Hôtel La Comtesse Tour Eiffel

My wife and I stayed at this small boutique hotel for five nights. We had room 604 on the top floor with a direct view of the Eiffel Tower. The room was what we expected based on the information previously provided. The view was excellent. The hotel was clean, location was good and the management was friendly. The breakfast in the am was a perk but nothing special and not worth the price. The hotel did NOT have air conditioning and it was HOT. They seem to have one unit that supports the entire hotel and it was switched to heat? Could not leave the window open due to the traffic noise. Not being able to sleep comfortably did put a damper on the stay. This alone would prevent us from staying at this hotel again.

Stayed there six nights this past week. A guy on night duty was there the first four nights, and he was superb. Absolutely helpful in finding a grocery store, getting us a cab, and getting us champagne flutes and a filled ice bucket for our celebration of being back in Paris. Everyone, though, was very helpful and we love this place.

Travelled to Paris for the 2024 Olympics and was looking for a safe area and hotel as I was travelling alone with a young child. This hotel exceeded all expectations, from arrival, Paul on reception welcomed us and made us feel comfortable. Then of course there are the views, what a fully immersive experience that was, just as breathtakingly beautiful when the Eiffel Tower is lit up as it is when the evening sun is setting . Having a room that had windows on each side of the hotel allowed us to fully absorb the beautiful Paris atmosphere and scenery. The breakfast and room service was outstanding, the service given was 5 star from every single staff member. ||In terms of area, you could not ask for better, short accessible walk to the Eiffel Tower, boat trips on the Seine, 2 minutes from Ecole Militaire Metro, we walked alone at night and felt completely safe, restaurants and very well stocked supermarkets on the doorstep. Due to our budget and room availability, we hotel hopped one night and were welcomed back the next day as if we had never left. We simply cannot wait to return, thank you for giving us the trip of a lifetime.

Great place! The hotel was in a great, safe location. Walkable to a lot of things. It wasn’t a far metro, bus or Uber to other major attractions (including Eiffel tower, Trocadero, Girafe) and major shopping area in Arr 8. It was a little further to Arr 1 where lots of cool restaurants are but we were overall very pleased. The staff was amazing especially Paul who went above and beyond. The rooms were also nice and we got one with a little balcony and great view of the Tower.|Would highly recommend.

I booked months in advance with many hours of research to secure an Eiffel Tower view as I am disabled and would not have been able to see the attraction at night in the limited time we had in Paris (one night). I called the day before checkin to confirm the reservation at the hotel. We arrived after a long day of travel after 5pm and learned we were being bumped to another hotel. There was no advance call. The new hotel le cinq codet was booked without my permission. Yes it was 5 stars. But with a basic room with view of a concrete building and at a higher booking rate (I booked in US at $535/night—they did a higher price in euros for the bumped hotel (my pending Amex showed over €700). After arriving and unsuccessfully trying to work through things with hotel comtesse and American Express for a couple of hours - we were told by the new hotel le cinq coder that we could not cancel the reservation and moved to another hotel without paying for the night in full. I tried working with American Express to resolve, but they said until the pending charge was final, I couldn’t file a dispute . we finally went down to the lobby and had to be stern with the front desk and they eventually backed down and agreed to release us from our reservation. As a joyous person, this was a very painful experience that lasted almost 3 hours (7:30pm off to checkin at new hotel—our one night in Paris largely wasted). Hotel Comtesse, if you need to bump people to another hotel, please call them in advance to notify them and discuss with them what kind of hotel they might want to be moved to instead of just assuming and moving them without approval. Terrible uncaring service

Fantastic boutique hotel. Great location for us. We travelled as a family with a 9 year old and got a great spacious room. The hotel had a luxury feel very clean and beds were very comfortable (and I’m really fussy about this). |My daughter (9) loved the view of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony. This was great for seeing the light show in the evening. |The staff were very welcoming and friendly and organised things prior to our trip and taxis etc.

A very nice small boutique hotel perfectly located in Paris. The balcony view of the Eiffel Tower was a dream. The front reception was very friendly and very helpful. Places to eat and access to the whole city are endless. I would definitely recommend this location.

One of the most beautiful art deco yet modern hotels in Paris. We spent our NYE holiday at this hotel and it was truly a charming experience. I had requested a few arrangements in the room as a surprise for my wife and they nailed it! Everything was perfect. Thank you. The view from our room was that of the Eiffel Tower which made this experience truly unique and romantic. Even the views from the breakfast area was spectacular and you really feel the vibe of “Paris”. Couples looking for a memorable and a magical experience should stay at this hotel. This is a gem!!!
