We stayed for 4 nights in this riad. It’s perfectly positioned - easy walk to the square and the Medina. Quiet at night - unless someone decides to sit in the central courtyard to talk. The Jade room is the best - lots of natural light, privacy and good AC. It’s up two flights of narrow stairs, so consider that. We tried the breakfast on the first day but the service was so slow and the food wasn’t worth the wait so we ate out. The rooms were clean and spacious. If you book direct and offer to pay cash you can get a room for €85 a night.

We had a really pleasant two-night stay here, and the service was fantastic, making us feel very welcome throughout. The breakfast was also really good. While the rooms were good overall, they were definitely in need of some general repairs and improvements. The tap was a bit wonky, and the shower was leaking, which unfortunately led to it not being very powerful. Apart from that, I would definitely recommend this particular Riad. The central courtyard was really nice, especially with the refreshing pool situated there. The terrace also has good views. However, in my opinion, the seating could definitely be improved or perhaps even added, based on photos I saw from a few years ago, which seem to depict a different setup now.

Nice clean accommodation in comfortable rooms. Slight problem when booking in and felt we were being fobbed off with other rooms in a different place to where we had booked. But resolved after some discussion.

We booked this Riad as it had pool and was close to main square. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The manager helped us on our first day to plan our days and recommended routes to take around the city for each of the visits we wished to take, advising us on restaurants and lunch spots. We had a family room and considering how close it was to the centre it was very quiet, clean and everything worked. Breakfasts were huge way too much food for us. It consisted of Moroccan fried breads, pastries, fresh fruit juice, pancakes and tea or coffee. For me it lacked fresh fruit/eggs and despite asking for this they didn't seem to be able to provide it, either through a miscommunication or just their small kitchen was unable to cater in this way. The pool was beautiful and we enjoyed it for what it was but be aware it's more of a plunge pool after a hot walk around the city. It's small and very cold.

Our introduction to Morocco wasn't great (although the rest of the trip was). Riad Tresor is located deep in the labyrinth of Marrakech's medina, and you need help to find it and get your luggage there. Staff seemed to be pretty much non-existent, and the whole place turned out to be very basic and rather down-at-heel (but maybe that's what you can expect from Marrakech?)|Breakfast was pretty terrible: extremely basic, insufficient and very slow. Other guests had more problems with their rooms than we did, but ours was not great either. Yes, it has a small pool in the central courtyard (mainly decorative) and a kind of rooftop lookout, but these didn't make up for the drawbacks.|I don't often post bad reviews, bit it was hard to find good aspects to Riad Tresor. I'm at a loss to understand how it has received such high ratings.

Staying at this Riad definitely gave us the best possible experience of Marrakech with a mix of feeling safe as the entrance door had a code combination lock on it which a lot of the other Riads didn’t have. Being right in the heart of Marrakech meant it wasn’t much of a walk to get to any of the places we needed to get and we only had to get a taxi once. The staff are all so kind and will help with any issues you have especially Yusuf, he was very kind and helped us a lot and even showed me around Marrakech on his bike which was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I believe this is the perfect place to stay if you are wanting to go out every day and come back to the Riad to rest as the Riad is not a place to really have your whole holiday staying inside and I believe that’s why the WI-FI not being great isn’t really a big issue, I had to sit in the lobby area to get good WI-FI which actually turned out to be great as everyone was so friendly and I talked to a lot of people. It was always very clean and the breakfast was also delicious which made the early mornings worth it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone considering to go to Marrakech.

Great little place. Mehdi was super helpful and Mohammad was great! Quite but close to main square. Helped organise tours. Hamam and massage was great from their spa. Would definitely recommend. Will be going back.
