We had the pleasure of having lunch here and it was a perfect and heavenly experience. All dishes were exceptional, creative and delicious. So much care and love went into them. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, and had much patience with our kids of 6 and almost 2 (who unfortunately had other interests than the dishes served...). For the kids they made an alternate menu more suitable to their palate. All with the same dedication and quality. Thank you for this unforgettable moment and amazing finishing touch of our holidays.

We had a truly wonderful dining experience here. The meals are presented with a lot of attention to detail and the service is outstanding. The interior is also very quirky, with unusually shaped and mismatched table settings that somehow work well together. Perhaps what most made our lunch memorable is the talented Christophe Hay who took the time to greet us, take our order and say goodbye. And finally, it was very reasonably priced for the set lunch menu. We were really made to feel like valued guests, invited to the chef's house - if you are in the Loire Valley, do not miss!

The food is marvelous. Both the taste and presentation. And unlike other Michelin starred restaurants the course runs quite fast and you don't have to wait too long between the courses. The best meal on our trip, definitely worth a detour out of the city.

There 3 different things at the same address. A 3 star hotel which is ok, and very convenient if you do the combo Chambord + gastronomic dinner. A bistro restaurant which i didnt test except for breakfast that was just ok. And the highlight is the gastronomic restaurant. We took the full 9 courses degustatuion program. What a delight for your senses. Smell, taste of course but also the eyes especially if you have a view on the kitchen which is very crowded and everything is under the clock. Amazing experience. Chef is very approchable especially thinking that he is one of the world top. Thumbs up.

Went to this amazing restaurant when it was only 1 star, already knew it would get 2 stars very soon, how was I right about this?! The tasting menu was so delicious, and oh my, the « carpe à la Chambord », is such a delish, with the wine sauce, can still remember how deep and complex the taste was! The service was perfect too, and the chef even came to our table to chat with us, a humble and very talented chef, very passionate, friendly and approachable! 😊

This is their cafe next door. We had a delightful lunch with great young enthusiastic service. Prices reasonable considering the quality of food. Wine by the glass. Tasty beer on tap. Highly recommended instead of eating at Chateau Chambord nearby.

Very clean and beautiful place. Outside is much better than in the google street view which needs a refresh. The restaurant just one or two doors down from the hotel is amazing. Plan to spend €200 but you can get something really beautiful for €60 for two. Super fancy and romantic with all the details covered. English is spoken but everybody should really learn a little French, n'est-ce pas?

A very good wine list, professional team, and impossibly tasty soufflé with Cointreau❤️❤️❤️ come and try it!! If you have a chance and mood, seat in the last hall, so you may enjoy watching how the Chef orchestrate his wonderful team on the open kitchen (no wall at all).
