Hotel IKON Phuket

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the whole stay feel welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options to start the day right. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, which I really appreciated. One of the best perks was the free shuttle service to the beach – super convenient and made getting around so much easier. Overall, a fantastic stay – I’d definitely come back!

The Hotel is quite good considering it's rooms and services but you have to walk down to the markets and restaurants a few minutes. We never got the taxis or Grab we like walking so it wasn't an issue for us. The breakfast has various options you can try whether you're Thai or a foreign in this hotel you'll always end up having the great food and with a full belly.

The room was spacious and clean, the price was very good, and the staff were nice and friendly. Although there were some issues with the air conditioning in the room, the staff came immediately to fix it without an issue. The floor tiles on the room did feel a bit old and you can feel the bump, but overall it was a comfortable stay regardless.

We stayed as a couple on this hotel for 14 nights and we enjoyed our stay there.|There is a short walk around 100 meters from the hotel to a 7Eleven store, which was very convenient. You will also find restaurants, stores and massage studios nearby. There’s a short walk to Karon Avenue, where you can also find some restaurants and stores. It’s a very short walk to Karon Beach from the hotel, which was very great. The hotel is offering free shuttle to and from Karon Beach every hours.|The staff was very friendly and helpful! :)|The cleaning was great but, we could see some dust over the bed and on the chair next to the bed. Not sure if it was mold or dust on the chair. A bad smell was coming into the room from air conditioning, don’t know the reason if they were fixing the pipes or what.|We can highly recommend this hotel for everyone who want’s to visit Phuket and stay at a more quiet area then Patong and Kata! :)

4 stars is crazy two and half is generous. I booked it for a night to arrange my flight back. rooms seem renovated but the bed sheets still feel dirty and the overall cleanliness and space feels icky and uncomfortable not somewhere where you can let you hair down, literally. dont recommend. Pool is so chill and cozy if you’re looking for a quite day in the sun.

Amazing stay! We enjoyed the comfort of our rooms as well as the service provided. Great selection for breakfast, which changes every day. My only note is that the location is quite far from the beach 20-25 min walk. The hotel however does provide shuttle and beach towels/umbrella if required.

The room (3408) is worn, damp and smells of mold. The laminate floor is warped and there is mold inside the air conditioning duct. The gym in the hotel is quite small and the second air conditioner is out of order - hot! The breakfast is varied and the staff is friendly. The pool area is cozy. Paid drinks served directly to the sun loungers. Free parking for hotel guests' rental scooters.

While this is a large hotel in Phukett, the building connections are a bit confusing and the rooms are pretty generic with poor cooling systems but it was nice that we had a beaxh view. The common areas also aren't conditioning but I'm not sure if this is standard near beach hotels there.It's not very close to the towns shops and markets and Karon beach is about a 5min drive. The hotel will shuttle you there (20min walk). Staff were very friendly and their free breakfast had a good spread of options.
