Very peaceful place in front of Dunai. In a restaurant they have delicious catfish prepared in different stiles and all of them are nicely tasty. Recommended!

Very nice hotel. Great price for value. Amazing location just by the river. Everything was great but the breakfast service. The guys from breakfast deliberately ignored me as solo, male, 30s, non-Croatian traveler. The approach each and every single person to take order from them i on purpose waited until someone will come until 15 mins to the breakfast end. They sat around 3 tables around me, they even sat me in my spot and still they didn’t approach me as THE ONLY guest. Yet, the pasties at reception were very nice. The room has all basics and more. There was funny smell in the room but when I opened the balcony within 30 mins the air freshens. WARNING ⚠️ the hotel closes after some time there is one back door opened so if you would like to go for evening walk just inform them they should show you the door. I didn’t and I spent like 30 mins walking around until I’ve found the opened door 😊 |Highly recommended.

Very disappointed. Security problems at the desk. No one was at reception - a waiter took my passport "for later" and gave me my key. 5 hours later passports still had not be scanned (required in Croatia) and they had been left sitting out in public view for hours. I view this as a security issue- not safely handling customer's documents, processing them properly and returning them promptly. Every other facility I stayed in, even campgrounds, were able to scan them and give them right back to me. The actual hotel is ok. Not great or nice but it's cute in a dated fashion. AC works, beds are good, room is clean, wifi is spotty at best. The restaurant is ok, not great but service was not good.

We had a spectacular lunch of perch (smudja) overlooking the Danube at this elegant outdoor restaurant. It was Sunday afternoon and the restaurant was full; reservations definitely required. There were four of us and we started with an antipasto platter of local salamis and cheese; then at the recommendation of our waiter we had platters of three different variations of perch, which were accompanied by vegetables. The fish was boneless, moist and tasty. (one variation was lightly battered, the other cordon bleu style, the third not breaded and wrapped in prosciutto) my preference was the cordon bleu and wrapped in prosciutto – the lightly breaded version needed some additional seasoning. The portions were very generous. The service was wonderful and staff very attentive.

Quite an unpleasant experience.|A group of about ten people reserved lunch at exact time a weak in advance, and lunch was served two hours after agreed time. Almost at a diner time. The food was served to members of a company at different time with an interval of half an hour to an hour. You just can't believe it.|The staff did not announce the possibility of such a delay, but on a couple of occasions announced that the food was just arriving.|Completely unprofessional approach to guests and their time.|The food was tasty, but average.|The wine list is limited - only sweet wines.|All in all, if you want to have lunch by the Danube river, and you have a lot of time, and don't know what to do with it, you can try this restaurant. Good luck!

Ask to have a beer. Had to seat myself. Two waitresses walked by without any acknowledgement. After sitting for 10 minutes, a local group of 4 sat down and waitresses came right up to them. I informed her I was here first, and told I had to wait. Very hostile to Americans.

I was there one weekend for lunch, the owner rented a big table for some people who celebrated something and let their music on cellphones, screaming and disturbig everyone around. Waiters didn't want to do or say anything. We and all the people who just came for a lunch were waiting for and hour to get food and to be noticed by the waiters, because they were only serving the celebrating crew. Only one waiter appologised. Food was ok even though we waited for one hour to get it.||I came once again few months after only for a drink, and again wasn't noticed for 20 minutes. Then the waiter saw me and ignored to come for 10 minutes more even though it wasn't so much people that afternoon in the restaurant.
