Hotel Miramalfi

After arriving feeling slightly green due to the roads we arrived into a tranquil oasis. Greeted by reception staff and handed a drink on the terrace. Our equilibrium reinstated. |Our room - Junior suite was one of the most stunning rooms I’ve stayed in. Both the bathroom and bedroom led onto the patio. Waking up to the most wonderful view, showering with the view. Elegant interiors, very comfortable bed and a coffee machine that wasn’t shoved in a cupboard. Space and light and 3 of my best ever nights sleep. Amazing toiletries, which we will now be buying. |Breakfast was a wonderful display of everything you could want, the quality, the meats, cheeses, especially the mozzarella. Buffalo yoghurt, pastries and cakes, plus the a la carte menu. Staff were a delight. |A minor hiccup at dinner, but was dealt with professionally by Mattia.|Allessandro and Rosa by the pool were delightful.|Everyone on reception (sorry can’t remember names) offered us a friendly service and lots of recommendations.|The whole place made me emotional (as your young receptionist will testify) as was so beautiful and we were made to feel so welcome and special. We were addressed by name everywhere.|Would wholly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

The main reason we chose this hotel for our October–November 2025 vacation was the stunning photos of their beach club. I had always imagined swimming with the dramatic, carved-out Amalfi mountain rock rising behind me, framed by the glittering sea and sky—and the experience was even more breathtaking in person. The pool is so beautifully sculpted into the cliffside that I just had to take drone photos and videos to memorialize the moment forever. We were also fortunate to witness the most beautiful Amalfi sunrise right from our balcony, painting the coastline in warm golden hues. It was an unforgettable stay, and we would love to return to this hotel again.

We have just arrived home to a very rainy England from the most wonderful stay at the Miramalfi Hotel. ||This hotel is a very special place indeed. From the location, views, pool along with the exceptional attentive service from the poolside staff which is set in a wonderful cliffside setting.||Housekeeping here is also the best we have had. Very good indeed.||Every member of staff here are exceptional everyone stands out and are a credit to the hotel.||We spent our time relaxing and enjoying the amazing views of Amalfi from our beautiful room.||A special mention please to Mattia in the Donna Emma restaurant. He made our evenings very special with his super knowledge of the wines and recommended the Tenuta San Francesco Vineyard to us and we had a very special day there where we have wonderful memories that will stay with us forever. ||We highly recommend this beautiful hotel on the amalfi coast. The best stay I have ever experienced. We kicked off our honeymoon, a tour of the Amalfi coast. We arrived around midnight after a long drive from Rome. Hotel staff had reserved us a parking space and asked ahead of time if we would like a cold supper put aside after our long journey. The welcome in reception was warm, nothing was too much trouble and we even got champagne and a congratulations cake when we got into the room. Throughout our stay all of the staff were incredible, remembering my gluten intolerance at breakfast, they even let us keep the car on site when we moved hotels to Positano. The shuttle into down is well worth it and the drivers are so incredibly lovely. It's going to take a lot for any hotel elsewhere to match the magical experience we had here.

10 stars. A well-rounded team effort went into providing a world class experience for my mother's 60th birthday. Frankly, there is so much risk involved with milestone celebrations and I am so grateful that the entire hotel staff took care of business. They were professional before and after our one-night stay (only one night, but memories of a lifetime). I would like to commend Concierge Rosita and Francesco, Donna Emma’s restaurant manager, for their leadership and service. Their passion and situational awareness, and that of the entire team, made a big difference. Impressive family-owned hotel with expansion plans (adding boat service I think?). A lot more to say, but I will keep it brief and say thank you very much and I hope to see you again. -Chris

Just returned from the most luxurious stay at Hotel Miramalfi! It was the perfect stay in celebrating our 25th anniversary- I only wish we had more time there! I definitely overanalyzed between hotels, deeply considering to stay in Positano over Amalfi. Best decision I ever made to stay at Hotel Miramalfi. It was the R&R we needed away from the crowds after a day of exploring. The pool/beach club area is pure heaven! The service in every area of the resort was excellent! The shuttle into town is an amazing perk! Breakfast was outstanding- and the staff i s super friendly & helpful. Love this hotel, the location, the staff... I can't recommend this resort enough- I want to go back already!!!

We just had an amazing stay for our 20th wedding anniversary. The room was immaculate, the balcony view was perfect, the breakfast is delicious, but what really made the experience was the staff and the service. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. In particular Rosita the concierge helped with dinner plans and transportation to and from the restaurants, and Vincenzo checked us in and out- he even told us about his friend who lives along the Path of the Gods raising goats and making cheese, and we got to meet him. They drive you to and from Amalfi town - a quick and easy trip. Having the pool and the swim platform to jump in the Mediterranean was perfect- with noodles, tubes and a SUP available. We prefer smaller hotels like the Miramalfi where you don’t have to deal with crowds. Just outstanding!!!

A magnificent stay at Miramalfi! They made our honeymoon SO special, and treated us as if we were family from the second we booked until the moment we were sent in the transfer to the airport. (I'm comparing this to other 5 star properties for context.) Rosita is amazing at her job, and it's clear she enjoys what she does. Her entire team was so attentive, not a beat was missed. Best breakfast buffet I've had at any property I have stayed at, too. The restaurant is excellent!

Best hotel and best view we have ever seen! Vincenzo and staff were amazing! 10/10. You must go.

Everything went well..From the minute we got there to the minute we left..Service was impeccable...helpful with all our needs...Great breakfast every morning..Great drinks in the afternoon...great Dinners at night..I asked if they served fresh goat milk which they did not..However the next morning it was available...just one of those little things that means a lot..the room we had was fantastic..Room 72..Definitely a return trip that will be our home away from home...if I could give it 6 stars I would..

