Nearby town center and train station, easy to park the car, clean room and nice breakfast

Checking the review for Hotel Restaurant Lindenhof, I noticed that the reviews are mostly about the rooms while the restaurant is definitely worth a visit! Visiting friends living close to Emsdetten, we had dinner at the Lindenhof Restaurant. What a treat to enjoy such a delicious meal in a setting that was relaxed but cozy. The food was not only perfectly cooked, but the presentation was impeccable too. We felt like we were being pampered. The staff was very pleasant and spoke English. Although the restaurant was quite busy on that day, there was no delay with the serving and the courses came at the very comfortable pace. The restaurant consists of separate rooms which keeps the noise volume low. The restaurant is on a very quiet street with a nearby parking lot, which makes accessing it easy. The small city of Emsdetten is very welcoming and the surroundings are very green and peaceful. It was an excellent outing, crowd by an excellent dinner!

We stayed the night here with a group of colleagues and had a great time. The hotel and restaurant looks lovely, comfortable bed, good location near plenty of good restaurants. Too bad we couldnt give Lindenhofs’ restaurant a try because we came when it was closed but they helped us to some drinks even so wich we really enjoyed.

Hotel has parking. The rooms are large and comfortable, and well appointed. A very large bathroom.||Restaurant is good with a wide collection of dishes on the menu and what we chose was very decent.||Breakfast is "continental"; sufficient and varied.||The staff very friendly and helpful, and speak English.||My wife was impressed that there was a balcony set up for dining overlooking the garden so she could smoke after the meal with a digestive of the local schnapps (a very good product)

This is an excellent hotel with very high standard, yet it is very cosy with a nice family atmosphere. Big and comfortable rooms at very reasonable prices. We had a really good dinner in the restaurant and the breakfast buffet in the morning was phenomenal. Also the staff was very friendly and service-minded. Highly recommended!

This is just a really nice place, where service, friendliness, and quality are the most important keywords. It’s nowadays rare to find good quality for a fair price…well here you can find it. Rooms are super tidy, spacious with good beds and bathrooms. Restaurant and breakfast are far over average and with a german twist modern. Most of all ik like the friendly and super service from the staff. Here people with “love for there job” work! Fachleute! 😉. Definitely go here again!

This hotel is excellent. The rooms are quaint and character filled, but very comfortable. The food is really excellent and true fine dining. This feels like you are staying an someones house in a great way.

I've stayed at this family owned hotel many times! The restaurant is fantastic and all the rooms are different from eachother: ranging from old fashioned with beautiful old antique furniture or very modern with minimalistic style and contemporary look. The hotel is beautifully taken care of.
