Hotel Hohe Linde

Everyone here was an absolute dream! Susie is a phenomenal chef, the whole family is extremely kind, and the hotel is extremely comfortable. The restaurant attached is delicious every time. You can’t order something that isn’t good. You could close your eyes and slap the menu with your finger and whatever it lands on will be excellent. Their lovely family makes the stay very warming and charming. The rooms themselves have nice amenities like heated towel racks and interconnected lighting so you don’t need to leave the bed to turn off lights. 100% great place to stay. Do not skip this place in Isny

This hotel offers modern and delicate spacious rooms. The outside is not hypermodern, but inside you find real modern comfort in a very stylish way. The quality of materials and design in the room is excellent. We had a group dinner in the more traditional restaurant, but parts of it was still cooked on the open fireplace in the restaurant and what a delicious meal it was. I felt that it was prepared just for me. Perfectly cooked and very nicely presented with excellent taste. Very professional and family-friendly service. You feel welcome and well taken care of and they show pride in exceeding your expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs accomodation in Isny with a great in-house restaurant. I want to go back with my wife and enjoy time in this hotel again.

I've stayed for 2 nights last week for business. This hotel is amazing: very friendly owners/waitress (good English too): willing to translate the whole menu, advised several bars in the neighbourhood, told us the whole family hotel runned story along with children & adoring cat. Nice swimming pool (but I forgot my swimming pants so I didn't tried it out). Very nice garden & terace outside (incl. fountain), ideal for warm summer nights & breakfast. Very beautiful rooms + bathroom, very specious (my colleague even had a room with 3 beds!) & I liked the special paintings on the wall & grill for steak dishes. Also has private parking, we had nice desserts inside late at night. This all compensates more than enough for the lack of airconditioning in the rooms. Low pricing. I recommend this fantastic hotel to everyone!

We stayed here one night and were fortunate enough to also experience the amazing restaurant in the hotel. WOW....that sums it up in a nut shell. The food was gourmet cooking all the way!!! I had the fish and it was crispy and perfectly seasoned. My husband had the venison and he just raved about it. The menu is quite eclectic with lots of game meat, fish, and typical traditional German dishes. I would go back just to eat again in the restaurant it was that good.||||As for the hotel, it was quite charming and very clean. We reserved the family room and it had a separate bedroom and living area and it as huge! We chose the hotel because it allowed pets free of charge. In fact, the owners dog was also roaming around the dining room and made it feel like a very homey place with big fireplace in the dining room and outdoor seating that look out onto the local ski lift/mountain. The rooms were decorated in typical southern German style, nothing fancy but well kept and very clean. The beds were comfy and they had plenty of pillows! I would say it was like staying in a 4-star hotel with a 5-star restaurant! They also have plenty of parking on-site too. Breakfast was quite good as well with fresh scrambled eggs, bacon, a variety of meats & cheeses, cereal, yogurt, and breads. ||||I would gladly return to both stay in this hotel and dine in the restaurant. I just wish I had more time to use their indoor swimming pool too!

Staff (family) are lovely - nothing is too much trouble. The evening meals were fantastic and great value too, breakfast is sparse but typical of German hotels. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean,,,,,, but ,,,,, strong smell of cigarette smoke in downstairs lobby, TV room and corridors. My room was non-smoking but also smelt of cigarettes. (you can't hide the smell from a non-smoker). The bathroom, furniture & decor were dated but everything worked and everything was very clean (apart from dirty windows - view from hotel would be lovely). I also prefer to have coffee & tea making facilities in hotel rooms. My room was cold at night - this is not a complaint for me but some people would not like that! Heating seemed to come on about 7am. Despite these things, I would not hesitate to return because of the hospitality and the dining :o)

Stayed at Hotel Hihe Linde over easter weekend. I am thoroughly impressed with this hotel. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The accommodations are clean. The food is local and quite tasty. I will definitely make is my go to place when visiting Isny.

Lovely hotel. Family run, great service and very friendly. Very clean with nice large rooms. Breakfast was great, and the food in the restaurant was fantastic.

I have written about this hotel before and this time I just wanted to compliment the restaurant but Trip Advisor could only find it as a Hotel.||However, the restaurant in the hotel probably has the best food in the area. It is a family place where the whole family is participating in running the hotel and restaurant.||The restaurant is something to be recommended as it is generally outstanding.
