This was my second time staying at Hôtel Fabric, and once again, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is small, modern, and full of character—housed in a former textile factory with beautiful industrial-chic design.||||The location in the Oberkampf district is excellent—close to the Marais, with great cafés, shops, and Metro access nearby.||||My room was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. Though compact, it had everything I needed, including a great rain shower and high-quality toiletries.||||Service was warm and attentive. The staff are genuinely friendly and always willing to help. I also appreciated the hammam, small gym, and complimentary tea and snacks throughout the day.||||Overall, Hôtel Fabric continues to be a favorite—stylish, welcoming, and perfectly located for a true Parisian stay. I’ll definitely be back again.

We loved the location of this hotel - it was not in the main touristy parts of Paris so felt very immersed in the city life of Paris. Lots of options for Metros nearby, cafes, etc. The lobby was beautiful and welcoming, as was the staff. I was hopeful about the hotel bar, as we often like to enjoy a cocktail at the end of the day but the bar is an "honesty bar" so really takes away the ambience when you have to pour yourself and there's no other travelers to chat with. Note: there were a couple of cute bars just down the street.||As is expected in Paris, our "Superior Double Room" was small. The rooms were very clean and the daily housekeeping service was prompt and efficient. The bed was comfortable and the room was decorated beautifully. I wished that there was more storage - the "closet" was tiny, even some coat hooks on the wall would've made organizing our clothes easier - we stored our open suitcases under the bed most of the time so we could move about the room. The bathroom was spacious and had everything we needed. The rain shower head was nice but, quite frankly, aggressive - it was in a tub with one of those half shower doors so it felt like water was spraying everywhere. I realize that's picky. There's also a small but very nice gym, which we used and were glad to have it. There's a steam room but it wasn't on and we couldn't figure out how to use it after our workout.||Additionally, there was quite a bit of construction (maybe in the hotel or just nearby) that we heard daily. I think we may have paid a premium price for our "superior" room and the time of year so i'm not sure the value was what we were looking for.

This hotel is superb. Beautiful decor throughout, the standard of cleanliness is beyond compare, and the breakfast choice was so fresh, using local produce. I simply cannot fault this hotel. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble and they speak several languages, making everyone welcome and feeling at home. I would not hesitate to stay here again, it was the perfect base for our Parisian exploring. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Fabric! From the moment we walked through the doors, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful—truly making us feel welcome right away. The atmosphere in the lobby was warm and inviting, and we really appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea available 24/7—it was a nice touch that made us feel right at home.||Our room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring the city. The location was also excellent, with easy access to several metro stations that made getting around Paris a breeze.||Highly recommend Hotel Fabric for anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Paris!

Really truly brilliant. We went to celebrate a milestone birthday for my daughter. They couldn’t have done any more to make us more comfortable. They were on hand at every moment to be helpful and to make our stay so amazing. The breakfast is phenomenal. The rooms are gorgeous. The birthday cake was delicious and so sensitively handled. The hotel is very smart and comfortable and we loved its location! ||Paris is amazing and it is such. A great hotel. The 12 pm check out was so helpful. ||Totally recommend

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Le Fabric. I’m almost reluctant to share the info because I don’t want it to be too hard to get a reservation in the future. I stayed for a week this past spring. Great location in one of my preferred arrondissements, impeccably clean room and lobby, helpful and kind staff, and the absolute best water pressure in the shower I’ve ever experienced. It’s an overhead rain-shower head along with the standard European hand-held. I wasn’t expecting much but it was extremely strong and hot water all day long. I’ve visited Paris a lot and this was my most favorite hotel in years. Can’t wait to come back and try the hammam!

We had a group of 9 that had just come to Paris on the train from an AmaWaterways cruise. This was a perfect hotel for us - they let us check in early, the location was convenient, and the staff was amazing in their friendliness and accommodation. Also, the lounge area is perfect for a group to gather, have a glass of wine and make plans for the day or dinner. and by the way, we ate at Le Villaret the first night which was a 2 minute walk and it was perfect. But also there were several restaurants within the block that all were good. I am a travel agent and would definitely recommend to clients!

