Hotel Momento Golden Horn

We chose to book this hotel for 5 nights in Istanbul based on the glowing reviews. Our experience at this hotel surpassed the reviews and we fell in love with this hotel. Very clean, very comfortable, great location, and unbelievably amazing staff. We would wholeheartedly recommend you stay at this hotel when in Istanbul (I know we shall stay here again and again). First and foremost, I would like to thank Sedat, the hotel manager, for being very professional, accommodating us, and making recommendations. Everything in the hotel was very clean, everything taken care of. All of the staff were very hospitable, always ready to assist with a smile on their faces. Besides Sedat, we would like to thank Sinan at the reception for his help with directions to places, etc. The restaurant on the 8th floor had great breakfast and dinner options and service. Food was excellent … the view, unforgettable, with a view of the Golden Horn, the numerous mosques and Eminonu and beyond! What a delight it was to watch the seagulls fly pass close to the window! This hotel has without any doubt given us priceless memories and enriched our souls. We shall come back! Teşekkürler!!!

I had a wonderful 9-night stay at Hotel Momento Golden Horn. The hospitality, cleanliness, and overall service were excellent. My sincere thanks to Mr. Sedat for his constant support and professionalism, and to Ms. Sila for her cheerful attitude and the positive energy she brings with every room service visit. I also want to thank Mr. Sinan for his great help with my luggage and making the arrival and departure smooth. And of course, appreciation to the housekeeping team for keeping my room clean, tidy, and comfortable throughout my stay. A truly pleasant experience—highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. I want to give a special thanks to Sedat and Sinan for their outstanding hospitality — they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me. They even offered me a free ride to the airport, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I truly appreciated their professionalism and friendliness. Had a wonderful time at Hotel Momento - the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive. Ahmet, Harun and Serkan made sure to quickly answer any questions and provide support with navigating the city. The hotel is very well located, walking distance from many important attractions. The restaurant on the 8th floor has stunning views overlooking the water and the food was fantastic. I highly recommend it!

We only had one night at this hotel but we were very pleased with the clean, beautifully appointed room. The bed was very comfortable and the view took in the Blue Mosque, Bosphorus River and bridge. The breakfast was delicious with a fine array of foods. The restaurant gave a great view to the places I have just mentioned. Service was exceptional - we were helped immensely by staff members when we had a major problem on our hands which need not have concerned management. Staff generally was very keen to assist.

I had an amazing experience in this hotel. I really had relaxing time. The room is very comfy and perfect shower. The day was my birthday and they gave me a birthday cake and wishes. It was a happy moment. I really appreciate that. The receptionist named Sedat, he told us everything very kindly. Another receptionist named Sinan, he gave us some jokes and make us fun. The location is also really nice. We went to the city and old city very easily by foot. I really recommend to stay this hotel.

Rooms are a little dated and small but very clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Fantastic view (7th floor room facing water). Rooms reasonably quiet. A little noise but easy to sleep. Unbeatable location. Good value. Very helpful service. Thanks Ahmet and Sedat.

Great Hotel from the first second we arrived we loved the hotel, perfect location and cosy feeling. The staff is great and super helpfull. Big thanks to Sinan, for welcoming us and make our stay even better. Together with his colleagues, Harun and others the arrival to the loby feels as coming home. Don't forget to have cocktails at the rooftop bar for the best view of Istanbul.

We checked in last night at midnight. The staff, lots of them, got us settled in with minimal effort on our part. The room is nice. Breakfast is included with the room. It is very European. That is a good thing. The staff goes out of the way to be helpful Sitting in the bar and having a good time. Prices are just right. We are close to a lot of the places you want to visit. Walking distance for a 73yo out of shape male. So what are you waiting for? They brought me a piece of Birthday cake.

I've traveled all around the world and stayed in all kinds of hotels, in all sorts of five-star resorts. This place was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at the staff went so out of their way to make my state good and boy did they do a good job. yeah, it's not the nicest fanciest hotel, but I would return 10 out of 10 times. Seriously I've never had such a wonderful experience at a hotel. This place is amazing. even during my birthday they brought me a slice of cake all the way to my room and wished me a happy birthday there. They have a restaurant on the eighth floor, which has the most beautiful view of the city. Everyone who works There is just so nice and goes out of their way. The room service is cheap and delicious. I can't say it enough how great the stay was.

Stayed at Hotel Momento during my recent visit in Istanbul. Staff was friendly and professional. They accommodated my friends room next to mine by request. This hotel is walking distance to Kapalicarsi and easy access to ferry boats to transfer to Asian side. I would stay here again!
