From the moment we arrived back at Don Pepe we felt 'back at home.' Lovely warm welcome and speedy check in to a Red Level Room. Beautiful sea view room - which was serviced daily by the charming room team. All the staff are amazing and go out of their way to make sure you are enjoying your stay. The beautiful grounds help you to relax between meals. Hopefully the 'Breakfast Room' will return once the hotel has been refurbished. Can't wait to return in 2027

With no doubt, by far, the best hotel in Marbella! From the very moment we arrive the the door, we have a strong feeling of how much everything single staff member cares. Abel the guest relation manager was always checking on us, making sure we had everything we need, and even many times took initiatives to send us details and make our stay super enjoyable. The housekeeping staff is fantastic! We sometime spent a lot of our day in the room and they would really wait for us until we would leave our room, sometimes after 8 pm to come and do it perfectly, and all with a smile and positive mood. We were initially supposed to stay 3 days, we ended up staying 8 nights and we left with a very heavy heart! Just because we really had to. If you want to feel real hospitality, you want to feel cared for and not just someone there to pay, Melia Don Pepe is the one and only choice!

Big shout out for Isabel in ‘guest experience’ at the Don Pepe, Marbella- what a professional! She is a class act and a great ambassador for the hotel and the hotel group. Location is the best and therefore fabulous views all over the coast. Gardens are beautiful as is the lobby bar and terrace Red Level rooms are spacious ,function well with balconies to the sea. Housekeeping is very good All the staff here are some of the best you will ever come across. Charming, helpful professional...they make this hotel what it is...a lovely place to stay We wish them well with their refurbishment plans and I know that most guests will return!

This is my fourth trip to Marbella, my first time in hotel Don Pepe Gran Meliá and it was incredible! I will definitely be back here. Every aspect of the hotel is spotlessly clean, the lobby, the rooms, the gym all kept to a perfect standard. The staff worked tirelessly to ensure we had an amazing stay. The pool concierge team and the pool staff from Bardot made every day we spent by the pool perfect. Although I can’t praise the staff throughout the hotel enough, everyone was friendly and helpful. We booked the red level and the lounge experience was great. Breakfast, snacks and drinks all available in a quiet lounge area. The hotel itself is a very easy short walk to old town. The grounds of the hotel are wonderful, a mix of green gardens and pool area, with easy access to the beach and promenade. I would highly recommend a stay here, the hotel, staff and overall experience were all exceptional!

We have been visiting this hotel for many years. The service is excellent and the attention to detail is first class. Whilst it has become a lot more expensive than in previous years, it still represents good value.

Isabel from guest services was just totally amazing and made our stay at this hotel just so perfect. She was so professional and has the ability to really connect with us as customers and made us feel important. The full name of this hotel is: Don Pepe Gran Meliá. It is a great place, located just about 15 minutes walking from the old city center of Marbella. It is also right on the boardwalk that runs along the beach, and that you can use to get to the city center. The boardwalk is full of restaurants and bars, which makes the location of the hotel even better. The hotel facilities are in great shape, spacious rooms with views of the Mediterranean Sea, large outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, large fitness center, 3 restaurants, lots of lounge chairs around the pool deck, as well as, on the lawn area next to the pool. Another big plus for this hotel is the breakfast buffet they offer and that is included with the room rate. Huge selection of breads, meats, eggs, juices and fresh fruit. Also, the service in general is great, in all of the areas of the hotel. Excellent place to vacation in Marbella.

Great place to stay right on the beachfront and boardwalk. The Décor could use some updating but overall still great in book! Definitely recommended!
