The location of the hotel overlooking Cap Canaille and the sea is simply stunning. It’s also walking distance to.Cassis and they offer a shuttle service. The infinity pool and the very well manicured gardens are so great to relax. The room was very large with a beautiful view and large balcony. Great bathroom with rain shower. The staff is extremely nice and pamper clients. We really enjoyed the Rocco restaurant and their crudo selection.

The positives-beautiful setting, mostly attentive staff (except at breakfast), transportation provided (however, close to town so not needed), bedding and bath products excellent quality, concierge (Mateo) excelled at his job. The negatives-took forever to get coffee service in the morning, the steam was not working during our 4 night stay (we would have received spa treatments if operating) and lastly attentiveness of service staff was inconsistent (mostly at breakfast and pool service). All in all, we would most definitely return and enjoyed our stay.

It's not 5 stars. It's 3.5. The walls are thin and you will hear loud banging from people that are not directly above you. It's loud enough that if it were NY the police would be called. The staff opens and closes the doors constantly and they slam shut. You'll just hear doors open, closing, nonstop. I slept with earbuds. The property is small and you are on top of people. I stayed 6 nights and only got 1 morning of rest after the people that weren't even above me left. I paid $600 during the off season Sept. 29th-Oct 5th. It's a $350 off season place. You'd be better off staying at an Airbnb nearby and just going to the restaurant and spa. Do not stay there. Also the loud rooms are ugly. They first put me in a room on the first floor, facing the parking lot and highway where people chain smoke below. It was large, but so ugly. Then they moved me to the 2nd floor where I was assaulted by the sounds above. They thought I wasn't good enough to be put in a suite which I didn't really want, just wanted peace and they then wanted to move me again to the 1st floor. I wish I would have gone to my usual place- Hôtel Tiara Yaktsa Côte d'Azur. Meanwhile I'm writing this from a suite of Domaine du Mas de Pierre Hôtel Resort & Spa, Relais & Châteaux, an actual 5 star hotel. With staff that are aware of what  hospitality means and the business that they are in. I won't even tell you the mess that left these people's mouths when I complained about the sounds, upgrades etc... Just don't stay there.

Incredible hotel by the sea. The views are breathtaking and the staff go above and beyond to make your experience a great one. The delicious breakfast with ocean views, the paddle board that all guests can use, the concierge that recommended restaurants and hiking trails, and the gorgeous pools and spa are all highlights!

We booked this hotel as part of our vacation, we spent 3 nights total. I gave this property only 2 stars which is based on many factors including price, value and their 5 stars that they rate themselves. First of all, this is not a 5 star hotel by any means however it’s the nicest in the area so they have an advantage. First of all, our room category that we booked “deluxe” was a shoe box-smaller than most NYC hotels. This was 1 level above their standard room. The room faced a noisy street so we asked to be moved. The only option they gave me was to pay 1200 extra euros so we did it as I’m a light sleeper. We were now paying over $1200 euros a night! The room was dilapidated and looks like they needed to rehab this hotel. What you’re paying for is the location and views-our favorite part was the outdoor lounges. |Our room had a lightbulb out and they said they couldn’t get the part in time to fix it?! Then our AC did not work the first night so didn’t sleep well. They finally cleaned the filter (which looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages) and that did the trick!|Breakfast was lovely but staff is very slow. We found this to be an issue as well at their other restaurant for dinner. The shower was odd, no shower door so the water kept seeping into the floor. We heard everyone above us and next door-walls are very thin. I understand if they are still figuring things out, but the price doesn’t warrant what you get here. Better off paying the same price to stay in St Tropez or Provence.

Les Roches Blanches in Cassis is a haven of understated elegance, I had the pleasure of staying for three nights. My executive room offered sweeping views of the sea, a backdrop that brought an effortless tranquility to each moment. The cuisine, whether savored in-room or at the hotel’s restaurants, was consistently delightful, with dishes that celebrated fresh, local flavors and service that was as polished as it was warm. The Sisley spa provided a massage that was deeply restorative, a perfect complement to a series of unforgettable experiences: a peaceful boat tour of the calanques with the knowledgeable Rémy, a guided walk through Aix on a vibrant market day, and a sunset sidecar ride through Provence’s luminous coast with delightful Eric . The concierges, Romain and Florian, deserve special recognition. Romain’s thoughtfulness—anticipating needs I hadn’t expressed, like providing soothing bath salts from a local shop—elevated the stay to something exceptional. As a solo traveler, these gestures brought a sense of genuine care that made the experience unforgettable. I must also mention the delightful company and insightful local advice (another Éric) provided as my chauffeur to Aix. Likewise, my driver to Marseille made the journey a pleasure with a lively and engaging conversation—a perfect bookend to an extraordinary visit.

Fantastic location and facilities very poor plant-based menu options dinner had to be moved into a back room reception and no non-dairy options at breakfast, milk, yoghurt or butter alternatives feel this hotel ought to address more broadly international clientele requirements. Veganism still gets treated like a disability or eating disorder very poor.

Yelp
What a wonderful place to stop for lunch, the view, the food, the ambience, it was amazing and one of the highlights of our French vacation.

Yelp
Wow wow wow, there are not enough superlatives and adjectives to describe this luxury hotel! They are not kidding in billing themselves as "luxury," cuz their customer service is beyond... very warm and friendly. not snooty or uppity, just pure and sheer unbridled graciousness and eagerness to please. We were upgraded to their deluxe room with a view of the sea and two walk out balconies. The stunning blues on blue dazzling sea, super comfortable seating. They welcomed us with Virgin cocktails, pastries, and a bottle of chilled champagne which, since we don't drink, we declined. Ample white Italian marble bathrooms with private toilet areas and separate shower and bath, the only civilized manner :-) Their three restaurants are unbelievable caliber, all ingredients and techniques being reproach, e.g. bone marrow roasted with toast points and a perfect squid ink pasta with fresh clams and garlic with sun dried tomatoes. All the staff are genuinely happy to help--will continue to update as our stay continues!

Yelp
What a lovely, lovely hotel! Although sort of tough to find, when you do arrive, you will notice this hotel is very artsy and has a lot of charm and character, something I love about staying in hotels. The lobby is very artistic, the pool is gorgeous, and the views from the hotel are breathtaking. We were very happy with Les Roches Blanches and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Cassis. I would love to stay here again!
