Exceptional, magical and luxurious hotel with such an incredible customer service received from Youssef. He was such a gentleman and kind, he welcomed us with a friendly manner and served us drinks and made us feel relaxed and at home. We had to stay at the hotel after checking out as our train was late in a day but Youssef looked after us and served us drinks and snacks and made us feel comfortable. The hotel is so relaxing, calming, clean and modern. Has everything we need. The bed was super comfortable and the hammam bath was amazing. Location is unbeatable. I can’t wait to come back to this beautiful hotel.

We spent three nights at the Hotel Madinat and loved every minute! The hotel is gorgeous, and we loved our room. The hotel is in the historic, old town and close to the Mezquita-Catedral de Cordoba and other historic sites. The roof terrace gave beautiful views over the city. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was very good, with an excellent range of hot and cold food.

We so enjoyed our 2 night stay! Charming, quiet, and perfectly located to walk to all attractions and dining. Delicious breakfast served each day. Hotel staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful with referrals for dining. Only 2 things would have made our stay better. Coffee in the room and a small gym. A local gym was a 6 minute walk from the hotel, and the cost was reasonable.

Genuine Hospitality & perfect location Hospitality: With only 12 rooms, the service here is unmatched. The care felt real and personal, far superior to the stiff service you often get at big luxury hotels. When my wife wasn't feeling well, went out of their way to assist us. Arrival: Do not try to find an Uber at the train station. Let the hotel arrange the transfer—it was seamless and had no noticeable upcharge. The Room: Very clean with a comfortable check-in process (including welcome drinks) and lots of thoughtful little details. Location: Perfect spot, just a 5-minute walk to the Cathedral. Food: Excellent, fresh-made breakfast.

Clean and comfortable with a homey feeling. The staff are beyond accommodating. They take pride in an exceptional manner to provide a pleasant experience. They serve delicious homemade baked cakes at breakfast. Homemade chocolate was in our room. |My only suggestion is to provide a map so you can find the hotel easily. These streets can be a bit confusing. If taking a taxi providing the full street address is helpful.

Great hotel - concierge could know more about local restaurants if im being picky. But great rooms and superb location for local food and sites in the old town. Parking 18 euros a day in nearby secure parking garage, not a tough walk to hotel even with cases. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! I was staying in Còrdoba for two days and I abruptly made a reservation at this hotel as the hotel I originally booked turned out to be really bad. Honestly, it was the best desicion. Hotel Madinat is truly an wonderful experience. They offer online check-in which makes check-in upon your arrival easier and quicker. The room is wonderful, clean, spacious and it smells heavenly. You get chocolates as a welcome gift and really good selection of complimentary tea and coffee in your room. Rooftoop is beautifull and perfect for cup of coffee in the afternoon or drink(s) during the evening. Location of the hotel is perfect as it is close to the cathedral and everything is in walking distance. Would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay stay at Hotel Madinat. All the staff, especially Paloma, were wonderful and kind and generous. Days before we arrived, she sent information on things to do in Cordoba and directions from the train station. (The streets are narrow, recommend you book their taxi transfer service). When we arrived, Paloma surprised us with an upgrade to the suite for my birthday and it was amazing. Wish we could have stayed longer! Stepping into the hotel felt like being welcomed into another era. It had old world touches with modern facilities. Really quite beautiful. And the location is perfect in the heart of the old town. It was surreal to sit on the rooftop terrace drinking wine with 360 degree views of the town, including the Mezquita Cathedral a few hundred metres away. It was a memorable experience we won't forget.