Google
This was a charming boutique hotel in a quiet area of Paris, not far from the Marais. The rooms are small (as is the norm in Paris) but nicely appointed. The lobby has a chill vibe and an honor bar in the evenings. Breakfast was expensive so we skipped it and got local pastries (but coffee was available free of charge). Front-desk service was excellent. Nearby Metro stations make transportation around the city a breeze. We would gladly stay here again.

Yelp
I wasn't sure where to stay, but we certainly didn't want to stay in a very touristy area, either. Upon doing some research, I stumbled upon Hotel Fabric - and I have to say, it was a great experience - so much so that when we return back to Paris for a visit, we will certainly stay there again! The hotel is in a great highly walkable area with so much good stuff nearby. Le Marais was nearby, so we got all of the great stuff in the 11th but were in very close proximity to everything Le Marais had to offer, too. For example, Marche des Enfants Rouge was just a quick 12 minute walk (Google maps said 15, I guess we just walk fast) for some great food and drink - love The Butcher of Paris there. The 11th had so many great places within a 5-10 minute walk, too. Throw in friendly staff in more of a boutique hotel, and we were quite happy. Costs were more than fair in my opinion, too.

Yelp
Stayed here for a few nights while staying in Paris. Booked indirect for a Superior Room requesting for 2 twins beds for an early check in. As our room wasn't available for our early check-in, left our bags with the front desk and went to explore the city. The Superior Room was available in the afternoon with 2 Twin beds placed side-by-side, attached by sheets only... There was also only one large comforter... The front desk informed us that the beds could be separated?!? The door was opened using a proximity key and also had a key for the deadbolt from the outside... interestingly enough, there was no door stop from the inside... There was a red light outside the room indicating if the key card was inserted in the room for power. The shower had decent water pressure. Hot water was turning the lever to the left whereas for the sink, hot water was turning the lever to the right?!? The TV had numerous global channels including Bloomberg Europe and CNN. For some reason, the channels would be flickering on and off... The HVAC seemed to be disabled making the room quite stuffy at night. Despite turning down the temperature and moving the fan from Auto to manual, the fan was non Operational...leading to a very warm and stuffy room each time we stayed in the room.... The property seems to be recently remodeled with a gym, massage room, shower, and bathroom in the basement. There is an option for breakfast in the lobby... alternatively there is a grocery store next door and Boulangeries around the corner. Due to the Metro strike, getting to and from the hotel was a challenge. Uber was the alternative. At checkout, there was a remaining balance of £2.xx per person per day in fees...not sure why it wasn't included in the indirect bill...

Yelp
Paris, je t'aime ! On our way from California to Bavaria, we had a stopover in Paris and decided it would be nice to spend two nights in this amazing city and walk off our jetlag. We chose Hotel fabric because it is in a pretty central location in the Oberkampf neighborhood, the Metro is a short walk away, the taxi rides to and from the airport are short enough and there are nice brasseries, cafes, and restaurants in the area. I must admit, I am usually not a big fan of boutique hotels, just because I find them to be too expensive and overly cute. But I had a lot of expedia points and thought I could splurge a bit since I had already used a cheap airline to get there :-) This hotel is amazing. Small, whimsical, with great staff. Cute but not cutesy rooms. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom soooo cool with its rainforest shower. Also, there is a hamam in the basement that can be booked in advance (it's free), and they offer a very nice breakfast buffet. I might splurge again the next time I end up in Paris!

Yelp
I love coming to this boutique hotel when we visit Paris. The staff always remembers our name which really means a lot. They personalize each experience. It is so retro church inside and during Christmas it looked beautiful in the lobby. They have a coffee machine available 24/7 so I am always drinking cappuccinos as I'm coming in/out of the building :) The breakfast buffet is a nice spread of pastries, charcuterie, fresh fruit, juice and tea. The rooms are always so clean and I love the shower! It's huge! They really take the time to make sure everything looks nice and clean in each room. Can't to wait to come back :)

