Maison Bouvier - Les Suites (Tignes, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes) Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"The Savoie ski resort town of Tignes is no stranger to large-scale hospitality; a worthy alternative to the big resort hotels is Maison Bouvier, a 24-room luxury boutique hotel that sets itself apart via dramatic, almost monumental architecture and interior design — identifiably Alpine in inspiration, but impossibly richly detailed and finely crafted. Incredibly, it’s a family-owned and -operated hotel, but there’s nothing homespun about it; the rooms are stylish and luxe, the spa is uniquely memorable, and the restaurants range from a slopeside cafeteria to the fine-dining Ursus, recipient of one MICHELIN Star and one Green Star." - Tablet Hotels

Outstanding in every way!! Rooms are sumptuous and beautiful. Food is delicious. And the staff, just amazing, couldn’t do enough for us, always asking if everything was okay. We loved it there!!!!

Utterly exceptional from the moment we arrived to our departure. Incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms. Delicious breakfast. Excellent spa - also spotlessly clean, and best of all - which really made it for us - all the staff were absolutely wonderful and looked after us so well. We can’t thank them enough for such flawless hospitality.

Absolutely wonderful experience! The rooms were comfortable, the location was perfect, and the service was outstanding. A special thanks to Juliette, who went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. We will definitely be back!

the WORST 5* I've stayed in. Myself and my Fiancé stayed here in January as we thought we would be staying in a 5* resort. We were staying there for a week while skiing, in the evenings a hot shower is a MUST - NO HOT WATER! When I phoned reception they said it was tough and it would be because every in the hotel was having a shower. Also the sauna was broken for the whole week. they did nothing to compensate, really poor!

An absolute pleasure staying here. All of our requests were accommodated. The food was perfect and the bar was great. We raised concerns with a bar maid and the staff were quick to assist. The cookies were lovely too. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent service. Very good spa and restaurant. We stayed here for 2 nights and loved it. 2 remarks: please adjust bedlinnen to summer & some details in the room could be better (small remarks but noticeable): bathroom tabs were terrible to operate and close and were contacting the mirror, doors of the closet and toilet were opening automatically because they weren’t levelled. Would go again during winter holiday if not so expensive

Absolutely fantastic in every single way, staff were exceptional, food was great, decor was great. Cannot give higher praise, after a few bad experiences in other venues in Tignes (2100), this place stands proud above all. You're welcomed, and truly welcomed, by the staff. Who, again, I must mention are exceptional... Inviting, attentive, kind and thoughtful. Food was amazing, the venue was beautiful. What more could you want? This is the place to be in Tignes.

Simply an amazing place. Starting from a very warm welcome, the staff is always very attentive and super available to help you for anything, a special thanks to Mohamed the bellboy (i don't know how to write it exactly), and the male receptionist who welcomed us, both very professional and very nice people. We had the occasion to eat at Ursus and the Panoramic, both very good restaurants, the meals were amazing, the wine cart very well made, another special thanks to the sommelier Kevin. The chef and owner is also very nice. In general we spent two amazing days. Only 2 comments: the prices for the Panoramic maybe a bit too expensive considering it's grilled meat, and the bathroom door is almost transparent so in the morning there is too much light coming in.
