The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable truly, nothing was too much trouble.||The rooms were a dream, warm, beautifully designed with a cosy boho vibe that instantly made us feel relaxed. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated, and the atmosphere was both stylish and homely.||A real highlight of our stay was the delicious food, especially the breakfasts, which were simply outstanding. A special mention has to go to Sam, who is an absolute gem. She couldn’t do enough for us she is attentive, kind, and genuinely caring. Her warm energy lit up every morning, and her breakfasts were hands down the best we’ve ever had. You could tell she put love into everything she did and nothing was too much trouble ||We left feeling, spoiled, and already planning our return. Our stay at Hotel Lux Alpine was nothing short of extraordinary. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding – a true highlight to start each day. The beds and the room were an absolute dream, offering unparalleled comfort and elegance. The bar area was equally impressive, creating a cozy yet sophisticated ambiance to relax in the evenings. The entire hotel is simply wonderful, with every detail designed to perfection. And what truly makes this place special is the incredible staff – they are absolute gems, going above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcome and cared for. The hotel is very comfortable and has a nice modern design full of original touches. The sauna and breakfast are great! Best of all was the extremely friendly service and caring staff, big mention to Sam who makes everyone feel at home. They have a van to the ski lifts (which are a 5-7 min walk) and service to store the ski equipment near the lifts. Recommended!

Nice, comfy hotel. 10 minute walk from the lifts. The staff will shuttle you from the hotel. Actually, they shuttled us everywhere, including th restaurant I left my grandsons shirts at! Max, Barbara, and Sam were incredible hosts and made a huge difference in our stay

Great location, just a few minutes walk to the lift. Great breakfast spread with something for everyone. The entire staff is so helpful and warm. Sam and the team were excellent. We'll be back!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were absolutely adorable! Sam, who is the breakfast organizer, gave us a perfect breakfast every day! She took us for a breakfast tour the first day, where she guided us through all the marvelous delicacies. The owner really cared about the guests. She even drove us to the ski lifts if we needed a ride. I have never experienced this high quality service from hotel staff before. I was really impressed! Thank you! We'll be back!

A truly wonderful hotel, uber cool design & decor, a great location with stunning mountain views from all rooms, which are super comfortable. The friendliest of staff, Sam is a real credit to them, not to mention the super creative owner, Sabine & her husband Alex. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and we very much hope to return soon. 10 out of 10 x

A nice and cozy hotel. Good size rooms. Staff and owners make you feel at home. Don’t miss Sam’s breakfast training 😀! Great uncomplicated dinner options at the restaurant.