Yelp
I travel a bit for work so I've stayed at my fair share of hotels. I've also traveled for fun a bit so I've stayed at some fairly nice hotels. I've had huge multiroom suites that are larger then most of the places I've lived and I've dealt with some great staff but I can easily say the Hotel Fabric is the best hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. It all begins with the fantastic staff. They are all incredibly courteous and available for your every need. The speak perfect English (but don't be afraid to ask "comment dites-vous", which means how do you say and learn a little French) and seem to know everything. The hotel rooms aren't huge but the hotel is beautiful. Every detail was obviously thought through completely! Amazing bathrooms, comfortable beds and an amazing downstairs. It's a perfect to begin your adventure, the perfect base camp to experience Paris from! The neighborhood is a little outside of the center of Paris, about 4 miles from the Eiffel Tower but it's a part that's lived in, that's beautiful, that's quite. I just can't say enough good stuff. Pay for the amazing breakfasts, stay here and bike into town (1,70 per day for bike rentals though use a credit card as a 150 deposit is placed on your account). Hotel Fabric will not let you down!

Yelp
My husband and I stayed in Hotel Fabric during our Paris trip. I'm very on the fence about giving this hotel four stars - three and a half would be a bit more accurate, while three would be too low. It really is a pretty boutique hotel in a very cool area. The drawing room in the reception of the hotel is very nicely designed and a comfortable place to sit. And we definitely took full advantage of the well-stocked honor bar. The stairwell and hallways to the guest rooms were very dark. Luckily, our room was located right at the top of the stairway on the second floor, so we didn't have to venture too far down those narrow, dark halls. Our room was a decent size, with large windows overlooking the street below. The bathroom was stocked up with luxurious L'Occitane products, which made me super happy. Unfortunately, the bed was so uncomfortable. The pillows were small and sparse, and I woke with a stiff neck every single morning of our stay. This memory has stuck with me and, because of it, it's unlikely that I'd want to stay at Hotel Fabric again. Unfortunate, since every other aspect of the hotel was pretty solid. I certainly wouldn't discourage a stay here, but I would caution against what could be an uncomfortable night's sleep. Personally, I'll likely look for other accommodations on my next visit.

Yelp
Short version: If you're in Paris, book a room here now! Longer version: This is a fantastic hotel, and will definitely be where I stay when I come back. The hotel gets all the stars, across the board, in my book. The service is top notch. My mom and I arrived early in the morning, and our room was nowhere near ready, understandably, since people hadn't even begun checking out. Not only was the staff understanding, they provided us with use of the massage room downstairs (with its own separate shower) so that we could freshen up before hitting the town for the day. A great start to a visit, since a hot shower after 18 hours of flying is just the thing to feel like a new person. The staff here are so friendly, accommodating, and helpful; whether it's asking for restaurant recommendations, nearby laundry facilities, best ways to get around town, things to see off the beaten path, etc...the staff were all knowledgeable and kind in assisting us. The facilities are great too. The lobby is decorated very well, and in the basement, they have a massage room, a hammam, and a small gym. Breakfast is served daily in the lobby, and it's a very nice European breakfast, at that. During the day, complimentary tea and coffee are available, while at night, they serve drinks in the lobby. The rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable. Nice use and layout of space in both the room and the bathroom. The hotel is also located within a few minutes walking distance of a couple metro stations, many nice restaurants, patisseries, boulangeries, etc... We were able to get to everywhere we wanted to within 10-25 minutes of walking/using the metro. All in all, this hotel is highly recommended!!!

Yelp
Excellent stay at the Hotel Fabric from the moment we walked in to a very toasty welcome, to our reluctant departure. Hotel Fabric presents a very genuine warmth throughout, from the decor, service, rooms, and overall vibe. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but our favorite was Fabiola-who started our Hotel Fabric stay on the right foot. The hotel decor is understated, comfy chic...with an emphasis on comfy. The room itself was typical for a Parisian boutique hotel, small but it was just right since all we did in it was sleep. The best part of this room was the bathroom, with it's soothing dark colors, subtle twinkle lights on the shower wall and the most amazing rain shower head. It is the perfect remedy after a day of endless walking. The L'Occitane toiletries were a nice touch too. Beds were comfy, although I would have preferred a couple of extra pillows since the ones on the bed seemed a little on the small side; more important-a flat sheet since the comforter duvet was too hot at times and when you take it off, gets cold. We adjusted by lowering the room temperature so all was good, but a flat sheet would definitely remedy this situation. My family and I will definitely stay at this charming jewel again. The staff was superb, as was the hotel itself from the wonderful sitting lobby where you can enjoy a coffee or tea, 24/7-the hammam (unfortunately we didn't take full advantage of), gym, and massage room. I should also mention that Hotel Fabric is in the dynamic 11th arrondissement, central to the Bastille, Republic, Marais, and many wonderfully unique shops, restaurants, and bars. I've stayed in many places/neighborhoods in Paris and this last experience was definitely top 3 for me. Go to Paris & stay at Hotel Fabric, it'll be tops for you too!

