Hotel Le K2 Altitude

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Hotel K2, and even though I wasn’t staying overnight, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped in, the warmth and friendliness of the staff were evident, making us feel welcome and valued. A special shoutout to the barman who was simply amazing. His attentive service and knack for crafting the perfect drink made our visit to the cigar lounge memorable. It’s not every day you come across such dedicated and personable service. Moreover, the kindness extended by the hotel, allowing us to use their shuttle service, was the cherry on top of a fantastic visit. Such gestures of goodwill are rare and truly appreciated. My time at Hotel K2, albeit brief, has left a lasting impression. I am already looking forward to my next visit to the area, where I will definitely be staying at Hotel K2. Their outstanding service and hospitality have won me over. Highly recommend to anyone seeking a friendly and accommodating hotel experience.

Stayed here 4 nights. Had a great time. I had a lovely cozy room. Excellent amenities, great sound system, beautiful views and the softest pillows. Cannot fault it for anything. Staff was helpful and spoke english. Breakfast could've been better. Sky straight from the hotel. Good ski shop in-house. 2 thumps up

Le K2 altitude is one of the best hotels in Courchevel. It’s our second year staying in Courchevel (our 7th year in the three valleys)|Not only does it replicate the Nepalese culture (upon entry you are greeted with traditional figures) it is also a great place with a beautiful spa and excellent food. It is child-friendly, and the service is excellent. They will happily speak English or French. ||You wake up every morning to the view of Courchevel and you end your ski every afternoon with a slice of cake and a beverage of your choice.||Perfect for the typical skiier, or just a family who loves Courchevel. I would definitely recommend.

This is the best ski hotel we have ever stayed in. The rooms are excellent and well sized, amenities are great, food is of Michelin star quality irrespective of which restaurant you choose and location is perfect with direct ski-in/ski-out access and fantastic views.||We have already booked our next stay for December.||Specifics: ||Location: The hotel is on the Pralong slope and is at one of the highest points on the mountain. It is easy to ski down into the town, whilst at the same time having some of the best views over mountains from virtually all areas of the hotel. The ski out point is very accessible even for relative beginners which is another big positive ||Rooms: Are excellently designed, each having their own closet and large bathroom as well as a terrace with views over the mountains. The Tibetan theme is very cleverly incorporated, being considered in every aspect of the hotel without being overbearing||Service: Virtually flawless - a combination of warm and welcoming but also formality where appropriate. Nearly every member of staff knew us by name and in particular they were excellent with our 2 month old baby ||Food: Again excellent. Breakfast was a mix of buffet and a la Carte, lunch or dinner you have choices between the outdoor restaurant or La Cima, or the Peruvian pop up restaurant or the 2 Michelin star restaurant which we did not try because the food elsewhere was so good. ||

Me and my family stayed at Le K2 altitude for Christmas and NYE 2018. I have to say the hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel has the best location, very convenient for skiers . You can start skiing straight from the hotel. The spa is amazing and they have a great indoor playground for kids. The hotel has a Michelin star restaurant . The food served in the main restaurant also has a Michelin touch . They have 24/7 car service that can take you and pick you up from any place in Courchevel . The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. |Me and my family had a great stay and we will definitely come back again! |

Loved this wonderful ski in / out hotel. Great location, right on the slopes, accessible to everywhere. Pristine rooms, attentive, flexible and caring staff. My son loved the playroom. Delicious and well-prepared food. Wonderful ski shop and staff. The cinema was also a treat. Very child and adult friendly!

I spent one week in this hotel with my partner.||We have been in several 5 star hotels in Courchevel,this one is the worst. The service is unacceptable. Every day I had to complain about something. they are not responsive, not used to 5 star service, the staff does not talk to each other and there is no integrated team to serve the client. for exemple they forget to clean my room, you have to ask 3 times to get something done, they cannot bring a hot drink or food, everything is slow and they are very short staffed. clear case of lack of management and integrated team. ||Good real estate but would not return . Service is unacceptable . ||Covid protocols are not respected as well as in other local hotels. ||Concierge not wearing the mask most of the time. ||No soap in public toilets.i asked many times to put soap in the toilets they never listen .||Nobody care . ||They don’t care about the clients . That’s how you loose clients . We go to Courchevel every year and it’s the first time we experience something like this. ||We complain so many time during our stay but nobody did nothing. Not even the manager . He didn’t care.||Will never come back
