"Eutimio occupies an attractive property with a homely feel in a unique setting (although parking can occasionally be a problem). The traditionally focused à la carte is centred around fish and seafood, and is enhanced by interesting market-inspired daily suggestions. Several dishes require pre-ordering, such as the “caldereta” of fish and seafood, and the rice with lobster. The same goes for its hugely popular version of the traditional “cachopo” stew (the restaurant’s “Cacholetus” dish won Spain’s inaugural “cachopo” competition)." - Michelin Inspector

Amazing restaurant with a privileged view of the sea, from port to far away beaches. Fish was fresh and grilled beautifully. We all argued on which one was best. Desserts alone are worth the visit. It is our yearly visit and we will continue for years to come.

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Casa Eutimio this evening. The service was amazing and every dish was delicious. We would highly recommend the cecina de wagyu, the cachopo, all of the fish dishes (which come in an amazing garlic and olive oil sauce) and the cheesecake. We hope to come back soon!

We just had a coffee, but the waitress attending the terrace was excellent. Very friendly and caring. He tried to answer any of our requests.

Delightful location, a lovely breakfast with a view of the coast. Friendly staff and very convenient for the beaches. Perfect for at least 2 nights (it would take more to explore the area properly!)

We went to have dinner to the restaurant and everything was really nice, service food and ambient. Specially San Martin fish, Cheese Soup Salad and Tocinillo de Cielo was amazing. Thanks!

We spent a couple of nights here on our way back to Santander. Our room (number 101) was very comfortable with a large terrace/balcony overlooking the harbour and the bay. The view of the sunrise on our second morning was magnificent. The charming village is built on a steep cliff face and is well worth exploring.||We ate in the dining room on one night, an excellent meal and very good value. The menu provided a good choice and included several fish options which were fresh on the day.||The staff had limited English but were all very helpful.||It was just over 1 1/2 hours easy driving to the ferry port at Santander so Casa Eutimio is an excellent stopover.

One of the best hotels and restaurants in the whole region. If you want something really traditional don't look anywhere else. Real food from Asturias in this family owned and managed place. The owners are the sweetest and most helpful people. Definitely worth a visit.