Yelp
We stayed at the Hotel Fabric for three nights. From the moment we arrived to our departure we loved everything about this hotel. The staff was very warm and inviting. The lobby was beautifully decorated (note the gorgeous chandlers photo) and very quaint. We found our room very comfortable, bright with natural sun light and one of the BEST rain showers on the planet. Toiletries were L'Occitane, one of my favorites,?and the open "honesty" bar in the lobby was a nice touch. If you're looking for a hotel that is clean, affordable and all around comfortable as your home away from home, I'd highly recommend Hotel Fabric.

Yelp
We were so jetlagged when we arrived here from New York. SNCF was on strike (what else is new?); so we had to spend a night in Paris before the trains were running again to Avignon. We wanted to be not too far from Gare de Lyon as we had an early train the next day, and this hotel is a 5 minute taxi or uber ride away. Everyone was extremely friendly, and the building is very nice with pretty good free coffee in the lobby. Our room was in the front of the hotel, and was still very quiet even with a window going down to the street below. We used the hammam when we arrived, which was a really nice way to detox after a long flight. I think it helped with the jetlag, and we felt much better the next day.

Yelp
Have you ever stayed at a hotel that had been open for just one week? It's not such a bad thing. We were probably the first ones to use some of the amenities, including the steam shower area of the spa, complete with spectacular ceiling LED starry night. HOT HOT steam and soothing cold shower all in one. Reminds me of cold nights by the fire, sitting a little too close and then running off into a cold room (Calvin and Hobbs style). Rooms were fantastic, as was the tea and Madeleines. If you imagine SOHO and the last bit of London where we stayed smooshed together, you'd have a good idea of the neighborhood near the Hotel Fabric. The fantastic restaurant just across the street La Cave de L'insolite, is another draw, and indicative of the hip urban vibe. If ever needed, I'm sure to book again here.

Yelp
Fabulous boutique hotel in a great neighborhood. The staff here is incredible. Sorya was great in giving directions and recommendations. The only complaint I have was the lighting in the bathroom. The lighting was very dim and the sink super small. Other than that I would give 5+++ Stars.

Yelp
Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. Very helpful and hospitable staff, super clean, the decoration of the whole establishment was lit. Visited Paris for my Birthday, once we checked into our room the staff provided a hand written Birthday card along with a gift. The fully stocked honor bar was convenient, we took advantage daily. Also the steam room was hidden gem.

Yelp
This place is great. It's a boutique hotel with comfortable, stylish rooms, a cozy lobby/sitting area, a steam room (don't miss this!) and great staff. The neighborhood is great, we walked, ate and shopped in the area and wonderful experiences. Go and enjoy!

Yelp
Lovely hotel experience. Traveling from US, welcoming reception staff, very clean top floor room, shower with overhead waterfall type head is amazing, and included breakfast is fantastic and then some!

