Good, upmarket business hotel with a contemporary, stylish design, located just outside the city centre and close to the motorway exit. Very convenient if you are driving, as it offers ample parking, yet still handy for visiting the town. Rooms and bathrooms are modern, spacious, and comfortable. Several restaurants are within walking distance, and the hotel is pet-friendly.||Breakfast is of reasonably good quality, although the hot beverages could be improved—the cappuccino from the machine was underwhelming.||Staff kind of not friendly, they looked barely interested in checking you in and out. Definitely not a "warm welcome" still, relatively good value for one night.

I’ve stayed at this hotel quite few times. Rooms are clean ish. You can see marks on carpets and spiderwebs in the corners. Unfortunately, breakfast is not so great. If you come late everything is cold if you can get something. Tables are not cleaned on time. Personel looks like is forced to work and not very happy. Some of the personel is helpful and nice, others are very arrogant. They understand English when they want and like they want. They introduce verbal hotel policies. There is no paper copy available. Hotel will not contact customers by phone or e-mail. There is no such a thing as contact from their side. Hotel is not only rooms and furniture. Hotel should create a pleasant atmosphere, which is create by people. 70% of personel at this hotel should be changed or not if you want one night stay hotel. Or maybe they are nice to Italian speaking guests. But language barrier in 4star hotel, in 21 century, I can’t imagine. It’s like Formula 1 hotel but with better furnitures. Just stay without any pleasure and forget about it.

We had a fantastic stay at Link 124 Hotel Parma! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spotlessly clean, modern, and very well maintained — a true haven after long days of exploring. The breakfast was a real highlight: generous, varied, and delicious, with something for everyone in the family. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Traveling with kids and our dog can sometimes be a challenge, but this hotel is wonderfully pet-friendly, and it made all the difference. There’s also free parking, which was super convenient and easy to access. We truly appreciated the calm, comfortable atmosphere and the thoughtful touches throughout. We will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend Link 124 Hotel to anyone visiting Parma — whether you’re with family, pets, or both!

We came here expecting a highway motel but we were very much surprised how nice this new hotel is. Easy to reach from the highway, lots of parking inside and secured underground garage. Bus stop next to the hotel, 20min in the center. Lovely restaurant next door as well, great breakfast and all that for 90 eur during peak season? Im impressed!

Good hotel with clean rooms and accessible! Even the bar to hang your clothes on can bend down to a accessible hight (room232). Breakfast was great and the restaurant was very good as well!

Very clean, good design, convenient location for city center & highways. Good breakfast. I appreciate for the fitness room too. There's a Michelin star restaurant in their property.

This hotel is a really nice and modern hotel. It is located on the outskirts of Parma, Italy. It is within walking distance of several shopping centers and geleraterias for extremely delicious gelato. This place has a good gym, a spa and a decent size conference room that can host about 100 folks.
