We had a delightful stay at Hotel de Pavie and were impressed by the warm hospitality throughout. The staff were generally very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. In particular, the receptionist was exceptionally welcoming and professional, and the lady who served us at breakfast was so kind and attentive, making our mornings an absolute pleasure. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, with a lovely view that we appreciated during our stay. The hotel's overall atmosphere is charming and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. We truly enjoyed our experience and will definitely choose Hotel de Pavie again when we return. Highly recommended!

The Hotel de Pavie was the highlight of our stay in Saint Emilion and was our favourite hotel during our time in France. It is the sort of special place that helps make a holiday memorable. The best features were the luxurious rooms and the wonderful, Michelin-starred restaurant.|ROOM: Our room was luxurious and spacious, with a beautiful decor. It’s worth noting that some of the rooms are much closer to the reception area and main building so you may want to consider which part of the hotel you’d like to be in. Our room was some distance away and it took 3 different elevators to get to it. However, it was lovely and quiet and we had direct access out to the lower level of the town, near the Monolithic Church. |LOCATION:
The hotel is located in the upper level of the town, next to the church bell-tower. From here, you have a panoramic view over the medieval town and the surrounding countryside and vineyards. The Tourist Office is almost next door so you can easily book tours of the Monolithic Church or bell-tower before setting off to explore the rest of the town.|SERVICE:|Staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Initially we were given a room which was quite noisy because it was below one of the dining rooms and tables and chairs were being moved late at night. When we mentioned this, it was quickly and quietly resolved and we were given a new room which we were very happy with. Breakfast was served in the bar area and was delicious. Again, service was attentive.|RESTAURANT:|The Michelin-starred La Table de Pavie was and it was another memorable part of our holiday. However I’ve written a separate review for the the restaurant.

Hotel de Perfect. Amazing hotel on the heart of the beautiful village of Saint Emillon. Service was outstanding (except for M who met us on arrival - will leave out her full name so as not to embarrass her). Florian made up for it in our later dealings with front desk. The room was outstanding and breakfasts were terrific with amazing service. Will definitely be back as we loved the area - the food, the wine and people. Special shout out to Thomas at bar for delivering legendary guest service.

The hotel is right in the center of town. The town is charming with lots of shops and restaurants, mostly revolving around wine. Be sure to climb the bell tower next door -- go to the nearby tourist center for the key -- for incredible views of the town and countryside. The rooms, dining areas, light fixtures and everything in the hotel are spectacular. My only gripe is that we had to take 3 elevators and walk pretty far to reach our room. So make sure not to leave anything behind because you won't feel like going back.

It is not our first visit to Hotel de Pavie. This time, we stayed two nights and ate at La Table de Pavie (as well as at l'Envers du Decor). I have not enough superlatives to describe the experience. Staying at the hotel and enjoying its facilities and the high level of personnel, transports you to an island of tranquility, indulgence, away from the troubles of reality. Although I knew what to expect, the service exceeded expectations. It is a dream. Chapeau to the Perce family that clearly spared nothing in creating heaven on earth. They are worthy of the evident admiration of their employees and, as of our first visit, our admiration. Looking forward to our next stay.

Absolutely stunning location, views and service. Everything you would expect from a Relais & Chateaux hotel. One of the best we’ve stayed at and we’ve stayed at a lot. Such lovely people making sure you feel welcomed and special. Bravo! We stayed in the room called Pavie. Best view of the valley by far.

My husband and i spent 2 nights at the Hotel de Pavie. This hotel exceeds expectations. The prime location overlooking the medieval town and the vineyards is perfection. We stayed in the Pavie Room overlooking the clock tower and it was amazing. We loved the service and the delicious breakfast each morning. The concierge organized amazing activities for us to ensure our stay was unforgettable. The only hard part was leaving. We will definitely return. If you are looking for the best place to stay in St. Emilion, this is it!

We had a fantastic trip to this amazing property. The hotel and village are beautiful, and the entire staff was amazing. From the moment of arrival the service was exceptional. Our only complaint is that we could not stay longer.||This is a true 5 star experience.
