How We Pulled It Off: A Thailand Wedding Rooted in Great Food and Meaningful Traditions

"The couple leaned into the local culture with the food provided by the hotel's catering team, featuring an 'epic beach barbecue buffet' with a variety of dishes such as salad, sushi, noodles, pasta, raw stations, live-cooked sea bass wrapped in banana leaves, rock lobster, lamb kebabs, chili-lime fish, grilled prawns, and satay. Desserts included tropical pavlovas, passion fruit mousse, macadamia pie, and locally made ice cream. The food received high praise for its quality and variety."
