This is a nice modern hotel in a great location. We booked a smaller room- maybe a double? - beware, it is small. And the bed is tiny as well. Unfortunately our bedroom had a view of a dirty wall - and absolutely nothing else (the bathroom window at least had a green plant outside). When we asked to change rooms we were told there were no other rooms available. For 3 nights we spent as much time outside the room as possible. It was unfortunate because otherwise it was a really nice hotel. Clean, quiet, and nice decor. The breakfast was very good and the location was excellent. Right downtown and close to the tram. If our room had had any kind of a view at all I think we would’ve enjoyed our stay here very much.

A very enjoyable stay. Imprerssive building and a nice room. We took a Classic Double on the third floor. Room is not expansive but was absolutley lovely, well decorated and serviced very well each day. Funnily enough I think our bathroom was bigger than the room! Location is very good as so very easy to walk into Bordeaux Old Town by a variety of routes. Please look at your Google map and take a different way each time, there is so much to see and admire about Bordeaux by just wandering through it. However, location is also very handy for the busy tram hub of Quinconces. This in itself makes it so so easy to get the tram to and from the airport with one changeover point at Hotel de Ville...if you do this, take time at the changeover point to have your first coffee in Bordeaux at the Authentic Coffee shop, sit outside and watch the World go by for a while. Welcome to Bordeaux.

I travel several times a year and have stayed in many wonderful hotels, but I rarely take the time to write reviews. However, this hotel truly deserves one—it was an exceptional experience, especially for travelers with pets. If you’re looking for the best dog-friendly hotel in Paris, look no further! ||The location is absolutely ideal. It’s just a 2-minute walk to the metro station , making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The hotel is also very central—just a 15-minute walk to a beautiful park (perfect for morning strolls with our little doggy, Api!) and another 15 minutes to the iconic Louvre Museum . The surrounding area feels upscale and vibrant, reminiscent of Bond Street or Oxford Street in London. You’ll find plenty of lovely shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. ||What sets this hotel apart is its charm and personality. It’s not a large international chain with hundreds of rooms or a grand lobby, but that’s exactly why we loved it—it’s intimate, cozy, and perfectly suited for guests like us who value authenticity over extravagance. The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. And as a nice touch, they offer free premium coffee 24/7 , which was a delightful bonus! ||Our stay here has been nothing short of perfect. Even though I’ve been to some amazing 5-star hotels around the world, this one stands out because of the thoughtful owner, the friendly and attentive staff, the pet-friendly policies, and the unbeatable location. For me, it’s a solid 10/10 —a gem of a hotel that made our trip to Paris even more special. ||Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris, especially if you’re traveling with a furry companion like our sweet little Api. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

We’ve been staying our way around France, and this hotel really delivers. Wonderful spacious rooms, bathrooms, and elegant decor. It’s in the historic district, near the opera, and a close walk to the Main shopping and restaurant areas. Many of the historic landmarks around the city are within walking distance as well.||The staff here were all helpful in some way during our stay, from the restaurant staff to the front desk and also the housekeeping staff.

Chic spot without being haughty. My room was on the top floor with a small terrace and the Jasmin was in bloom, adding to the charm. Front desk staff kindly and professional. Had a wonderful massage at the spa. The food was delicious…of course!

The friendly and helpful staff is a highlight for this charming hotel. There's a good choice of hot and cold breakfast buffet options. The dining menu is refined with vegetarian options (the chef can adapt dishes to meet dietary requirements). The rooms are clean and overall the hotel is well maintained, comfortable and recommended as good value for money.

We had a wonderful stay recently at De Seze .We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend your establishment to others.||||In particular, we would like to commend Thomas from the front desk/reception. He provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Thomas was incredibly helpful in arranging several aspects of our visit, including securing reservations for beautiful dinners, organizing our trip to St. Emilion along with the necessary transfers, and even assisting with scheduling beauty treatments. His service was consistently excellent and delivered with the utmost professionalism. Thanks to Thomas's efforts, we had a truly fabulous and enjoyable experience.||||It was a memorable stay.

Great staff, bad Air Conditioning, Don't recommend during summer. Bordeaux is notoriously hot with over 100F/35C heat wave during summer time. We booked Suite de Seze with 2 little kids, cranked the AC to 19C (minimum), it did nothing, we added a fan + closed all the blinds, still unbearable. +if you remove you card when you leave, the AC stops, you come back to an baking oven. + the cleaning service resets the AC 23C!! Who does that!

Yelp
This was our first visit to Bordeux. The staff here provided the best service I've ever experienced. Very elegant facility, easy to walk to most things we wanted to see. We'll definitely be back!

Yelp
I spent 9 nights at this hotel and therefore had ample opportunity to be wowed or disappointed. I was very pleased with all aspects of it especially the helpfulness of Caglar on the front desk who doubles as the Concierge as it is not a large hotel. All of his input was sound. My room was a decent size, attractive and clean with big windows. I found all staff to be accommodating, helpful and friendly. At $20 the buffet breakfast is extremely varied, fresh and generous. Throw some oranges into the juice hopper and make your own freshly squeezed orange juice. When they ran out of cooked bacon one morning, a staff member hurriedly cooked a little more for me even though it was close to closing time for the buffet. The room rate was $320, a most reasonable rate and good value for Bordeaux during a busy week for tourism.

Yelp
We stayed at Hotel de Seze during a quick stopover in Bordeux. The spa was closed for renovations at the time so we got a great rate. We did not eat in the restaurant but the room was very comfortable with all the amenities. The shower was wonderful, especially after a long day of sightseeing. The receptionist was helpful and friendly and held our bags when we arrived early. A good stay at a nice hotel!

Yelp
Stayed 2 nights while traveling for work in December. Spent first night in an upgraded room and second night, on my return, in a regular room. Both rooms were beautiful with the smaller room probably ok for 2 people and the larger room definitely ok for 2 people. Great location. Friendly staff. Would stay again and would recommend to friends.

Yelp
I loved it. Has spa services. Have visited the hotel 2 times since the first visit. Restaurant is expensive - I would avoid it. There's literally a cheaper restaurant 20 steps away.

Yelp
Nice hotel, but outrageously expensive not only for the tiny rooms, but the most ordinary things. $13 for a tiny cup of coffee? Please. Prices were not listed anywhere, and when I asked, the waitress said to not worry about it, which made me think it was complimentary. And then I got hit with the insane bill. A friend ordered a glass of wine listed as 4 Euros, which they then charged 16 euros for. Really ridiculous and borderline offensive.

Yelp
Sebastian front line staff fantastic with helpful prints with google maps. Friend stayed at this place and wish I had too. Free wifi for guests that didn't kick off. Sebastian was the best part, helpful and considerate

Yelp
Stayed here overnight on a roadtrip of wine country. Staff was very attentive and spoke fluent English. Location was perfect, with a Car Park across the street/underground. Room was renovated with a large spacious bathroom. Slippers and Robes welcomed us as we entered the room. Overall, a great hotel.

Yelp
The major issue was the size of the rooms. OK for one too small for 2 especially if you are staying for several days. WIFI was better than some but had a problem trying to send mail to front desk to print out. Breakfast was above average but service was spotty especial for a refill of your coffee. Good location but there are 20 hotels within a quarter of a mile with the same breakfast and also larger rooms at a lower price.
