An Absolute Highlight of Our European Trip – 5 Stars Isn’t Enough! After five weeks traveling across Europe, the restaurant at Hostal Cuba stands out as the absolute best dining experience we’ve had. Every dish was a masterpiece bursting with flavour, beautifully presented, and truly unforgettable. A huge thank you to Andres, whose warmth and professionalism went above and beyond. He treated us like VIPs every single time, personally reserving our favourite seats at the Sky Bar and making us feel genuinely valued. His care and attention made us return again and again—he is, without a doubt, the best of the best. Our waitress Joanne was a gem kind, attentive, and always one step ahead. She made each visit a joy with her helpful nature and bright energy. As for the Sky Bar at it’s simply spectacular. With panoramic views over Palma, a stunning sunset backdrop, and a vibrant yet relaxed atmosphere, it was the perfect place to unwind each evening. The cocktails were divine and the service flawless. Special mention to Patricia, who brought such warmth and efficiency to our evenings, she was just amazing. If you’re in Palma, Hostal Cuba is an absolute must. From world-class food to exceptional service and unforgettable views, it ticks every box.

A lively party atmosphere with a spectacular view over the city and the port. The place itself is quite small and can feel crowded, and the cocktail prices are on the higher side. Still, a nice spot if you’re looking for good vibes and a memorable view.

Been coming here for years for the view always used to be fun. But now, you don’t have beer on tap, only some fancy bottle for €7 and Rossa Blanca again for €7. We’re not in London we’re in palma. Every drink we ordered we had to go to the bar as the service was so average. If you’re going to charge 5* prices deliver 5* service. Music was good good dj. Good views.

We had drinks, it was very nice, could use a bit more shade before sunset. Nice music, good to see a DJ. Staff very friendly. You are paying more because of the view, they have to make money ✌🏼

Por favor, NOTE TO OWNERS/management, spend some money on cleaning the bar up, old tables uncomfortable stools, dirty led lamps on the tables, chipped dirty glasses. For such over priced drinks this is not acceptable. If you don’t take American Express inform the clients before hand. This used to be a wonderful experience, it’s drastically gone down hill and it’s very expensive now. Unless things change quickly I would seriously consider going somewhere else.

Ordered a Paloma cocktail - asked the waiter to please check the bar staff remembered to add the tequila.. the response was so rude from the staff.. definitely do not visit this establishment. I didn’t pay €16 for a fruit juice or dod I…. #willnotreccomend.

Sat down at the sky bar and waited for absolutely ages to come and get our order. It was certainly not order yourself at the bar, as we could see the waiter delivering drinks and charging people there. Maybe waited half an hour and then left, wasn’t impressed at all.

The drinks are not original We ordered tequila shots but our tongues didn’t burn it felt like there was water in it. I didn’t want to argue about it to ruin our night. Just left and went to a nearby bar which had genuine drinks. We also ordered margaritas that didn’t have much in it The place is beautiful and also full of tourists but they’re not serving genuine alcohol
