Hôtel de Paris Saint-Tropez

The staff is incredible, kind, professional and simply lovely. The design of the room is a little bit quirky and weird… I had a round bed and a round shower and no desk in the room so if you’re planning on sharing the room with someone the shower is completely open and right at the entrance. I think the design of the room needs a rework but other than that it was a great stay, breakfast is lovely and the location is incredible

First time visitors will find that driving in the main village is extremely difficult. Several hotels are landlocked by pedestrian zones-you can’t even get there by car. By contrast, Hotel de Paris is perfectly situated on the nearest edge of town as you roll in and has excellent valet parking. The convenience of this location is unbeatable. The rooms are wonderful as is the rooftop pool and cabanas and restaurant. They often have a DJ up there. Enjoy a drink and panoramic views of the city and bay. My only knock is the Concierge. We asked about Nikki Beach and were told we needed reservations and they would be happy to make them for us. HEADS up. There is no beach. It’s a pool club with a DJ and no view of the Mediterranean Sea. A concerned concierge would clarify that tourists can enjoy a pool club and DJ by simply taking the elevator up a few floors. Assuming we wanted a pool club and not an actual beach was a mistake. Other than that snafu, we loved the hotel and will be back.

My sister, my mother, and I came for Sunday brunch at the rooftop of the hotel and loved it. The view and the food were amazing. As far as service everyone was great, but Pierre was amazing. He was very attentive and kind, as well as took our rooftop photos for us. If you ever come for brunch, ask for Pierre!!

My family and I could not have been more pleased with our stay at Hotel de Paris in St. Tropez. From the location, to the customer service - everything surpassed our expectations. Upon check in, we were greeted by the lovely Karima. She was incredibly sweet and made us so welcome. She showed us around the hotel and her staff member took us up to our room. We were delighted to see that there were little gifts for our 2 children. This hotel simply goes above and beyond for their guests. Another huge plus is that the hotel offers free shuttle service to the beach, which is necessary as the beach is far from the village! A big thank you to the following staff members - Karima, Julie, Eva, Maxime, Nathalie, Maeva and Paolo. Another big big thank you to the concierge team who made us all our reservations - Alexandre, Samuel, Pierre, Celine and Romain.

I had the pleasure of staying in Saint-Tropez, and what made the trip truly extraordinary was Samuel, the head of concierge at Hotel de Paris. I’ve traveled extensively, but I have never experienced service at this level. Samuel is, without exaggeration, the gold standard of hospitality.||Every single evening of our trip, Samuel secured impossible-to-get dinner reservations at the most coveted and fully booked restaurants in town, for a large group of friends, no less. Just when we thought it couldn’t get better, he also arranged access to the hottest beach clubs, including one or two that we had spent weeks trying to get into ourselves, with no luck and secured beach beds for all of us. He made it happen, seamlessly and graciously.||But Samuel didn’t stop at reservations. He coordinated door-to-door shuttles to and from every destination, saving us the hassle and high cost of private cars or taxis. He even proactively alerted me to traffic delays on the way to the airport due to an accident an hour away, a gesture that literally saved me from missing my flight. That kind of attention to detail is rare.||Samuel was also our trusted insider, advising us on where to shop, where to lunch with stunning views, and what prices to expect so we wouldn’t be taken advantage of. His recommendations were always on point. At every turn, it felt like having a trusted friend on the ground who had our best interests at heart.||What impressed me most is that Samuel never made any of this feel transactional. Though I gladly tipped him, it was always clear that his dedication came from genuine passion and professionalism, not expectation.||To have someone like Samuel on your side in a place as dazzling, and at times overwhelming as Saint-Tropez is truly priceless. He didn’t just enhance our trip, he defined it. If you’re lucky enough to stay at Hotel de Paris, do yourself a favor and speak with Samuel. You will walk away with more than memories, you’ll leave with the experience of a lifetime.

One of the best hotel experiences we have had. Very nice rooms. Convenient to the town of St Tropez. Wonderful rooftop bar. Service was fantastic. Reception noticed it was my daughter’s birthday when checking in (her passport) and had a parting gift for her upon checkout. Concierge was excellent as well. Highly recommend.

We have been coming to Hotel d’ Paris for almost 10 years and it’s the only hotel we stay at while in St Tropez. From the General Manager down to housekeeping.. The staff is second to none. The manager Bryce is personable, attentive to detail and runs an incredible team of people. He has become a good friend. The concierge team is the best in the business. The head concierge Samuel is like family to us. He is thorough, detailed and he and his team work their magic seamlessly to secure a hard to obtain reservation or plan a special occasion. The entire hotel staff is exceptional. If you want a perfect hotel experience don’t look anywhere else.

