Hotel de Pavie

Wow! Hotel de Pavie is a stunning hotel in the heart of Saint-Emilion. Florianne and Marine were very responsive in assisting us with both dinner and winery reservations prior to our arrival. Their attentiveness made everything seamless for us. Thomas who runs the bar, is a delight- warm, engaging and is a true ambassador for the hotel. Jeffery- our bellman and driver is wonderful- he was very helpful and friendly during our 3 night stay. We stayed in the Village House and were very happy with our suite. The location and beauty of the property along with the genuine and professional service makes for a true 5-star experience. This is a very special property and I highly recommend it!

We had the most wonderful stay at this jewel of a hotel this past fall. Very sophisticated hotel yet accessible in all ways. Helpful, kind and professional staff. Gorgeous setting with immaculate and comfortable rooms. Wonderful bar and divine restaurant! We would return in a heartbeat.

Beautiful property in central town, sympathetically extended and full of tasteful touches, overlooking the historic old town. Very professional and warm staff at all levels. Excellent Michelin starred dinner with extensive and fairly priced wine list, particularly those willing to stray into burgundy. Superb sommelier staff, both friendly and impeccably informed.

Among the finest hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything was simply superb. Where do I even begin? The location, in the heart of Saint Emilion, is perfect. A beautiful village that is one of the loveliest spots in all of Bordeaux. The service is top notch. They helped arrange all of our right bank chateau visits, and all were excellent. Great recommendations for restaurants. Kate was the hostess for breakfast, and she may be one of the nicest people I have ever met. Timothy for cocktails was a treat. A truly special hotel. Highly, highly recommend.

Top marks for this amazing place. Difficult to find if driving - and they do have valet parking- so watch the sat nav. The hotel is set in several buildings on the top of a hill. It absolutely defines charm! We took three elevators to gain access to the most perfect room. Sleep quality was ten out of ten. Location for St Emilion is also perfect Breakfast is a joy and the staff enhance your stay for sure. There is no better place to stay and explore this amazing village. Just incredible

Hotel is incredible, rooms are spectacular and staff is very helpful. Breakfast is great and the onsite 2 Michelin Star restaurant is definitely worth it. Location is great and walkable to all of St Emilion. We walked to a number of wineries which I noted others drove once you got outside of the old city walls but you really can reach so many incredible wineries by foot. You do need to book most restaurants in advance around town so make sure you work with the hotel to take care of that before you arrive. Doing the private tasting at their Chateau is absolutely worth it and they’ll drive you there in the hotels Bentley. It was a great experience if you are looking for a quiet beautiful stay.

Hotel de Pavie is truly a five star experience from start to finish! From our first contact for reservations, the service was impeccable and amiable. We stayed three nights and enjoyed the lunch at Table de Pavie. Don't miss it! Special thanks to Kate who took care of us at breakfast with charm and good humor every morning. We reserved the tour of Chateau Pavie and were driven there in the hotel's Bentley!! Didier gave us an amazing private tour of the Chateau and their production methods. Make sure to book this!
