Hotel Flora Batava

I had a truly lovely stay at this countryside hotel — the perfect blend of comfort, charm, and beautiful scenery. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff were kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The surroundings are absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to peaceful views of nature, with fresh air and quiet all around, was exactly what I needed to unwind and recharge. It felt like a hidden gem far away from the noise of the city.

Our stay lasted four wonderful days, and we couldn't have been more pleased. The hotel exuded cleanliness and freshness, being entirely new and very beautiful. Every morning, we indulged in a superb breakfast, complemented by exceptional service from the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. This hotel truly represents the pinnacle of quality and hospitality! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will surely return. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

I’ve come here many times just for a coffee-the view is always stunning. This time, we decided to stay for the weekend, and I was genuinely impressed. The room was spotless, beautifully kept, and we were lucky to have a view that made it even more special. The reception team was incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend it and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Beautiful located at a very nice canal with a beautiful garden. The nature reserve „Over Holland“ just a Cross the road. Nicely decorated rooms with lots of space. Restaurant is great and good quality, breakfast ok and service sometimes a bit stiff.

Room was really nice, and the view and garden of the place was beautiful. Location is good and you can walk around or in bike, although you can hear the noise of the parking lot almost all the time.

Spent 20minutes on the phone to select 5 rooms for a professionnal event with the hotel. Sent a confirmation email. But no room was booked. We finally needed to find an other last-minute hotel. Not professional at all.

I made a reservation. Upon arrival I was refused check-in, told to pay extra 100 euros. The hotel's behavior is very low in this case, as they could have demanded compensation from booking, not from the client.

The location of the hotel is nice. We were staying in a suite on the top level floor, 2nd floor. The room was spacious, the bed was great and soft, and the shower was good. The room is also quite dark during the night, the AC can be managed yourself and you can open a window. Breakfast has enough options and they can cater for allergies. The machine coffee is quite standard. |You cannot wash your hands in the toilet as there was no towel or soap, but the bathroom is close. |During breakfast a cleaning lady was vacuuming parts of the hotel. That was quite annoying, maybe they can start when breakfast is over. |We also had dinner at the restaurant. It was good food but the staff was quite junior, we had to give our name and room number 3x and the knowledge about the wines was quite basic, like they were reading it from a card. If they want to really know offer a high level experience in the restaurant, the service needs some improvement.
