Hotel Krone

The photo of the exterior of this hotel does not do it justice. Loaded with warmth & charm. Great little trail behind hotel made for perfect AM walk. Restaurant smelled so good for supper (we already had plans elsewhere) that we adjusted our schedule & held our family breakfast there the next AM to everyone's delight. Wish we had spent more time here. Will definitely return.

Stayed here on my own on a business trip. A traditional Swabian restaurant that has been modernised, but still retains the quality of food and friendliness of service. Excellent food and an extensive wine list. Rooms are clean and modern with a good wifi service. Will definitely stay here again.

I stayed one night in this hotel on a business trip. ||The website does not give a realistic impression of the hotel / rooms . My room was a bit more dated than the ones they show on the website. Not everything was properly attached and there was not that much light. ||Nevertheless the price quality ratio of the hotel was OK ||I also enjoyed the breakfast , the WiFi was OK . The staff was very friendly. ||The hotel is in the flight path of the Stuttgart airport - but I guess it is an economic alternative to some of the other Stuttgart hotels nearby - and as such the location is convenient ||The restaurant was very good ( but not cheap ) ||I would probably stay here again

Hotel overall experience was great! They owner spoke great English. Hotel room was extremely small I'm 6'2" and the single bed was small than a twin bed it seems. No refrigerator for the room so you had warm beverages. Not sure if they had an ice machine for the building. It was really hot in the room spent the whole 2 weeks with the room window wide open. Restaurants was a Lil pricey but food was pretty good... the location was amazing .

Stayed one night en route to Bavaria. Room good quality, clean and spacious. Friendly staff. First class restaurant with local (Swabian) specialities.||||The only drawback was being under the flight path into Stuttgart airport. There were no night flights but incoming flights start at 6 am. Overall this was a good choice.

I was here for dinner with the Bäcker-Innung Stuttgart. They're the only one restaurant who still serve authentic German cuisine in this region and are super! This is fine dinning restaurant. We are all together 40 peoples, had a great dinner and good wine and German beer. Very recommended. 🥰

If I could give this wonderful restraunt a million stars I would!!! We were visiting friends in Germany and ate here twice. DELICIOUS food and WONDERFUL waitress, Gabriele!!! A MUST GO place if looking for a high quality meal with beautiful atmosphere!!! Having a hard time choosing dessert? You won't go wrong on the Coconut Ice Cream atop a bed of pineapple!!! I had it twice!!! It is unbelievably creamy!!!! You'll love it!!! I guess I just cannot say enough GOOD about this place!!! Just GO, and see for yourself!!!!!

I did not stay here, this review is for the restaurant. Local homemade High quality food. A rare find. Service was excellent and ambience fitting to the offer - good old fashioned style German cuisine.
