Hôtel Lodge Park Megève

Fantastic hotel in a superb location. Amazing food and drink albeit the steak restaurant can get expensive. Staff helpful and attentive. 5 minute walk to the lifts. Spa was small but immaculate. Could not fault this hotel. Great atmosphere in the bar in the early evening.

Please be aware that I had my watch stolen at the hotel. The rooms are cramped and inadequate lighting. I had to use my torch to find things in the evening. Despite this, the spa is lovely... the lift and rooms are dated and overpriced for what it is.

The staff at this hotel are the loveliest in the world! They make you feel so welcome and very, very special - there are no lengths they wont go to to deliver amazing customer service.||Benjamin the concierge can recommend and reserve the best tables in town, including the Lodge Park's own Beef Lodge restaurant.||For exceptional cocktails, look no further than the Lodge Park Bar where Leo will mix you delicious classics often with his own fabulous and innovative twists!||I cannot thank the whole team enough for what has been my best holiday ever. This is our fourth stay here, and it just gets better and better!

We paid a very high price to stay here for three nights. The service was mostly attentive and friendly and the breakfast was good. For the price, we will not be returning. We were told on arrival that the pool was closed for renovation and gaslit that we had been told that over email on booking. The only place this is mentioned is in small font on the website specifically on the page for the pool! The rooms were sub-standard and in need of complete renovation and the ski room was small, cramped and stank of sewage. We expected much more out of lodge park!

We visited the lodge park for a few days winter break. We had been to Megeve a few times some years ago so know the area. This is beautiful hotel in the centre of the town and only 5 mins from a lift onto the mountain. The staff are brilliant. We had breakfast but not dinner here. Megeve is a lovely town if you are not skiing and the hotel is perfect.

Lodge Park met all my expectations!|A great welcome, amazing rooms with views of the mountain, everything very clean.|The service was great in all the hotel.|The reception and concierge were very polite and very helpful with everything i requested.|The transfer guys were very very polite and very helpful.|The food in the hotel was very good and they had a very nice wine list. |Everything made my whole stay amazing!|Thank you all!

We stayed at the Lodge Park for our ski holiday and found the location great. Nice rooms (toilets too small though) and great spa too. Fantastic, very friendly and very responsive team happy to help and organise anything. Sebastien, Alice and the rest of the team definitely get a 5 star! |Only negative was the music coming up to our room (2nd floor room 210) despite being told it would stop at 22:00 and despite having specifically asked for a quiet room. An outside loudspeaker on the terrace was switched off immediately and after calling on sunday, wednesday and friday evenings a bit after 22:00 to ask to lower the sound, it was indeed lowered straight away. Just annoying to have to ask everytime and that hotel has DJ three evenings a week.|All in all very happy with the stay and also that the team was keen to get feedback upon our departure. I hope that the volume will be properly monitored in the future and that what is sold as a quiet room will indeed be quiet room!:-)

From start to finish, our stay was absolutely perfect. Staff couldn’t be more helpful, concierge helped us with our reservations, ski passes and anything else we could possibly want to make our stay just wonderful. We had the fireplace lodge room, which was great to come back to after a day out in the snow. The location of Lodge Park is central, just a stones throw away from lots of bars, restaurants, cable cars to the mountains and shops. We ate at Beef Lodge a number of times and the food was exceptional. We asked concierge for a number of recommendation for food and they were each just brilliant.... One day, the restaurant was further out of town and we were offered a free shuttle to get there. My Father unfortunately fell over skiing and fractured his ankle, again, the hotel were brilliant offering a free shuttle to the medical centre, they gave us advise on pharmacies, etc and also gave him a walking stick until he got his own sorted. I couldn’t thank Lodge Park enough for all they did to make this holiday so special. We were here last February and we’ll certainly be back next February. I can’t wait!!!