Yelp
I recently returned from a six-night stay at the Hotel Fabric. I enjoyed my visit, and would return to this hotel. Location: The hotel is on a relatively quiet side street, very close to (intersecting) the busier Rue Oberkampf and (paralleling) the Boulevard Richard Lenoir. It's in the 11th Arrondissement, about two blocks from the border with the 3rd. There is a small grocery store right next to the hotel, which came in very handy, a laundromat a few doors down, and several interesting shops and restaurants on the hotel's street (e.g., a hip record store, a place where the shopkeeper uses a table saw to hand-cut jigsaw puzzles, a store where you can get a handbag made out of Coca-Cola bottlecaps). There is a wine bar across the street, which I was initially concerned about -- but the street noise that emanated was loud-ish only on Thursday night, and the "loudness" was more than offset by the nice live acoustic guitar and standing bass music they were hosting. Rue Oberkampf, meanwhile, has a broad variety of other stores and restaurants, including a pharmacy and a wine store. Rue Voltaire, also nearby, also has a broad assortment of stores and cafes within walking distance. And it's a very short walk to the incredible array of interesting shops and cafes that exist in the 11th and especially the 3rd. You're about two-three short blocks from a Metro station (in either of two directions), and a block from Boulevard Richard Lenoir, a long, tree-lined promenade that, if you have the time and energy, you can take all the way down to the Seine. The only tricky thing about the location is that, for me at least, it took a little while for me to get my bearings -- the main streets all intersect at pitched angles, and it took me a while to figure out how to get to the hotel from an oft-used Metro stop on Rue Voltaire, even though it was close by. Staff: Very friendly and helpful, although my interactions were limited. My flight arrived mid-morning and I came to the hotel around noon, expecting to drop my luggage off and then wander the neighborhood for a few hours while my room was prepared. Instead, they allowed me to check in early with no fuss. Room and Facilities: My Superior Room was very nice. Paris rooms are of course small by U.S. standards, so you're grading on the margins. Particularly for the price point, this room was relatively spacious -- with more than enough area to maneuver on all sides of the bed, a functioning closet, and a bathroom large enough that you weren't stumbling over the toilet to get to the shower. I was a solo traveler but I think two people could comfortably stay in this room; there was space for two suitcases (which has been an issue in other Paris hotel rooms.) My room also got a lot of light, and I could open the windows whenever I so chose. The room was meticulously cleaned every afternoon. There is free tea downstairs, and a breakfast option that I didn't use. The weight room in the basement has three cardio machines and some free weights. (The heaviest dumbbell was around 30-35 lbs.) The downstairs common room is also nice; it's spacious and light, with plenty of seating.

Yelp
I've procrastinated in writing this review, as I wanted to be sure to find a time where I could adequately describe what an incredibly wonderful experience we had at the Hotel Fabric. And truth be told, I kinda want to keep the secret to myself, so that it won't be too difficult to book in the future! From the moment we arrived, and even beforehand, through our email correspondence, the Hotel Fabric stood out as different from the usual chain hotels we've experienced. For loyalty reasons, we tend to stay in the same two hotel chains whenever possible, but since there weren't good choices for our stay this time around, we chose the Hotel Fabric. The rooms are absolutely lovely. When I'm in a hotel, my two top priorities are a great comfy bed, and a clean, well functioning bathroom. Hotel Fabric exceeded my expectations in both areas. We booked one of the triple rooms. The third person sleeps on a convertible armchair that opens into a bed, but if you couldn't see the armchair portion, you would absolutely believe you were on a conventional bed. Our daughter, who had complained multiple times about the sofabed she slept on while we were in London, loved the bed here & had not one single word of complaint about it. Even nicer was the curtain partition that separated her area from the main portion of the room, which provided privacy for all of us. Now the bathroom. Ah, the bathroom. I seriously can't think of a single area of improvement. The L'Occitane toiletries, the generous shelving for personal items, the double-headed rainshower, the LED backlit tiles, just phenomenal. Very hot water when you need it, and the glass walls meant that the very spacious shower got very steamy, while the bathroom area itself was not. The unique shelving area provided us with ample room for hanging clothes, storing suitcases, etc. Even with three people in the room, we never felt at all crowded or cramped. We absolutely loved the fact that our room overlooked the very quiet & green courtyard area. We opened our windows & enjoyed the cool April breezes. I could go on & on about the room, but I think you get the idea. Now for the rest of the hotel.... I seriously think that I could live here & be a happy girl! The staff was so lovely, greeting us, asking how our day was, etc. We had quite a few times when we needed assistance or had questions, and they were unfailingly helpful & friendly, with none of the reputed snootiness that Parisians supposedly have. The breakfast was absolutely phenomenal, and we enjoyed it daily. The lady who sets up in the morning (I wish I could remember her name!) was so very sweet, greeting us daily, laughing along with us, etc. Michael at the front desk deserves an extra shout-out. If you do not speak French & wish to discuss your reservation with someone with excellent English skills, he's your man. I also wish that I'd gotten the name of the manager, the young lady with the charming accent (perhaps eastern European?). She also was so sweet & helpful. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our five days at the Hotel Fabric, and cannot wait until such time that we're able to visit again!

