Hotel La Perla

We visited Pamplona for the first time and had the best experience at the Hotel. The morning of my birthday the team in the front desk wished me happy bday and had a sweet gift for me . From the owner to housekeeper everyone was amazing. The bed sheets, pillows had elegant hotel monogram and so soft.. impecable. Is all about the details and human touch. Location is great and the plaza across had so many restaurants. Highly recommended and definitely will go back !

Sometimes the question going to a small town is - well Pamplona does have 250,000 residents - "a 5-star hotel really a 5-star hotel?".... We will get that out of the way right up front. The Grand Hotel La Perla, absolutely. A very unassuming entry through an old archway, to a quaint lobby. The service was fantastic and up to our room - my mouth dropped. A beutifully appointed and spotlessly clean room - well more a suit with a wonderful view over the street. We could not have asked for anything nice, and everywhere we turned, the service was above and beyond. Thank you La Perla - did I mention the excellent restaurant and breakfasts? Beautiful hotel, updated large room and bath. Well situated in the center of town. Many rooms have balconies overlooking the square. Our room, while on the second floor was well soundproofed so very little street noise to contend with. Bath was isolated with large soaking tub and double shower.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. From the moment we were welcomed by Daniel we were treated so well and at the end when he helped me load the luggage in the car. The rooms are spacious with the biggest shower I have ever seen. The location and historic items in the hotel made this a memorable part of our trip to Spain

We visited the week after the San Fermin festival when Pamplona was recovering so things were relatively quiet. Perhaps because of this, we were offered an upgrade to a fantastic room on the mezzanine floor - thank you very much! The room was lovely, the bathroom great and the bed fantastically comfortable, particularly the high quality sheets. The location is perfect, right on the main square, so walking everywhere in the city is 100% possible. The staff were very helpful in suggesting places to eat and how to drive out of the city centre when we left. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Staying at La Perla is the ultimate Pamplona experience for me. It’s historic, a favorite of Ernest Hemingway and right outside is the Plaza Del Castillo at your feet where you can breathe in the heart and soul of Pamplona. |Anna at the front desk treated us like family and wvwn asked that my nieta who studies in Pamplona approach her for anything she needs .|I wish to be able to stay there again soon!

This is a fabulous hotel with very spacious, luxurious rooms, in the best location in Pamplona. We went for 1 night with our family while walking the Camino de Santiago and once arriving, decided to stay for 2 nights. They let us have a late checkout. The service was excellent and always exceedingly friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone going to Pamplona.

Such a classy place on the edge of the best plaza in Pamplona and maybe of all Spain. This was our third stay over 20 years and we absolutely love this hotel.

We were having a holiday and one stop was Pamplona which I had to see. This hotel is in a great central spot and could not have been any better. We drove a car and the staff communicated to us prior to arrival about driving in the square which if they had not I would have questioned how to get there. When we we arrived 2 people came out to greet us one to help with luggage and one to take the car. I loved her response to me on the car, she said "forget about the car we will take care of it" , Perfect! The city was great and at the front desk then nice lady gave us a map and spent about 10minutes walking us through all the things to see and routes to take, awesome! We had a super day. Hotel staff the entire time was just awesome and the room was perfect! I am going back for sure and stay again at this hotel!

Let me start by saying that I travel internationally a fair amount. Hotel La Perla has been by far the best experience I've EVER had at any hotel. The hospitality they showed was simply amazing! Extremely friendly and helpful staff. My baggage got delayed by two days and I didn't even need to track my bags or contact the airport. They took care of it for me! Very warm and friendly crew. A total pleasure to stay here and I will be back again soon.
