us, the shuttle driver also walked all the way inside the restaurent to look for us. Everything was perfect! The drivers are so well dressed and nice. It was just the 2 of us in the shuttle, felt like a private luxury experience. Also, you don't want to drive in Saint Tropez. It's a nightware and parking is impossible. I loved the hotel beach bag, and ask the receptionist for it. It was price at €20, and she just gave it to me for free. That was so nice of her.

It's amazing some service the front desk is amazing the restaurant is phenomenal yeah the pool is a scam the pool boys reserve chairs for people who weren't there and evidently taking money to reserve a chair just are not well on the street they recruit just for the pool if you're looking to relax as a pain guess by the pool you might find another hotel

Top notch hotel, perfect service, accommodation, attentive service throughout. Safe and clean for Covid. Had suite overlooking the front of the hotel with oversized private deck. Great quality breakfast with salmon eggs Benedict a must try. Great location. Minibar free and endless. Pool on roof with attentive bar service, cocktails all perfect. Shuttle to nearby private beach. Lovely high end hotel, hope to return soon.

Amazing Hôtel ! The stuff is so attentive treats you with great respect and kindness! From valet to reception, room service to cleaning crew the customer service was outstanding! Everyone deserves a mention for their professionalism. I was here for a short stay during my Europe trip, this hotel was fantastic a convenient location to the port of St Tropez, to cute shops and restaurants and atm. This hotel is right across the street from Chanel Store for some luxury shopping. Hotel de Paris has a nice rooftop pool, which in the evening time has a dj which makes it fun and relaxing. The drinks are great and the food was delicious. This hotel is modern and a boutique hotel. The rooms are small but beautiful in design. It is very clean and the cleaning crew is efficient and polite.

There was an issue so the people were very helpful and fixed it. I was happy withy the service and the people were nice after they understood our issue. Thank you

Loved this hotel. It is in such a cute area of St. Tropez - right next to the Chanel store - which is the biggest and most beautiful Chanel store I have visited. The hotel itself is beautiful and trendy and modern. The decor in the rooms and the common areas are very pretty. The rooftop area is also very nice. Concierge is excellent. Would highly recommend. Lovely hotel, courteous & helpful staff, great location and complementary shuttle service to the beach clubs was very convenient. Five stars in those categories. The only negative is the room size is very small (common in St Tropez) with a small closet & drawers. The one sink covers the vanity counter and there's hardly any countertop space, no vanity and the shower had a bad smell otherwise a lovely stay (subtracted one star because of the room).

Hotel de Paris in St. Tropez in centrally located on the Marina and across from luxury shopping like Chanel. Great breakfast and lunch. the roof deck pool was perfect for cooling down after a day at the beach or in the sun. the burger by the pool was delicious and so was the bread. the interior was very modern and sophisticated. there was a shuttle service to the beach and you could call them to pick you up. Superb!

This new hotel is awesome! I came here this summer and had drinks on the roof next to the pool. The next time I visit St. Trop, I would like to stay here because it is super close to the port and all the bars and restaurants. I know it is a little pricier but when in St. Topez who cares anyways right? This place also has an elevator and super friendly staff.
