Hotel NH Bogotá Urban 93 Royal

I came to Bogota for work and the stay was perfect! Hotel is very well located! Rooms were very clean, breakfast had a lot of choices and all the employees were very nice and caring. They did a Halloween decoration and it looked great, I thought it was a very nice touch while I had my stay since I saw that the employees worked really hard the previous days to make it! Diego Molina, Vladimir Rincon and Chef Wilmer Duarte made the difference in the stay! Thank you NH

Rooms are clean, service is great. Food is fantastic,front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Kitchen staff especially Diego at the bar are amazing! The beds are very very hard. It's like sleeping on a wooden board, I added 2 extra blankets folded 3-way and that didn't help. After all it was ok

The hotel is amazing, at the front desk Paola Cuervo helped us a lot and gave the directions that we needed. My name was spelled wrong and she fixed it. Also the restaurant is pretty good, the breakfast it's very complete, the spinach/ apple juice is very tasty. For dinner we had pizza, the Mediterranean one is very good. Also the prices are very decent. I had to ask the chefs names because they cook great. So the whole staff including Diego Molina, Felipe Aragon and Julian del Sol are great assets to the hotel. It's my second time at this hotel and definitely will be back again.

We had a corporate event on this premise and we are very happy with the result. Location, amenity, facilities a and technology needed were all very good. Food served during the event and service with it had us very pleased. A special thanks to the tables team, the kitchen team, Diego Molina and Vladimir Rincon.

Wonderful hotel, great location for the north district and safe place to walk around. Clean and comfortable rooms and a kettle in room. The breakfast was 5 stars with an incredible range of fruit, juices, coffees and eggs as you like. I have to mention Diego and Vladimir who looked after everything in the breakfast room and were attentive and went the extra mile to deliver and excellent service!

The rooms very adequate it however not well maintained. The breakfast service was excellent. Diego Molina and Vladimir rincón provided great service each morning and were patient with my limited Spanish
