As soon as we arrived, our child noticed a small bug on his pillow. Unfortunately, we didn't realize immediately it was a louse, but thought it was a harmless insect. Our child got louses as a souvenir from the hotel. In a 5-star hotel, you wouldn't expect something like this to be possible. I sent feedback to the hotel, not to ask for a refund, but to make sure that no one else gets infected and to ask the hotel to take care of hygiene. Unfortunately, the hotel was not interested in the feedback at all and did not respond to it. If a hotel is an expensive 5 star hotel, you would assume that hygiene, cleaning and above all responding to customer feedback would be the number one priority.
Otherwise friendly staff.
The room was also extremely hot, no air condition at all.
Good location, and a nice water park/spa.
