Hôtel Mirabeau Verbier

Hotel Mirabeau focuses on making your holiday as enjoyable as possible. Location to the main lift station was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with choices to equal 4 and 5 star hotels. The lounge area was cosy and very nicely decorated with a log fire lit during breakfast and in the evening. The hotel is an easy walk to a range of restaurants and cafes. Our room had enough space, there was always ample hot water and cleaning was to a very good standard. There was a good range of English speaking TV channels, which is so rarely the case. We didn't use the spa area because the snow was great and we stayed on the slopes!! A basic bar service is on offer too. Thank you to the hotel staff - Mirabeau is a little gem.

Old school verbier charm; super central. Sylvie and her team are absolutely charming..a proper family run hotel: cosy, immaculately clean good breakfast and a lovely warm smile when you arrive. Sensibly priced and great value for the exceptional location 2 mins from Medran lift.

All the times I have stayed here in the past five years have been amazing! Very friendly and professional staff, delicious breakfast, spectacular alpine views, clean and cozy. The fireplace in the lounge is a treat, so are the snacks & coffee/tea table in the afternoon & evening. Just a few steps from the main ski lift, Médran. Highly recommended!

Such a gem! We recently spent a last minute weekend at this lovely hotel. Sylvie and her staff were absolutely wonderful. The room was cozy, clean and comfortable. Bonus was the outdoor balcony seating area with a terrific view. The breakfast was delicious with many offerings. It truly is a "heart" centered hotel and we will definitely be back and tell all of our friends!!!

We loved the location, the decor, the breakfast, the coffee and tea on tap 24 hours and the friendly staff. We were lucky to have a balcony and a great view. The room and bed were very small and the bed uncomfortable with a noisy metal bed frame. We were grateful for access to a downstairs shower before we left after skiing.||Upon setting the bill we were invited to add a tip of 5%, 10% or 15% to the credit card for the whole accommodation bill. Although it was explained that we didn't have to leave a tip if we weren't happy (we were), in that moment we were too surprised and embarrassed to refuse. Switzerland is a country famous for its non tipping or 'pour bois' culture although I am used to paying 10% to 15% for table service at a meal. But for the whole hotel accommodation bill? The result was that we left a 160chf housekeeping tip for a week's stay. At least it wasn't the suggested 465chf! I asked around. Is this normal? It turns out that it isn't, even in Verbier. We left feeling foolish.

Fantastic family run hotel! My sister and I stayed for a week in March. Sylvie and the rest of the family made us feel like we were in a home away from home. We had a lovely view from our room looking over the mountains and enjoyed relaxing on the balcony after a long day skiing. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. There was a good selection of breakfast food and it was all tasty. The hotel is right in town so you can walk everywhere easily. It's a 2 minute walk to the ski lift so you can't do much better than that. The hotel is surrounded with bars and restaurants so there's lots of places to choose from in the evenings. I can't recommend it enough, we are hoping to be back next year!

We had an absolutely  fantastic time and experience from the minute we walked in.|The fresh, nourishing breakfast buffet was exceptional. It was a delightful place to spend my short ski getaway with my teenage daughter. Much care was taken by entire staff including Sylvie and her mom Chris. It was an easy walk to the Madran lift station, shops and restaurants. Although this is a three star hotel, I got much better service and care than at the four star mountain side Swiss hotels where I have stayed. My entire stay at Mirabeau felt like staying at my cousin's country side residence. I am already looking forward to rebooking for the next ski season. Thank you to Sylvie and team for taking amazing care of us!

The hotel is perfectly located: very close to Médran ski lift, ski rental shops and several restaurants. The breakfast is very good and the service, overall, is impeccable. And the cherry on the cake is Sylvie: very nice and helpful host!
