Hotel Ristorante Edelweiss

We stayed here for one night for a hike trip with a baby, and we had an amazing time. We arrived early and one of our rooms was already ready, which was very convenient. They also arranged a cot for us. Staff is wonderful. The rooms are basic but comfortable and with lovely views. The spa is very nice, and the restaurant is excellent. The only downside was that the warm pool was not warm enough (definitely not 35 degrees), so it was a bit cold for the cool weather. Otherwise, excellent experience and will return if we go hiking in this area again.

A wonderful little family-run hotel, with a spectacular daily menu ands wine list, attentively curated by the chef and owners. The SPA is fabulous, and the whole hotel has a lovely family touch, great service, amazing food and wine, quite mountain location - an absolute gem we highly recommend, we can't wait to go back!

The Spa is small but very nice.|Had a very good massage to my neck but unfortunately after sleeping on that mattress and pillows (so hard and uncomfortable) my neck was worse than before, very uncomfortable for the suite room we had.|The suite bar did not have a beer or any alcohol.|We spent 470 euros for 1 night and espresso coffee we had at lunch were not included in the deal but extras. So I had to pay them separately.|The bar is new and look just remade, and as often new architecture is cold and not friendly.|Food was ok, average.

5 stars hotel !!! We had a great time. Tidy, clean and luxurious. Great service. Very friendly staff. Best food in the area. Cristina the receptionist offered us some hotel goods. Kids area. Adults area. There is even a piano that you can play. Very recommended. We are going back there in summer and in winter to ski. Lots of nice hiking trails. Best way to connect with your friends family and nature.

Been here many times and it never disappoints. The attention to detail and the care they put in running the place is always aimed to offer the warmest experience and it is second to none. Simplicity and familiarity, wrapped up in an atmosphere that reminds of a classic alpine mointain-like refuge, are the rule here. Food is tasty and varied, even though we found it slightly less varied this time around, being August I'm told they'd rather offer a simpler menu for the surge of old-timers. The swimming pool and the spa area were clean, stylish and offered a really nice experience. Personnel was polite, smiling and always ready for a chat. Would recommend and will come back. |

Friends staff and great food which is very reasonable priced

We did not stay at the hotel ourselves, but we attended a wedding here (where all other guests stayed) and ate here on a separate occasion. The food is lovely. Perfect Italian - simple and delicious. It is a beautiful setting with lots of great hikes around. it is on the edge of a quiet, beautiful old town. The owners are second to none, they went out of their way to accommodate adults and children, both at the wedding and at meal times. We will be back!
