👍🏼 For that price our stay at this hotel was simply unforgettable! Everything was perfect from start to finish, and we are already planning to come back. The location couldn't be better, and the staff are just amazing - so kind, attentive, and always ready to help. My boyfriend had his birthday during our trip, and when I asked if they could do something special, they surprised us with chocolate. Such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture! We loved having 24/7 access to coffee, tea, and milk, and sometimes there were even delicious desserts waiting for us. The shared kitchen with a fridge was also a big plus. Our room was always spotless, everything worked perfectly, and the bathroom was well stocked with shower gel and shampoo. It truly felt like the staff cared about every little detail to make our stay perfect. Highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and warm memories! 👎🏼 The TV was on the smaller side, and the shower was a bit tight, but it didn't affect our overall wonderful stay.

Convenient, comfortable, and great hospitality. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely excellent—all the major sites I planned to visit were just a short walk away, which made getting around incredibly easy and stress-free.||The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed.||A highlight of the stay was the continental breakfast. It was fresh, well-stocked, and had a great variety to choose from.||Overall, this hotel delivered on all fronts: convenience, comfort, and great service.

Positive: 1. Extremely good location. Minutes walk away from city center. Good bus and metro connection. 2. Internet speed was good. 3. There is coffee, tea and water all the time at the lobby, which is great 4. After checking out, we left our luggage at the lobby for a couple of hours 5. The staff was friendly and helpful. Negative: 1. The setting of the WC, washbasin and bathroom is extremely uncomfortable all separated. With no sound barrier. The washbasin is within the room. The WC is smaller than airplane closets. Very inconvenient. The bathroom has a glass window looking at the room. Although they have installed a curtain, it is transparent. 2. The room is worn out. The whole hotel is worn out. 3. The doors of the bathroom and WC would not close properly. 4. Not enough electricity outlets. 5. The breakfast was not of good quality. But maybe it is worth it for just 8 Euros

Such a great location and the staff were all amazing, they really made our stay special. The room itself was fairly basic but very comfortable and clean. The bed was also very comfortable. |The breakfast,|Although not a huge selection, was adequate, tasty and you could help yourself to as much as you liked as it was constantly topped up.|We would definitely stay here again and we want to personally thank all the staff for making us feel so welcome xxx

Stayed at the Mayerling Hotel from 22nd to 27th December for Christmas with my son. Hotel situated very near to visiting Prado Museum and other sights and plenty of places to eat.|Staff at Reception very helpful especially Iwska/Fwska or Fluska!! not too sure of the name and her English excellent.|Had a nice quiet room at the back of the hotel as I have problems sleeping. Room clean and bed very good. Madrid a lovely city.||Patricia Hewland

Location was great, staff were very helpful, let us check in at 12pm and check out at 12pm. The room was nice and clean, with two complimentary mineral water bottles, shampoo and body wash, shower cap, and an nair dryer. Bed and pillows were comfortable.We stayed at 4th floor and the lift was very convenient. They also booked us a taxi to Airport (33 euros fixed rate).

Excellent budget-friendly hotel conveniently located within walking distance of all Madrid attractions. This hotel offers fantastic value and is situated just a short stroll away from the Plaza Mayor. The staff members are incredibly welcoming, always ready to assist with a polite demeanor. The room size was impressive, and it was spotlessly clean upon our arrival. It's worth mentioning that our room had an unconventional layout with the shower integrated into the room itself. While I didn't mind, some individuals might have reservations about this arrangement. Additionally, there's complimentary coffee available in the main communal area. Despite ongoing construction outside, the noise didn't penetrate into the room, ensuring a peaceful stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for your visit.