Intimate hotel in a convenient location with a rooftop pool and bar. The room had a beautiful balcony where we enjoyed breakfast every morning. The spa was incredibly accommodating with a last minute booking and one of the best sports massages I've ever had.

The hotel is in a great location but the rooms are small and the don't upgrade you even when the hotel is empty. We will definitely come back to St Tropez but not to this hotel. 2 star because the concierge team is very nice.

Beautiful hotel at the entrance of Saint Tropez, across from the Chanel House with beautiful roof top lounge and swimming pool. They speak fluently French and English. Everyone was polite, friendly, and accommodating, and gave us free champagnes on the rooftop lounge while waiting for our room, and when we got to our rooms, it was fresh and clean. Room service was so fast, readied in 20 minutes, where we ordered truffle cod, risotto, pizza and fries. They also gave us a large basket of bread, as it is a must in France, and every condiment possible. I could have been full with just the bread basket and all the butter. Everything was fresh and delicious. Reception was fast to check us in and out, the concierge was helpful in recommending and booking a lunch at the Tahiti, after learning that we like somewhere calm and good for swimming. The hotel shuttle took us to the beach, free of charge, and on return, we didn't have our phone, so the Tahiti restaurant happily called the hotel shuttle for us, the shuttle driver also walked all the way inside the restaurent to look for us. Everything was perfect! The drivers are so well dressed and nice. It was just the 2 of us in the shuttle, felt like a private luxury experience. Also, you don't want to drive in Saint Tropez. It's a nightware and parking is impossible. I loved the hotel beach bag, and ask the receptionist for it. It was price at €20, and she just gave it to me for free. That was so nice of her.

It's amazing some service the front desk is amazing the restaurant is phenomenal yeah the pool is a scam the pool boys reserve chairs for people who weren't there and evidently taking money to reserve a chair just are not well on the street they recruit just for the pool if you're looking to relax as a pain guess by the pool you might find another hotel

Top notch hotel, perfect service, accommodation, attentive service throughout. Safe and clean for Covid. Had suite overlooking the front of the hotel with oversized private deck. Great quality breakfast with salmon eggs Benedict a must try. Great location. Minibar free and endless. Pool on roof with attentive bar service, cocktails all perfect. Shuttle to nearby private beach. Lovely high end hotel, hope to return soon.

Amazing Hôtel ! The stuff is so attentive treats you with great respect and kindness! From valet to reception, room service to cleaning crew the customer service was outstanding! Everyone deserves a mention for their professionalism. I was here for a short stay during my Europe trip, this hotel was fantastic a convenient location to the port of St Tropez, to cute shops and restaurants and atm. This hotel is right across the street from Chanel Store for some luxury shopping. Hotel de Paris has a nice rooftop pool, which in the evening time has a dj which makes it fun and relaxing. The drinks are great and the food was delicious. This hotel is modern and a boutique hotel. The rooms are small but beautiful in design. It is very clean and the cleaning crew is efficient and polite.

There was an issue so the people were very helpful and fixed it. I was happy withy the service and the people were nice after they understood our issue. Thank you

Loved this hotel. It is in such a cute area of St. Tropez - right next to the Chanel store - which is the biggest and most beautiful Chanel store I have visited. The hotel itself is beautiful and trendy and modern. The decor in the rooms and the common areas are very pretty. The rooftop area is also very nice. Concierge is excellent. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

Lovely hotel, courteous & helpful staff, great location and complementary shuttle service to the beach clubs was very convenient. Five stars in those categories. The only negative is the room size is very small (common in St Tropez) with a small closet & drawers. The one sink covers the vanity counter and there's hardly any countertop space, no vanity and the shower had a bad smell otherwise a lovely stay (subtracted one star because of the room).

Hotel de Paris in St. Tropez in centrally located on the Marina and across from luxury shopping like Chanel. Great breakfast and lunch. the roof deck pool was perfect for cooling down after a day at the beach or in the sun. the burger by the pool was delicious and so was the bread. the interior was very modern and sophisticated. there was a shuttle service to the beach and you could call them to pick you up. Superb!

This new hotel is awesome! I came here this summer and had drinks on the roof next to the pool. The next time I visit St. Trop, I would like to stay here because it is super close to the port and all the bars and restaurants. I know it is a little pricier but when in St. Topez who cares anyways right? This place also has an elevator and super friendly staff.
