I don’t usually stay in boutique-style hotels, but I was booked into Hotel Du Vin for work and was genuinely blown away. From the moment we checked in, it felt special. Each room is named after a vineyard instead of numbered, which was such a quirky and fun touch. The decor throughout the hotel was beautiful—elegant, warm, and inviting.
I treated myself to a glass of the house rosé and honestly, it was the best house wine I’ve ever had. I’d heard great things about the food, so I chose to stay in rather than explore the nearby town (which is within easy walking distance). I’m so glad I did—dinner was absolutely incredible. The food was flawless, easily a 10/10, and the service matched it.
The hotel was spotless, and while the car park wasn’t huge, we had no trouble finding a space. Overall, a lovely stay, and I’d absolutely return—or happily try another Du Vin location if I’m travelling elsewhere. Highly recommend!
