Prior to Covid my wife and I visited this hotel for 9 consecutive years and it became one of our favourite holiday destinations, but since Covid we had not been back, fearful that it would not live up to our expectations. We should not have worried; the same fabulous location right on the beach, refurbished rooms to the same high standard and a warm and friendly welcome from the new manager and reception staff. There is also a new head chef, who was assistant to the previous chef who had retired, but still maintains the same high quality dishes, and the whole team is new ,young, and enthusiastic to provide the best service and make for a wonderful holiday. I can give no better recommendation other than to say we have booked again for next year.

Great hotel. Fantastic rooms. Very very clean. Kind personal, unbeatable location. Direct on the mer. Safe garage. Very good breakfast. And restaurant. All great. We visit this hotel since 20 years. And keep coming back , airco in super. No noice. Not sick. Price quality is good for this level , fantastic sea view. Sympathetic manager and reception |Try it and you will feel happy

The hotel location is one of the nicest beach hotel in the world .one is really touching the sea from his room .the waves sound is like a nice music .the suite I had is very nice no 10 the room is cleaned twic a day and its very clean .they could improve the quality of the towels they are very thin and do not dry your body one feels wet after using them . Breakfast is a very big buffet but almost no service .no coffee machine for cappuccino .bar service is good and they attend to your needs .|The restaurant is the major disappoint ment .very few good restaurants ourside the hotel .so one is in a way forced to stay and eat diner lunch at the hotel .the cooking quality is medium to good the menu price is 90 euro hawever the portions which are served are for children even if you eat a la carte .they are rated 4.5 stars so the should stand by it .wine price on the high side.i suggest to mangement to improve this area .and than they will be a real 5 stars hotel.

It is with great pleasure that we stay for second time in this hotel. The service, atmosphere and the staff are amazing. The staff at the beach and swimming pool are very attentive to the children's needs. This summer the restaurant improved its quality - it was better than some one star Michelin restaurants in my opinion. We will definitely return.

Very Disappointing |We used to visit year after year and always had a great holiday. Sadly this year the entire culture and attitude of the hotel has changed . Rooms are pretty basic. Gone are the Hermes and Bulgaria toiletries. The real let down was the restaurant. This used to be the focus of the hotel and nothing was too much trouble. Now the staff and in particular a really unpleasant Maitre D' -Maxim found any request, however simple, too difficult to accommodate. We booked what we thought was a 5* hotel because we want various - simple- requests- Oat milk, Gluten free, Baby food etc . Available almost anywhere, but not here. Waiters no longer walk up and down the beach with drinks and lunch menu - too much trouble ! Breakfast mediocre and displayed without any care. Croissants that at a guess were baked the night before. Dinner- just two main course choices and an absolute refusal to accommodate any requests- even a salad was too much trouble. It would appear the Relais and Chateaux status has been withdrawn and it's not really a surprise - probably tells you al you need to know.

What a shame this hotel is not what it used to be. The views and it’s location are stunning but the restaurant has gone dramatically down hill. Limited breakfast choices, confused and inexperienced waiting staff and the quality and choice of food was poor. So sad to see what was once a gem of a hotel loose it’s joie de vivre. The owners need to have a serious rethink.

Your front desk staff were superb||Overall this hotel does not offer value for money. The price of the rooms are exceptionally high as well as in the restaurant, where the food and service is nowhere near the quality it should be for such a premium. I was drawn to this hotel solely because of my many good experiences of my annual visit to its sister hotel, Le Grand Coeur in Méribel. I am so very disappointed. I will have to re-evaluate whether I stay loyal to the brand. I feel I was completely over-charged for the experience.

We arrived after a particularly awful journey, and got a delightful friendly reception. We were exhausted, but didn’t have to think about anything, luggage,drinks,dinner reservations all taken care of. The attention to detail is phenomenal, the staff are all charming. The bedroom was a generous size, tastefully decorated and with a lovely bathroom, that came with L’Occitane toiletries. All in all everything you expect from a hotel of this calibre. Room service is rapid to say the least! Food and wine list first class. You get what you pay for. We got a lot!