Yelp
Fabulous find!! Great customer service, friendly staff, beautiful decor. No complaints here. Loved our stay.

Yelp
This is a lovely new hotel and don't get me wrong when I say that but still give them 3 stars. The staff was great, the decor super cute, and it was nice to have free coffee in the lobby anytime during the day and night. Our room was more spacious than some of the previous hotels we've stayed at in the past. The bathrooms on the other hand lack the counter space I need but we ended up utilizing other surfaces in the main room to accommodate. My complaint is with the noise. I don't know if all the rooms face a street but ours did and we heard EVERYTHING! Not to mention the door was paper thin and if anyone were to talk in the hallway it was like we were there with them. This caused for minimal sleep during our stay there. But everything else about the hotel was great. It's just a shame they didn't put more money into sound proofing the rooms.

Yelp
This a truely wonderful hotel. Paris is a great city with plenty of places to explore - some well known and some off the the beaten track. Staying at the Hotel Fabric will simply be the icing on the cake of any visit. The staff are all warm and friendly. Our room was stylish and exceptionally clean and comfortable with a fabulous bathroom and a generous supply of l'occitane products. We loved opening the large window in the morning to enjoy the blue skies and the view across the rooftops. Downstairs there's a fabulous lounge with a hot drinks machine and a plentiful supply of Madelines and even a bowl of fruity sweets. Every evening an attractive array of wine, beer and spirits appears to create the honesty bar - simply help yourself and fill in your own form. Just when you think you've got it all its time to discover the steam room. Just book your time and then you've got the whole set up to yourselves. A fantastic treat after all the sightseeing. Oh, forgot to say that there are several metro stations nearby and you can walk to the markets at belleville and the bastille as well as stroll up to the canal st martin. What a perfect find...please dont tell all your friends about the Hotel Fabric...I want to keep it for myself!

Yelp
This is a nice hotel in a somewhat off-the-path area. There are some wonderful staff members here who really go out of the way to help you have a great time - like Fabiolla, who was like a personal savior. The breakfast buffet is ok, but rather limited and some items are sub-par (like the dry scrambled eggs and sausage). The rooms are decent. One big plus is being next door to a major supermarket, which is very nice to have. CONS: - We had an issue in that we brought a pet but were then asked to not leave our pet alone in the room, which seems a bit unreasonable and something that really should have been requested prior to our arrival. It soured the overall experience here for us. - we were placed on the 1st floor, which we were told was an upgrade (facing an interior courtyard with limited sunlight) - very very small closet space. I mean, really no storage space at all - Off the path area seems a little sketchy in parts - Some of the staff can be a bit too militant with the rules (ex: they leave free water out, but you have to drink it right there) - if you take a cup to your room you might be chased down for it - this is a small hotel with limited staff - if one person is sick the entire operation is significantly impacted - WiFi was out for an entire day and doesn't seem particularly fast PROS - as mentioned, some really helpful staff - next to a supermarket - next to a few really good restaurants - free hot beverages 24/7

Yelp
The hotel came highly recommended in TripAdvisor and I was not disappointed. The rooms are small by US standards, but are kept spotless. The staff is very cordial and helpful and the complimentary coffee/tea/snacks in the lobby are the perfect way to end the day after seeing the sights in Paris.

Yelp
This was a well situated hotel in terms of the metro. The staff was awesome especially Romeo-very nice speaking with him every night. Loved the recommendations for restaurant on the first night and appreciated the mini French lessons. We stayed 10 days and felt very welcome every evening when we returned from a full day of touristy activities.

Yelp
This is by far THE Best City Hotel we have ever visited. The atmosphere in the hotel is a must-experience. The staff are very friendly and they speak good english. The rooms are Well-furnished and the lobby is well-equipped. The style of the hotel is art boheme/industrial. The Hotel is located in a former industrial (textile) area, with many delicious restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel is located near to a metro-station (Oberkampf)
