Beautiful restaurant in the heart of Fribourg! We enjoyed a delicious lunch: salad/terrine for the starter, duck filet as a main, and a very good cheese plate or a fruity tartlet with ice cream for dessert. The lunch menu was incredibly good value for money - CHF 26 for starter & main + CHF 10 for dessert - we first thought the bill was wrong… We are looking forward to returning!!

Superb food experience! The food taste magnificent and the service was comfortable too. Every single bite was a journey. No exaggeration, one of the best fine dinning restaurants I’ve ever been! We will definitely come back!

A bit strange to find the way from the entrance to the restaurant on the first floor, but then you will be in a beautiful restaurant with excellent food, lovely staff and a great view during daylight. Solid, well cooked food, moderately priced for the quality you get. Really worth a visit!

We had a wonderful time in this gastronomical yet not too arrogant restaurant. Artsy environment and very good food match well together. Our waiter Julien was friendly and very good with us, allowing us to have a fantastic dinner. My favorite was the foie gras and tartar.

Without doubt one of the best restaurants in Fribourg, if not the best. You even dare bring your Mom. Raport quality/price is excellent and the ambiance guaranteed. Mr. Kondratowitz's self-taught cuisine surprises seasoned eaters as well as amateurs. And surprised you will be....a spicy, curry sorbet that could easily fit as a desert served as an amuse-bouche? Brilliant. Discover niche-wines, get "shaken culinarily", enjoy the friendly staff and discover miscellaneous art (pictures, paintings and statues). The decor reminds me of a upper standing Parisian "bistro". A true pleasure every time. For ambiance, get a table in the main salon, for more discretion and quiet ask for the Salon Bleu and if you dare, sit next to the piano and pretend it's yours for the evening. Bon appétit !

Food is good, presentation of the plates are great, sauces and blending of taste and colours are refined and one can see there's a lot of effort behind it. One off point though. A condescending attitude from one of your personnel was not great but we'll definitely come again for the food.

Great restaurant! From outside you don't expect such a beautiful place inside. Small menu but the quality of food is really high. Fast, efficient and kind service. Price: correct. Fully satisfied!

My brother and sis suggested it to me, was not disappointed, spectacular food and very good price too. Great service from pleasant staff, were seated rather quickly. Lots of different food choices to select from the menu, fantastic. Great personnel, always take care of us just like family not only a customer. The cost of the food was significantly less than anticipated, my sister And I were really thrilled.
