Hotel NH Collection Eindhoven Centre

The hotel is located in a good part of town with ample number of restaurants and was easy to get to. There is opportunities to walk into old neighborhoods and see historic homes that were in the Phillips family. A small carriage house and other mansions from the early 1900s Were fun with a short walk. It was a good way to spend an early morning. The TV in the room did not work. I found it unplugged, I plugged it in and it still didn’t work. There is no comb in the room, I suppose that’s minor. The staff was friendly, but the setting was just a little bit off. Something didn’t seem quite right. The early riser breakfast that started at 5 AM and lasted to 7 AM, prior to the restaurant opening, was virtually nonexistent. I didn’t feel that staff were particularly helpful or friendly, but they were very polite. The hotel is much better than others that I’ve stayed at and certainly should be more than suitable for someone a little less discriminating than I am.

We had a wonderful two night stay at the NH Collection Eindhoven Centre Hotel. The staff here are amazing, so genuinely friendly, warm and accommodating. Especially Anastasia who we met at breakfast. We wanted to take the train to Utrecht during our stay (50 min journey) and she helped us find train information and explained how we could purchase train tickets. The rooms were clean, bright and had everything you needed for a great stay. We loved the range of pillows - three types are given to you automatically with a further pillow menu to choose from if needed. We stayed on the 7th floor with a view of the city. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and easy to access the train station (5 min walk) and the bars and restaurants. There are also free hotel bikes to use. The breakfast was on the 13th floor and had a brilliant range of options. I am vegan and was pleased to see different plant milks (oat, soya), soya yoghurt, vegan cheese, a vegan “station” with olives, avocado, quinoa, cucumber, salad etc. Anastasia also made me an oat cappuccino one morning. The hotel has a sweet bar in the foyer which my friend enjoyed. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, it was wonderful and I don’t have a bad word to say about it. Thank you!

A very nice hotel in the city centre, with a spectacular view. The rooms are very large compared to other Dutch and even some European hotels. Everything was clean, and the staff was very polite and helpful. I truly enjoyed the 3 nights we spent there; it was not the first time. Every time we come back, we stay only here.

We had a wonderful experience at NH Collection Eindhoven Centre. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Eindhoven, within walking distance of many great restaurants and lively terraces. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist (I believe his name was Wouter), who made us feel right at home. The rooms are beautifully designed—not very large, but spacious enough for a comfortable stay. The bathroom features a generous shower, and the entire hotel is impressively quiet. We stayed for two nights and never heard any noise from neighboring rooms or the hallway. Breakfast was excellent—very extensive with plenty of delicious options, and the rooftop restaurant provided a lovely setting to start the day. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we would definitely return!

Came here for a week as part of a business event, so I didn't see the cost of the nightly rate. However rooms was great, comfy, clean, good wifi. Staff very nice. Sky bar was very cool, glass sided bar area with a panoramic terrace all the way round. Again, I didn't see the bill, but the staff really looked after us all. Worked well as a business event location, but also lots of people enjoying the bar as well...

A perfectly situated hotel, near the station; great rooms with picture windows and beautifully designed furniture. There is a spectacular bar and restaurant on the top floor. The bar was not to my taste, playing 90's club music very loudly at 6:30......but the restaurant was a joy, sheer indulgence. We had the 5 course tasting menu with matching wines and I could not fault anything. The people serving were warm, engaging, professional and knowledgeable. I enjoyed puréed potato that was the best I tasted since that made by my grandmother in the 80's. A wonderful experience and a place I hope to experience in the future

Stayed there for five nights on a work trip. Booked a deluxe room with breakfast.|Spacious room with good storage and well equipped bathrooms. They provide iron and sew kit which came in handy. I couldn't really work the coffee machine though. It has a minibar as well. |Restaurant serves decent breakfast (both meat and vegan options). Has a skybar.

A very comfortable and clean room. |Requested several items for the room towels tea bags etc through their hotel app ( highly advertised) but received none of them until I went directly to the reception desk twice. Visited the rooftop bar on first night for a very nice drink but second night was told the available seats inside were reserved and had to have our drink on the balcony which was cold and breezy. We were hotel guests so why could we not sit inside. The seats were still empty when we were leaving. This could be a very nice hotel if the staff paid attention to the guests.
