Hotel Jen Beijing by Shangri-La

Location is superb - at the center of the Guomao area. Easy taxi ride to shoudu airport or Beijing south station if you are to travel by high speed train. Subway station is around the corner of the block - the size of a beijing block of course, so it's a bit of walking, but still close-by by beijing standard. The hotel lobby is connected to an extensive mall. I found a 24-hour 7-11 store inside the mall which turned out to be very handy. Service was superb. Staff is nice and helpful. Rooms are great - looks like the design was influenced by Toni Chi but i couldn't find out who's the designer. Breakfast starts at 6:30 with abundant choices which is great. The only thing is that there's a beer bar right at the lobby which can be loud at night. A fitness club is also quite popular with people going in and out. But if that does not bother you it's a fantastic place. All in all it's one of my top hotel experiences. I travel a lot and hopefully that means something.

Location of the hotel was excellent with direct access to the nearby China World Mall. We had special request for adjacent rooms and hotel tried their best to accomodate us. Concierge was helpful and friendly. The cleaning lady was also really friendly and nice. Rooms are clean, well lit and had a modern look. Bathroom layout was also good and functional.

Amazing amenities in the heart of Beijing’s CBD! The suite we stayed in was so roomy and comfortable, with amazing views of the Beijing skyline.We loved the coworking space (Prototype) on the 3rd floor, and the 2-story gym with every machine you could think of! Plus there were fitness classes and we tried the Pilates studio - incredible :)

As a photographer, location and views are everything - and JEN Hotel delivers on both. Waking up to breathtaking scenery is a treat, but what truly elevates the experience is the exceptional hospitality. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, making every interaction seamless and pleasant. The food? On another level - every meal feels like an experience in itself. And for those who prioritize fitness, the gym is not just there for show; it’s fully functional and well equipped.A golden hotel in every sense - so good, you won’t even need to consider alternatives.

The hotel was great and located next to the mall which has all sorts of stores. They also have a very nice included buffet. The service was brilliant and all the staff were friendly. They even gave me a complimentary cake and balloon for my birthday! A great touch of care!

This is one of my best stays in any hotels. I came to this hotel with my kids and it was very family friendly hotel. They had shampoo for kids, slippers for kids and much more. The hotel is excellent in communicating with us thoughout our stays. Even we lost one dress and they communicating with us. The hotel is connected with China World Mall. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay was outstanding with very clean rooms and amazing service, the location was the best as it is adjacent to the China great mall.With an amazing view.

This is a very good hotel with lots to offer and many, many ammenities. They also gave me sparkling wine and snacks upon check in. There is a mall next to/connected to the hotel which is very convenient. The hotel also has an absolutely amazing bar call Beersmith. It's my favourite in Beijing with live music almost every night and they make their own beer and ciders.My friend wasn't allowed to check in because her passport was at the embassy. They refused even when she had photos of her passport and visa pages. I understand this is government policy but the people in front of us were also refused. They told us this is a common problem so I think they should try to find some solutions that doesn't involve losing money and customers. I am thankful that she got her money back and I know they were trying to help us the best they can but just make sure you meet the requirements before you spend money and try to check in.
