Fantastic stay from start to finish. The location is unbeatable, the spa was a true highlight, and the room was immaculate and comfortable. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional staff. They went above and beyond to help me recover items I’d accidentally left in an Uber. Outstanding service and a memorable experience. Highly recommend!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Les Haras. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional – warm, professional, and of the highest standard. Every member of the staff was genuinely kind and welcoming, always with a smile and ready to help. Communication with the hotel was excellent, even before our arrival. We had arranged a surprise cake in advance, and everything was perfectly executed. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a calm, refined atmosphere throughout. The spa was absolutely fantastic – spotless, relaxing, and clearly very thoughtfully maintained. Breakfast was delicious, with a nice variety of quality options to choose from. Overall, there were so many small touches and thoughtful details that made a big difference and elevated our stay. Hotel Les Haras is truly a special place, and we would asbolutely recommend it. We can't wait to return!

I have just visited Strasbourg again, just for one night, passing through on a trip to Italy. Having stayed at this hotel once before not long ago with my wife, there was no question I would choose to stay here again. Hotel Las Haras is more than a quality hotel - it is a hotel that delivers above expectations on all customer touch points and as a result provides an exceptional and memorable experience. Its location as a bonus is also very central yet at the same time, provides an insulated ambience from all the hustle and bustle just beyond its doorstep. Beyond the tasteful and elegant fit out and rooms, the staff are friendly and professional, the in-house restaurant is outstandingly good, facilities are great, and it offers superb parking options for peace of mind for your vehicle. Can’t fault this place, one of my favourite hotels.

Excellent location, just 8min walk from Petite France. Modern hotel design, functional rooms. Junior suite has a foldable sofa which is big enough for 2 kids. Beautiful Wellness area with two saunas. Attention: kids may use pool only between 8:30-9:30. Highlights of our stay: very friendly and professional staff, breakfast buffet with great choices.

Disappointing Stay Despite Premium Location While the location of the hotel is undoubtedly premium, everything else about the experience was, unfortunately, average at best. There’s a clear lack of attention to detail and thoughtful touches—those little things that make you want to return to a hotel—were simply missing. Room Experience: We stayed in a junior suite, which, surprisingly, had no chair—making the space feel incomplete and uncomfortable. The bathroom was large but again lacked seating, which seemed like a missed opportunity. When we encountered an issue with the door not working properly, the front desk initially told us a technician would come on Monday—we were staying over the weekend. Only after insisting were we moved to a suite, which, although appreciated, was a letdown: it was smaller, had a stained couch, and featured the tiniest bathroom I’ve seen (with the toilet inside the bathroom, which felt cramped and poorly planned). Service: Service left a lot to be desired. We had specifically requested a kids' room with two single beds, even confirmed it by phone, but arrived to find a king bed. There were missing amenities, no glasses in the bathroom, and a room temperature stuck at 26°C—because the AC hadn’t been activated for the season. These may seem like small oversights, but they added up quickly and made the stay frustrating. It’s also disappointing that basic offerings like complimentary water weren’t available—especially considering many hotels today offer filtered, refillable water as part of their sustainability efforts. Forgetting even to place glasses in the room made things feel even more neglected. Overall: It’s a shame that such a beautifully located hotel lacks the basic attention to detail that creates a true guest experience. Despite the generous upgrade gesture, the inconsistencies and missed essentials made the stay feel far below expectations.

I booked this hotel as a stopover from the UK to Switzerland. Having tried out many many 4/5 hotels as stopovers, this one may be the most perfect. Why?||- incredibly easy to access by car despite being very central in the city. Only a few minutes off the highway.|- voiturier took care of the car at the door, and ensured that it was fully recharged by the next morning. All the staff in the hotel were absolutely excellent.|- rooms are very stylish and comfortable|- the location is great. Only 5 mins walk to the central 'island' of the old city|- the brasserie is good food, excellent service and buzzy. As destination in its own right|- breakfast was in a very 'zen' room across the street. Calming and delicious with excellent quality ingredients (this is Alsace after all).||On this stay, the room rate was under Eur200 on a Saturday night. Really great value although parking, dog, dinner adds up. Even so, a great package at a good price.

Overpriced. Had to change rooms because I didn't have a shower. No lighting over the sink or near the sink. (Room without a shower had a separate room for the toilet with an automatic light that came on and took a long time to go off -- so kept me awake with the light I couldn't turn off) My snobby fellow traveler loved it because it felt so "upscale" . Maybe the Ferrari parked on the street impressed her. Not me.
