The location was perfect as we were seeing a show at TD Garden. Walkable to the north end. Room was beautiful, clean, and spacious for a city stay. We were accommodated with an early check in and later check out, which we appreciated. Not sure of his name, the gentleman at the desk when we arrived was very friendly. Valets were friendly and efficient. 3 stars for service because I had called in the morning requesting a breakfast menu and 2 towels, I was told they'd be right up and they never came. Room service took an hour, I think they forgot about our order. Breakfast sandwich was subpar. Not deal breakers. We would definitely stay again.

Had a great experience at hotel indigo. Excellent staff, very accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. Was a quick 3 night stay. Clean comfortable beds and room amenities. Everything you would need the hotel provided. The only hiccup was the temperature control in our room, didn’t seem to respond but was fine overall. Could use better pillows. But the value for the money was above the expected and would definitely be back. If they could have somehow helped the USA beat Canada in the Four Nations Hockey Final then would be perfect, but the USA Team let us down, can’t blame the hotel

My husband and I stayed here for a Celtics game. The hotel is beautiful and everyone was so friendly! The convenience to TD Garden is amazing. It was also so nice to have valet parking. The room had a nice view and was clean/comfortable. The bar area was warm and inviting. We enjoyed a nice drink before the game and had a delicious breakfast the next morning. We will definitely stay again!

We come to Boston often and this is the first time we stayed at this particular hotel. We had the great pleasure of being taken care of by Edwin. With his excellent service and taking care of our personal needs with such professionalism was amazing!! There was no real issue to speak of but due to a little question /request on my behalf he jumped right into customer service mode and upgraded our room … get this … completely complementary! This was all because he was able to read into the question I had asked and knew exactly what I was looking for for my next stay. I will be staying there every trip from this point on. This is solely based on his excellent service is and professionalism … thank you Edwin for all you do! We appreciate you very much.

Picked this hotel because of its proximity to TD Garden for a Celtics game. I had pretty low expectations, sometimes hotels closest to the venue are not great, since they'll get tons of people staying there by default. This hotel is an exception. Clean and quiet, with comfortable beds and reasonably large rooms. The quietness was probably helped by having a room on the 5th floor, it might be noisier closer to the 1st floor. The room was very comfortable. Again, I was impressed by the great condition and cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general. I am wondering if it had been recently updated. The TV doesn't have a programming guide, which seems to occur a lot in hotels. It might be because of satellite TV or whomever they subscribe to for services. A channel guide is provided, which is the only way you know what channel you're watching. Since there is no program guide there is no way to know what is currently playing without accessing the channels. So plan on doing some scrolling... The only other minor negative is that the shower water pressure seemed low. At home, I have a drilled well set to 50 PSI pressure and it provides twice as much flow as the shower in the room. Not a big deal, but figured I'd mention it. All in all, I highly recommend this property and will likely stay there again.

Dear Indigo Hotel, thank you for including a microwave in the room! Any hotel that does that is an instant favorite of mine. It's the BEST amenity to avoid food waste, money waste and overeating when traveling. There's also a sink and a real fridge, all of which made my stay so much more comfortable. Love the location too. Major T stop around the corner. The Green Line is the best for museum lovers. I use the Too Good To Go app to dine on a budget, and there's a Caffe Nero and a New York Shawarma within a short walk that participate in the app and provide great cheap food. As a woodworker, I dig the woodworking-themed décor! Love the framing squares upcycled into furniture trim, and the carpentry-themed wall art. I'm stealing the idea for my own projects! The rooms are small and the soundproofing isn't great, but the amenities and location make up for it. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Stayed 1 night for a Celtics game. Location was unbelievable. right across the street from TD Garden. Multiple restaurants in short walking distance. The room was very clean and the front desk agent was great. We were able to stay a little later than checkout. Unfortunately we weren't able to try the restaurant in the hotel but that also looked clean and was packed by the end of the Celtics game. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful accommodations. The location to TD Garden cannot be beat. The valet parking went smoothly. High recommend. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and beautiful designed. Did not try the hotel restaurant but it looked very nice.
