"The oldest hotel of Limbourg gracefully marries period fixtures with modern details. This classical-contemporary patchwork extends to the elegant food, depicted by classical recipes, gutsy sauces and subtle nuances whose fresh, acidic notes add a final flourish to an intelligently crafted menu. Legible flavours which bear the hallmark of gifted chefs." - Michelin Inspector

Nice little hotel. Car/truck noise can be a bit loud, but otherwise clean confortable rooms. Staff are very attentive and great food at the restaurant.

1.Just next to the main road. The 24 hour non stop traffic car speeding noises which drive you crazy. You just couldn't sleep whole night till to morning. 2.The check in ladies will tell you the noisy will stop after 9p.m., which is nonsense 3.The rooms floor, space decoration quality feels cheap. The bed quality is terrible I have ever had. Soft and collapse, don't even mention about pillows. 4.The noise caused by the guests in the restaurant does not stop until midnight, and it is even more noisy when they go upstairs to the room

Excellent service, except for 1 waitress in the restaurant, she must've had a bad day. Very flexible, good rooms, very cozy beds. Dog-friendly, is allowed in the room, not in the restaurant. Food was excellent, the wine selection amazing, loved the experience !!! 🫶

Room was quiet, cozy, and clean. English spoken at the front desk. Service was excellent. Friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was a bit expensive but very good. Close access to the national park and opportunities for walking.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of nowhere, at noisy road.|Just across the border in Germany you get same conditions at a much lower price!|25€ for the breakfast is also ridiculous for european standards in this kind of hotel.

Had a pleasant dinner here. It was a very calm Sunday night so we truly had the place to ourselves. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The wine list is extensive (lots of Belgian choices too). The food is obviously made with great care. Some drawbacks: it’s recently changed ownership, and I got the feeling they are still looking for the ‘soul’ of the place: it felt a bit bland at this time. Not that anything was out of place, quite the contrary; just not yet there. Although the food was nice; it wasn’t ground breaking. The vegetarian dishes were a bit in the disappointing side. We had a great night and were carefully catered to, I recommend going here. At the same time I think there’s room for improvement.

Yelp
Oh! I loved this place! We were att he christmas market in Maastricht and this hotel was a 30 minutes drive from there. Our room was great, feeling very fresh and very cosy. We had been looking for a B&B that would have sort of a cottage-feel to it but instead we found this hotel that totally made the cut! So, fresh room, nice interior but sadly the beds were too hard (bumps it down a star). The location was a little deceptive to the pictures, it looked like it was seated in the forrest but the front was actually facing a street. The back however had a beautiful garden with a small wood connected to it. Great for a little dog walk in the evening and morning (yeah, dogs are allowed). Breakfast was very nice, although it was 25 € extra per person. There was freshly fried eggs, bacon, champagne, juice (although not freshly squeezed which would be recommendable for 25 € extra), coffee or tea served in a pot at the table, lots of bread, fresh fruits, yoghurts, salmon, mozzarella etc etc. The hallways and basically the whole hotel had an old but beautiful interior. I think it's a must see!
