Hotel Le Fontanelle

Hotel Le Fontanelle is truly magical. The service is incredible—everything is so thoughtfully planned that we never had to worry about a thing. From booking activities to small touches like turn-down service timed while we were at dinner, they handled it all seamlessly. The views are absolutely stunning and somehow never get old. Whether you’re by the pool or enjoying a meal, you’re always looking out over the rolling Tuscan hills. Every detail is done with care. We even saw someone scrubbing the tires of our e-bikes after a ride, and our picnic was packed with everything we could possibly need, all perfectly arranged in a custom backpack. We had to make a few small changes to our booking, and the staff took care of it effortlessly. Everyone we met was so warm and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. The hotel grounds are gorgeous—vibrant flowers, neatly trimmed gardens, peaceful vineyards, and olive trees everywhere you look. It really feels like the heart of Tuscany. We honestly couldn’t believe how lucky we were to experience such beauty in such a special place. We can’t wait to visit again.

We just left Hotel Le Fontanelle and are now at another Hotel in Tuscany region as we are going to 2 hotels in Tuscany and then 2 hotels on the Amalfi coast. We were very impressed by the profressionalism of the entire staff but wanted to make sure we gave special recognition to Michela who always went the extra mile for us and other guests. He was very personable even though his English wasn’t perfect. He communicated perfectly. We also wanted to recognize Jonathan, Alberto, the front staff and the restaurant manager whose name I don’t know but he was always dressed professional and had glasses. The view was to die for. We would definitely return. The food was outstanding and you won’t be disappointed. If you are looking for tranquility, relaxation and pampering, this is the place to go.

The stay was great.. but these two individuals, Michele & Anthony are the ones who truly made it amazing for my wife and I - Michele is hands down the nicest guy I’ve ever met! From the moment I walked in, he made me feel completely welcome and taken care of. Not only is he incredibly friendly and genuine, but his drinks are on another level — the best I’ve ever had. You can tell he puts real passion and craft into every cocktail. If you’re lucky enough to be served by Michele, you’re in for an amazing experience. Can’t recommend him enough! Anthony at the front desk was exceptional! He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made everything feel seamless from the moment I arrived. You can tell he truly knows his stuff and takes pride in what he does. On top of that, he was just a joy to be around — friendly, upbeat, and made the whole experience so much more enjoyable.

I could not recommend this hotel enough! It was so luxurious, absolutely breathtaking, the staff were incredible, the amenities were wonderful (definitely get a massage if you stay here!), the pool was a major highlight, and it was in the most beautiful part of the countryside! The location could not have been better. I was beyond devastated to have left. If you are looking for a romantic, beautiful, and luxurious hotel to stay at for any occasion (I went for my honeymoon), you MUST stay here at Hotel Le Fontanelle.

This was our second time visiting Hotel Le Fontanelle and it was just as wonderful as our first. (Maybe even better, because now that the Clubhouse property has opened, there’s even more to do on the peppery). The location is perfect—close enough to the major towns we wanted to visit but still tucked away in the hills—and the grounds are beautifully maintained. But a huge part of why we came back here was the staff, who are always so warm and lovely and kind. Highly recommend.

The grounds and accommodations are incredible. It is like something from a movie, and I did not want to leave. Lounging by the pool, a picnic coordinated by the hotel, wandering through the beautiful gardens, and dining at the hotel were true beautiful pleasures. The staff is friendly and helpful - such a delight!

Absolutely the most beautiful experience we have ever had. From the second you arrive you feel like your stress has disappeared. The views of Tuscany are stunning. The chef has out done himself with cuisines that will want you waiting for your next course. The staff is top notch and leaves you wanting for nothing. Luxurious. Excellence. Classic.

Truly Amazing! The entire property is stunning. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The staff was very helpful, even when we unexpectedly arrived early for our check-in, and the food was fantastic.|We took a cooking class that they offered, also a Must. Chef Sergio was fantastic.|We simply did not want to leave!
