Hotel New Tsuruta

The sea view from room's balcony is fantastic! I have booked for 1 night and arrived hotel at around 6 pm. The staff is quite nice welcoming. My room is japanese futon style with shower and sea view. It's clean and neat, especially it has an air con! There are various of breakfast meal. I personally love its seaweed soup with fish ball. The fried chicken is also great. The room price is valuable as well. Moreover, it's located near the department store and nor far from Donki. Love it!

I was particularly touched by his kindness and proactiveness. He demonstrated a level of attentiveness and genuine care that truly made a difference in my experience. It is clear that he does not hesitate to go the extra mile for guests.The quality of a hotel is often reflected in its staff, and having employees like this is a huge asset. I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again should I have the opportunity.

Booked a room at this hotel as I have read great reviews regarding it. I must say I wasn't disappointed. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was varied and delicious though it was the same for the 2 days that I was there. Stayed in the tatami room. Though the room looks a little run down, it is clean. The hotel spring was a bonus. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Staff Koji is very patient and attentive to us during our check in. He help us change room (they need a rook with private bathroom and toilet) for my elderly parents with a discount upgrade. He also gave us suggestions of good eateries around the area. The rooms we booked are spacious and the breakfast spread is good.

To begin with, the hotel is good in general. The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel location is good, there are many bus stops nearby, the sea, shopping malls, and the train station are close by. The breakfasts included in our reservation are excellent, quite tasty. The hotel has springs and showers, the towels are changed regularly, and you can rent yucatas for the duration of your stay for free. You can also request room cleaning (once every 3 days).The disadvantages include the fact that the hotel is a bit old. There is some dust in the rooms here and there, and our room had a moldy shower curtain and dusty ventilation grates. We didn't use the hairdryer in our room because it had some weird moldy-dusty stuff in it... The slippers provided in the room were very small and uncomfortable (my foot size is around 30 centimeters). Not really a problem, especially if you have your own ones, but still worth mentioning.Anyway, as I already said, the overall impression of the hotel is good.

Stayed 1 night in a jap style tatami room. This is one of the top worst jap hotels that i have stayed in so far. The room was very badly maintained, with mold along the sink, filthy air con vents and window ledges, toilet with detaching flooring. However, the staffs are very friendly and breakfast was better than expected. Do not recommend at all.

I stayed in a Japanese style room with futon. My stay was very comfortable. They have public bath for the hotel guest to use. There is a little parking fee to park at the coin parking lot next to the hotel.
