Hotel Jen Beijing by Shangri-La

Jen Hotel, Beijing is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Honestly, I don’t know why it’s rated 4 stars, it is certainly worthy of 5! Service is exceptional, rooms are spacious, spotless and super comfy, and the facilities… wow. The gym alone could put half the fitness clubs back home to shame. Next time I’m in China, I’m booking an extra day just to enjoy the hotel instead of sightseeing (yes, it’s that good). Highly recommend — would 100% stay again!

Location is superb - at the center of the Guomao area. Easy taxi ride to shoudu airport or Beijing south station if you are to travel by high speed train. Subway station is around the corner of the block - the size of a beijing block of course, so it's a bit of walking, but still close-by by beijing standard. The hotel lobby is connected to an extensive mall. I found a 24-hour 7-11 store inside the mall which turned out to be very handy. Service was superb. Staff is nice and helpful. Rooms are great - looks like the design was influenced by Toni Chi but i couldn't find out who's the designer. Breakfast starts at 6:30 with abundant choices which is great. The only thing is that there's a beer bar right at the lobby which can be loud at night. A fitness club is also quite popular with people going in and out. But if that does not bother you it's a fantastic place. All in all it's one of my top hotel experiences. I travel a lot and hopefully that means something.

We stayed at JEN by Shangri-La Beijing for one week and had a great experience. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and housekeeping kept everything clean and tidy throughout my stay. The service overall was excellent. While the breakfast buffet could use a bit more variety, the buffet dinner was absolutely the best—delicious and full of great options. Thanks for the warm hospitality!

Amazing amenities in the heart of Beijing’s CBD! The suite we stayed in was so roomy and comfortable, with amazing views of the Beijing skyline.We loved the coworking space (Prototype) on the 3rd floor, and the 2-story gym with every machine you could think of! Plus there were fitness classes and we tried the Pilates studio - incredible :)

Beautiful hotel and conveniently located next to a huge mall. The front desk staff was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Will definitely stay again.

Location of the hotel was excellent with direct access to the nearby China World Mall. We had special request for adjacent rooms and hotel tried their best to accomodate us. Concierge was helpful and friendly. The cleaning lady was also really friendly and nice. Rooms are clean, well lit and had a modern look. Bathroom layout was also good and functional.

We booked a room in this hotel. The check-in time was supposed to be from 2:00 PM, and we arrived at 3:00 PM. However, at the reception we were told that we still need to wait for the room. The room costs over 300 USD per night, and this level of service is unacceptable. I do not wish to stay in this hotel again in the future

The service at the hotel was incredible — truly outstanding. We felt very well taken care of and would definitely stay here again.The view from the room was absolutely beautiful, which made the experience even more special.Highly recommended!
