Hotel Indigo Belgrade by IHG

a fantastic stay. beautiful hotel, right in the center. the room was very comfortable, very clean and also very beautiful. we also had breakfast and the staff offers an excellent continental breakfast. very kind staff and also for the evening there is a nice terrace to have a drink. when I return to belgrade I will always rely on this hotel.

Amazing all round. Great location being in the centre of Belgrade which makes it walkable to many top attractions. The room was very comfortable, albeit a little small if you have two large suitcases but everything else well and truly made up for it. The service was fantastic, with the front reception doing everything they possibly could do to help. The only minor inconvenience was that a taxi cannot drop you off at the entrance, you have to walk from the main street which is 100 metres away which may be an issue if you have heavy luggage. Overall though a fantastic stay. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at Indigo Hotels. It’s basically in mid of Knez Mihailova and that makes your stay easier and enjoyable. Everyone is so helpful and kind at the hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. We will come again. Regards

This hotel was perfect for our trip. Great location, beautifully designed rooms, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above to make sure we were comfortable, and they were so kind to all of us. The rooms were cozy and comfy. We will absolutely be back on our next visit!

Serious Disappointment – Room Issues, Noise, Smoking, and Poor Access I stayed at Hotel Indigo Belgrade, located in the historic center of the city. While the location is attractive, my stay was extremely disappointing and far below the standards I expect from an IHG property. Room with No View Despite booking two months in advance and requesting a room with a view, I was given a room that faced a tiny inner courtyard, with walls just a few meters away. The staff showed no interest in resolving the issue or offering an alternative. Noise from Restaurant and Night Disco On one of the nights, a loud party or disco was held in the hotel’s restaurant, which is located on the opposite side of the small courtyard, directly across from my window. The music was extremely loud, echoing between the walls of the courtyard and making it impossible to stay in the room. I had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night to get away from the noise. The party went on past midnight, and I received NO compensation or proper apology — just a casual “sorry” from the staff. Smoking Indoors in Dining Area Shockingly, smoking is allowed inside the restaurant, which is open to the reception area without any doors or separation. This is also where breakfast is served. As a result, the entire lobby and dining area are filled with the smell of cigarette smoke, which is both unpleasant and completely inappropriate for a modern hotel. Broken Elevator and Inconvenient Access There is no traditional lobby or grand entrance. To reach your room or the reception, you must take an elevator from street level. During my stay, the elevator was broken, so I had to access my room through service corridors and the smoke-filled restaurant every time. It felt more like sneaking through the back of a nightclub than staying in a four-star hotel. In the end, this establishment felt much more like a youth hostel than a proper four-star hotel under the IHG brand. I expected a significantly higher standard of comfort and professionalism, and I was deeply disappointed. I cannot recommend this hotel.

hotel located in the heart of the pedestrian zone. Stylish, comfortable, and exceptionally well-run — perfect for travelers who value design, service, and location. A hidden gem with character and charm.

Very good location. In the walking only area. Need to walk a little bit because taxi will not accessible to the hotel. Not far about 100 meters which is not different, but still not convenient if you have many luggage with you.

This is the best hotel in Belgrade. Located in the center of the city and pedestrian area of Knez Mihajlova street. Modern architecture of the rooms and the best staff in Belgrade made my stay special.
