Hotel Metropol Moscow

Excellent location, well renovated with a friendly and supportive staff. Very much enjoyed the Shalyapin bar which we frequently visited for cooked ravioli with chicken for my daughter. Cocktails were superb, so was ambience. It was best value for money and a very enjoyable stay. The AC was not working properly, which was an issue in hotter days. Team needs to address the AC issue with manufacturer

First visit to Moscow and glad we stayed at the Metropol, especially with its newly renovated rooms. Location is perfect, being so close to the Red Square and Kremlin. Definitely coming back!

The worst stay I had in my whole life travelling world wide and staying in 5 stars and more hotels. From the reception to the house keeping to the unfriendly staff everywhere accept one decent and hospitable person Miss. Julia Sergeeva. In 5 nights of stay I was lucky to meet Miss Julia which persuaded me to stay.

What a beautiful historic hotel the place is gorgeous and well maintained. Food and service are impeccable. the glass ceiling the gold touches and the whole vibe is magnetic. great location and super courteous staff made it all such a pleasant stay in Moscow

A historical, wonderful hotel.Is not just a hotel, but a luxurious classic experience.The front office was wonderful and very supportive, check and check out very smooth.The FB team provided perfect service.The breakfast is a journey itself.||I definitely recommend it.The location is also a big plus as is just few meters from the Red Square

I have a wonderful stay at the metropol Hotel in downtown Moscow while I was representing the UAE to the official Moscow fashion week Spring summer 2025 ! The suite I stayed is super Elegant and exceeded my expectation it was awesome to see right the view on my window. The warm and smiling services of every staff. Specially the bellboy on the front entrance greeting us with a warm smile even the weather was colder already… and The breakfast was superb dining in the historic ambience of the salon with live music transporting. You to the bygone era - thank you for experiencing The Moscow hospitality and hope to come back again ❤️❤️❤️

This is our second time staying at Metropole. The rooms are comfortable. This past occasion we were in a historic room. The only issue was it was extremely warm in the room upon our arrival. Opening the windows was not easy, but achieved, The cool winter air was excellent in the warm room. Because we like to take stairs, we found out that once in the stairwell, there was no way back in so we walked to bottom. Locating an Exit was an experience as we were deposited into the Metropol Hall.||The following morning we dined in the Metropol Hall and again were more than delighted with the breakfast. We recognized staff from previous visits. ||This is a great hotel with fantastic staff.
