We recently stayed in the 2-bedroom suite with our little family and had the most incredible visit. The hotel staff was the star of the show on this incredible property in the heart of a really charming small town. I felt like we discovered the best kept secret in Texas. The service was attentive but not formal and the property was small enough that we felt like we knew everyone by the end of the weekend. From poolside cocktails delivered with flair to room service for dinner one night when we thought the kids needed some quite time, everything was impeccable.

The property is beautiful. It is close to the small town where most shops and restaurants are. The room itself has lovely decorations and nice linens. Two things we didn’t love. First, the walls are thin. The couple on the adjoining cabin/room had a fight and we heard every last word of their heated argument well into the night. Second, there is no front desk, this is more of an Airbnb style place, so we couldn’t call anyone to check on the couple and ask them to quiet down. It’s lovely otherwise.

My husband and I celebrated our 10th yr wedding anniversary at Lulus and they did not disappoint. The manager, Annette made sure our stay is unforgettable and well taken care of. The service is excellent, the rooms are beautiful and clean and the hotel is fantastic. The food at the restaurant is superb. Highly recommended. We will definitely stay again.

What an amazing property! Perfect location for experiencing Round Top! Definitely check the dates before your visit but it worked out perfect for us! The little cottages are decorated in upscale Round Top fashion and right in the heart of downtown so you can walk to everything as far as restaurants and bars!

Hotel Lulu would receive 10 stars if I had that option! Our time there was excellent! The staff went above and beyond to provide hospitality and kindness. Ramon and his team took great care of us! Many thanks to Ramon, Zoe, Annette, and Fernando! The room was beautiful and spotless. The restaurant provided excellent food and service and the ambience was perfect!

Don't make a reservation here! We are trying to cancel 10 days before. You cannot do it at their site. I have left numerous voice messages and sent multiple emails. No response. They charged full amount when I made reservation . If they don't respond guess they think they will keep the $339 they already charged. Had to contact my bank today to dispute. Bad bad way to deal with the public.

Altho its a lovely hotel...They have a $100 per day cancellation fee at anytime!!! Im cancelling 2 months before my reservation and they want to charge me this??? No way! Not even the 4 Seasons does this! Plus you cannot cancel online! Or speak with anyone, you have to email and await a response! Beware of this hotel & its policies! UPDATE THEY REFUNDED ALL MY MONEY WITH NO $100 per day charge and they were very nice.
