The hotel is clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and a nice large shower. There is no air conditioning, so it felt very warm in the room. There is a fan but air conditioning would have been good.|The hotel is in a good location to walk to the old town.

They give only one key per room despite you book a room for a group of friends. If you don't have the key they will make you wait until your friend with the key arrives even when they saw you leaving, and your passport is inside the room... we wait in the lobby after midnight.

Everything was fine except for the price which suddenly doubled. You can stay in this hotel safely.

It's ok for a short visit. Breakfast is not included. The buffet at the restaurant is OK. It has a good service. Rooms are old. Mine was clean. They don't have air conditioning. Just an old fan that you can move around. It's noisy during night time. There's a 7eleven nearby and an Oxxo. Also small restaurants are near. I stayed there because I was going to the SRE building which is at walking distance from the hotel. For one night I paid 1450 mx pesos. Expensive, for what they offer.

Excellent location but that’s about it. The hotel has seen better days. Everything is extremely old in this hotel there is not even air conditioning. The rooms are dated, not very clean and we would have stayed somewhere else if we could as the city has been very busy due to the day of the dead. I would not recommend this hotel and the managing team should definitely do something and renovate this hotel asap.

We traveled with the agency in april 2024. Check-in and check- out were guick. The staff was friendly. It was too hot in the rooms. The sir conditioners were not working propertly. It was cold only at the reception and the dining room. The location of the hotel is excellent.

We arrived very late at night/early morning having had a very long journey and the member of staff on duty was far from welcoming. Our credit card was declined for payment (yet we had no trouble with it anywhere else on our trip) so make sure you take enough cash to cover the cost. ||The rooms are a decent size but looking old and faded. There is no A/C, a fan is provided but it is quite noisy and the room is quite stuffy. A lot of people seemed to sleep with their doors open which was a bit disconcerting as you could see directly into the room. The best bit of the hotel was the shower which was very good.||The breakfast we took on the first day was fine with a wide choice although some of it had been sitting around for a long time.||Our keys seemed to lock out every day so we constantly had to go down to get them re-programmed.||The main issue was when I returned to my room during the day. The room was unlocked, with the door propped open with the wastepaper basket. Anyone could have come in and taken anything. There were no cleaners in sight. When I complained, they seemed more concerned about whether anything had been stolen rather than the fact it had been left open and didn't seem to think it was anything serious. ||The hotel is centrally located and it is easy to walk to the main tourist sights.||However, there were too many faults to recommend it and I will certainly not return there.

Google
Great location, nice staff, clean, quiet and safe, comfy beds, very economically priced, and they fulfilled our request and gave us one of the newly renovated rooms, which was wonderful! We also had a special tap with potable water in our room. The temperature in the room is a bit hot, but there is a good quality fan to make it comfortable (this also drowns out minor noises). Highly recommended!

Yelp
me and my family stayed in there for vacations and the staff received us and took our stuff and gave us the key faster. the room was very clean, it was small room but comfortable, there was no views and they give you shampoo and soap, towels, and a blow dryer. i give them 4 stars because of the view, there were no windows.

Yelp
So may things, i found gum stuck in a pillow, i found socks and a toy gun in the sofa, and there was shampoo from another hotel in the closet. There is also very very bad internet. But there is some good things.
