We had a wonderful experience at Hotel du Cadran. We booked our room about two months in advance and requested a high floor, away from the elevator. When we received our initial confirmation, we noticed that our room preferences hadn’t been reflected, so we reached out to the hotel directly.||A front desk representative, Sebastian promptly responded, assuring us that he had seen our request and would do his best to make our stay a memorable one. We truly appreciated the attentiveness and professionalism from the very beginning.||Before our arrival, we received a follow-up email confirming that the hotel would be able to accommodate our preferences, and they certainly delivered. From the warm, friendly welcome at check-in to the thoughtful surprise waiting in our room, a bottle of wine and a handwritten welcome note, every detail exceeded our expectations. That kind of personal touch is the definition of true hospitality.||Another lovely detail that added value to our stay was the complimentary coffee and wide variety of sweets and treats offered daily in the lobby. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a delightful way to recharge after a day of exploring Paris.||We were genuinely impressed by the prompt communication, attention to detail, and overall guest care provided throughout our stay. Huge thanks to Sebastian and the entire Hotel du Cadran team for making our trip so special. If Paris is on our itinerary again, we’ll absolutely be back. :)
