Casa Eutimio

"Eutimio occupies an attractive property with a homely feel in a unique setting (although parking can be a problem). The traditionally inspired à la carte is centred around fish and seafood." - Michelin Inspector

Hotel Eutimio in Lastres is a beautifull hill side family hotel with spectacular views of the ocean. Our room had a large terrace overlooking the ocean with a comfortable large bed with soft sheets. Ana, the receptionist, was super helpful and told us all about the hotel, its origins and memorabilia, like a brick made by hand that sits exposed as a reminder. We’ll definitely be back when in Lastres. Thank you!

One of the best hotels and restaurants in the whole region. If you want something really traditional don't look anywhere else. Real food from Asturias in this family owned and managed place. The owners are the sweetest and most helpful people. Definitely worth a visit.

Stayed for one quiet Friday night in February. The man working at the check in desk was extremely friendly and helpful, helped with luggage up a flight of stairs and spoke good English. Very friendly and recommended a local cider bar when we enquirer where to go. |We ate dinner later at the adjoining restaurant and had a fantastic seafood meal. Our room was lovely, a little old fashioned but in a nice way. The bathroom was large and the room had a spacious seating area, large walk in closet area and a nice patio. We felt like it was good value for money and we enjoyed our stay.

We loved this so much, we ate there two nights in a row. Our host/server was amazing…friendly, helpful, patient with our lack of Spanish, and somehow everywhere at once…he really made this a lovely experience. The food was also perfect. The best croquettes we have had anywhere. The cachopo was as good as advertised and worthy of the awards. The Cecina de Cebon was another highlight. So many great dishes here.

This hotel gets our highest recommendation. Pleasant staff with a grandmother that you want to take home with you. The restaurant food was extraordinarily good and served with a friendly smile. The rooms were attentive to every detail including a small basket with candies and cookies when we arrived. This hotel is ideally located in the center of town near the port. The highlight is a terrace overlooking the sea; a delightful place to spend a morning. Our party of three wished we could spend more time in this gem!

We stopped here for one night for bed and breakfast. We had intended to eat in the restaurant but unfortunately, it was shut on the night of our stay.||||The reception clerk was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is ideally located in Lastres and offers great views of the harbour from its terrace. There is not a lot of car parking nearby.||||The room was a little old-fashioned but very clean, comfortable and quiet.||||Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, served by a friendly young woman. We had scrambled eggs with cheese, very fresh croissants, fresh orange juice, yogurt, fruit, pancakes and excellent coffee.||||We paid 60 euros for the room and 8 euros each for breakfast. ||||It is a shame that we did not get to try the restaurant as based on our breakfast experience, it is likely it would have been equally delicious.

We stayed a couple of nights - were upgraded and had quite a large room in the eaves. Maria warmly welcomed us and then she was serving in the restaurant that evening and again at breakfast so seemed to be superwoman! ||The hotel was filled with family photos and antiques and had a warm feel. There's also a sitting room and roof terrace for guests. Maria's mother was lovely when we checked out even though we couldn't speak any Spanish.||We ate in the restaurant one evening and it was fine dining with a contemporary twist with very friendly service. The portions were very generous, so they were happy to serve half-sized starter portions.||We found parking outside but it can get very crowded. Lastres is quite a small place but is a great base to explore the area.