From the moment we arrived it was LUXURIOUS, colorful with the kindest staff. As we sat down for late dinner after a busy day the chef surprised us with delicious treats. Our room has the view of a postcard & every detail was PERFECTION. The beach club was stunning cliff side treat. The gym even had picturesque views. Breakfast with a view & the staff is It's a 15 walk to Amalfi & I highly recommend this hotel.

Do NOT MISS the restaurant here. We did not stay at the hotel but came for lunch and we were incredibly impressed! The food and service was outstanding! Words do not do this place justice !

Much was left to desire. Yes, it's positioned on elite real estate, but the service and hotel decor is 3 star - I would save your money and stay somewhere else.

Truly a great experience! Great amenities and great staff. They tailored our stay to our needs and it was fabulous.

We stayed here for the first leg of our European trip!! It was absolutely stunning views from the hotel as well as beautiful interior. One of our favorite days we had in Italy was simply sitting by the pool/ocean at Miramalfi hotel! On top of that Mario's Cocktails we're absolute perfection! The hotel is about a 10-15 min walk downtown and it goes quickly because of the views but it is steep! There is a hotel shuttle that will drive you whoever you need up until 11pm! The hotel staff was also extremely helpful in assisting us with finding dinner reservations for our stay! We'll be back!

Not a 4 star hotel in my humble opinion. The views from the balcony were great but then the rest... Service of people were also great, but the facilities were - though clean, were pretty poor. Compared to other 4 stars I have stayed in this region, breakfast was sad, non automated safe, no ventilation system in the bathroom. Generally sad decor room. If someone told me 3 star and paid less, I would be more than happy. Just not the standard I was expecting.

Beautiful hotel to stay in. It's right on a cliff overlooking the beautiful city of Amalfi. We had a corner room with the BEST view. It's about a 15 minute walk to the city center, which can be annoying if you don't want to walk back. We wished there was some sort of shuttle. It's $15E to take a cab just a short distance back to the hotel. The breakfast that was included isn't anything to rave about, BUT the views are stellar and the service is great. There's a SITA bus stop right out front of the hotel which is convenient if you're traveling by bus.

The service is amazing--better than any hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are friendly, everything is clean and well cared for. There is a great attention to detail here with beautiful tile and comfortable rooms. The views are amazing, easily the best hotel views of the city of Amalfi. The cliffside pool and access to the ocean are wonderful: they inspire both a spirit of adventure and relaxation. The continental breakfast is extensive, with everything from eggs and bacon to lemon yogurt (which I recommend) to pancakes and croissants. The cafe latte is the best I have had so far in Italy (although as a breakfast drink I have only had it in a couple of places). If and when we return to Amallfi we will stay here again.

I can't wait to come back here! This is one of the most amazing places I've ever stayed. The hotel is built into a cliff and the views are breathtaking. There is a saltwater pool here and multilevel decks that lead right into the sea below. You can jump off of the bottom deck right into the ocean which is a lot of fun. It's deep. There's no sandy bottom to stand on. You'll be treading water. You can order drinks or a bottle of Prosecco poolside. There are many different places to lounge available and the chairs are really nice. They have adjustable shades for your face. The restaurant here would earn six stars if I could give it that. The waitstaff here is amazing! I have never received such quality service from anywhere before in my life. The staff here takes pride in what they do and that is obvious. The food is of a different caliber. Such great flavor combinations and attention to detail. The chef at this restaurant is awesome. During dinner, the waitstaff wears white tuxedo jacket's. They serve you with the finest etiquette and it is really nice to be treated to such luxury. The best part? The prices for the food are very reasonable. A dinner for 2 with wine was about €100. I have definitely spent much more at a dinner before and not received nearly the quality of service. Stay here you won't regret it!

I love this place - there's no other way to put it. The views are astounding, the service is top notch, the rooms were kept clean and the food was delicious. The staff is super friendly and is at your disposal. And it's all reasonably priced. One of the coolest parts about this hotel are the staircases that lead directly into the sea. Not feeling adventurous? There's also a pool on one of the multi-level decks with ocean views. Almost forgot to mention the free breakfast included with the room - it was an amazing spread every morning and I only wish it was at half the places we stayed. My only complaint would be about the Wi-Fi but this hotel doesn't pretend to be a place for business on a get-away. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Wildly impressive. Service was impeccable. Alfonso was amazing and accommodating, and the bartenders were professional and helpful. The views were out of this world!!!!

Everything about this place was amazing!!! My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The room had ocean view, right off the cliff! Staff were nice, their toiletries are so fabulous ( I usually never use hotel toiletries). only one thing I noticed was some very small stains near the toilet paper so I'm taking away one star for that but otherwise loved the place. Also, at times the towels had some color on so they need to up the bleach. Other than that, very clean boutique hotel. Absolutely loved it and will definitely be returning.

This hotel is not what was advertised. My husband and I went to Italy on our honeymoon and I was most excited for Amalfi after all the good things I heard. This hotel had pretty good reviews and was right on the water, how could it go bad? At check in, the person took our passports to take a picture and said to go to our room because he needed them for at least 10 minutes- keeping them and suggesting we leave is not ok. The elevator actually shook when you got inside to to the point where we opted for the stairs anytime we left our room. The floor of the elevator had a nice seesaw effect to it if you were in there with another person, even without luggage. Upon walking into the hotel room, the view was amazing but the room looked like it came out of the 60s- title floors, old beat up wicker furniture and covers on the chair and couch so you didn't know how beat up they were. The beds felt like you were sleeping on the floor and sheets were super stiff and we didn't even have toilet paper. We had a balcony and stayed out there for a few hours but there were bugs everywhere! For our honeymoon we expected more, we searched other hotels in the area but opted to go back to Florence rather than stay three nights. So we left. Best decision.
